Super location, car parking, excellent shower, comfy mattress and pillows.
At 1m50cm, I found the kitchen tops high and the cutlery in the cupboards only just accessible! Locked windows, so I felt a bit stuffy at night. Minor niggles that would not put off a repeat stay.

Great centre of town location so easy walking to everywhere. comfortable bed.
Parking very tight and very steep stairs into property. much better if you came by public transport. Also accommodation very compact so wouldn’t be great for a long stay but fine for a couple of nights

really cute property! small but they have made great use of the space. Extremely clean and modern. location is great - we had a night out in beverly and it was 3 minutes away from a fabulous wine and cocktail bar - the next day we went to the race - again super location for it!
we will defo be back!
oh and the pizza from next door is the best we’ve ever had!

Very small but the location was perfect. Pollys café across the street is fantastic if you don’t want to cook, they also do takeout. Parking is a bit tight but I would recommend this place.
The sofa in the kitchen wasn’t comfortable, but as we ate out it wasn’t a problem.

Everything! Perfect location, private parking. Everything supplied, even tea & coffee! Instructions for everything (hob etc) in cupboard. Small, but quirky, but the kitchen/diner makes up for that. Very central location but tucked away on a quiet little street. Doorway under the archway, so private.
Parking place was a bit tight due to narrow road, but ok once in. Staircase might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Location was perdect for my needs.
While parking pedastrians fail to understand the difficulty in reversing into arch way which they distracted me and i managed to dink my brand new motor wing mirror☹️

The location was fine for our short stay needs.
The archway parking would be impossible for anything bigger than a medium-sized vehicle (we stopped using it due to the risk of damage). The church bells rang every 15 minutes all through the night. The fridge was very noisy - sounded like a washing machine spinning! The property isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues - stairs narrow and quite steep.

Location, facilities and value were perfect for our short stay in Beverley. It was warm and cosy and had everything we needed. On site parking was very useful

Great location , perfectly formed but missing milk to go with the tea & coffee . Only one wine glass . Bed & bedding were fantastic . No hand soap at all but lovely mini shampoo & conditioner.
Smaller than we thought ,but worked out great .just missing dotting the i's and crossing the t's to make it outstanding .

This is a great little property. The location is central with a beautiful view of the Minster tower. The bed is comfortable and the heating very efficient. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped - no cooker but a hob and a microwave. The bathroom is petite with a walk in power shower, toilet and basin squeezed in. The apartment is tastefully decorated.
Accessing the door handle keypad is a little confusing as there is a ‘keybox’ on the wall too which you automatically look at. We struggled to know what we were doing but the host was very efficient at answering the phone with our query. A light located near to the front door would be beneficial to enable the door code operation. Parking is included with this property but it is not for the faint hearted. The property is located off a tiny road with industrial bins and some cars which have to be negotiated for a successful reversal into the allocated spot! I do not think that any car larger than a small SUV would fit into the gap but good luck. The property is accessed from a steep set of stairs. The fire exit instructions identify the location of an internal fire extinguisher - the kitchen. We did not find one - if it was there it was well hidden. The hot water temperature could do with turning up a notch. Washing up left streaky crockery.

Brilliant location right in the centre of town with shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. M&S Food is just opposite which is handy if you’re self catering. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with a washer/dryer, iron, hairdryer, fridge and microwave. Tea and coffee were also included which was a nice surprise.
The apartment was smaller than I was expecting. I was travelling alone so it was fine but there’s not a huge amount space for two. The parking space is very tight so if you drive a large car or SUV be prepared for a lot of manoeuvring! There’s no 4G around the property so make sure you have access to the door code somewhere offline as you might not be able to get online to view it. I couldn’t get in but a quick call to the host resolved that problem.

Very central location. High quality of furnishings.The named person was helpful when door code would not work ,in fact set off an alarm! He answered his mobile immediately and gave us the code to get the key fob! Well done, Scott! We were unaware the window locks were unlocked ( they were stiff) until he told us.
Flat far too small. Stairs very steep, no bannister, ( I am 71,my wife 67). I had expected a living-room ( although,in fairness,one was not shown ) . We had to watch TV either on a bench in kitchen or in bed …we did the latter and I twisted a muscle trying to get comfortable…as a result of which, we left a day earlier than expected. I thought the price was OK until I saw the size.then felt overcharged! We found no book with dining,visiting suggestions. The worst part was the parking space. I have a small SUV…it took 15 minutes and a 27point turn to back in. In fact we left the car there all the time , ,meaning we could not tour as first intended.. You should warn drivers and show a realistic photo of the space available to reverse off/ into.
