The property is located in a calm and quiet place. It offers a good terrace view. Clean toilets with geysers. Electric kettle with milk powder, Bru and sugar sachets were also provided. 2nd day breakfast - hot idli, vada, chutneys and sambar. Car parking.
The interior is just average. The beds are not at all comfy. The bed sheets were unclean with visible SIGNs of passionate moments of previous guests. We stayed for 3 days of which 2 days poori and potato curry was served for breakfast (better to skip this). You can hardly do any outdoor activities in this property as the portion is small.

Not suitable for old age persons due to high steps to reach inside.The bedrooms and bathrooms also has steps.

The scenic view from the villa in the morning was fantastic. The stay was comfortable without any disturbances. Free breakfast provided and it tastes like homemade

Would recommend to keep a hot case or micro in villa..rest all amenities were there.

The property was small and cozy, yet it had things like a bonfire place, TV and enough space for 5 guests.

We went with family. It is neat and clean. Quite place too. Good experience. I strongly recommend. Roof view was superb!

Morning View from the site.
Kettle with mineral water can and tea, coffee bags.... Especially with milk whitener
Good for family stay.
Tie-up with food vendor for delivery at the property itself. Food cost was also nominal and quality was good.
Absence of non-slippery mats / covers for bathroom steps. Steps edges were sharp and stairs became slippery, which should be immediately taken care of.
Road to property is broken road... Google maps takes you through the rough road... which is like a off-road trip route.
As guests are mostly outsiders, tagging of nearby properties in correct route should be made on Google Maps.
24-hour check-in / check-out would have enhanced the experience.

Clean and hygienic.
Over rated and too far away from town. They have tagged wrong location in map and cheating. Very worst road and too much cost than what it realy worth. Booked and canceled during check in as owner is so money minded and charing extra 200 without prior intimation than actual tariff. Very bad experience and disappointed.

Balcony was good and calm view from the balcony. Facilities were decent in the price range
Lobby's rooftap was at a small height which makes it feel very small. Location is bit off the road. Difficult for a non suv to reach there
