We liked the use of the pool and that it was heated. Good system with booking pool time. Location was right above coffee shop and close to other shops as well.
The walls are thin in this hotel so we could hear the family above us running or people who were speaking loudly in the hall.

I had a great experience in the Mosaic Hotel. The lobby’s staff was very gentle and kind, and the housekeeper was very nice, they made some toy towels on the bed before I arrived, and when I needed an extra blanket, they gave it to me very gently. I appreciated all of the kind. Moreover, I strongly recommend the outdoor warm pool and the hot tub. It was enough to feel calm and relaxed on these quiet winter nights.

The proximity to everything in the village. Was pleasantly surprised with the one bedroom suite and how spacious it was.

We for a one night stay with my husband and our nephew. The room was big and clean. The pool and hot tub were really nice and relaxing. Really co that it’s all season. Staff were very nice and location was fantastic.
Would be awesome if the hotel had breakfast. The wait times for breakfast close by and fairly long but worth it.

The location and setting were beautiful
The bed was not a comfortable oné And the blanket weighted a tón. the bed was So high that i could barely reach it And I am 5-7 Tall. The rest of the room was Great.

No room service!! Guests have to clean the room and put wet towels and garbage bags behind the door. That’s not acceptable considering the prices.

The building is dated, dark hallways and room interiors are lack lustre. Described as modern aesthetic but I didn’t think it was very contemporary. Interior needs a complete overhaul to be considered modern/contemporary.

The pool and hot tub were awesome and the kitchen in the room was great!
The pull out sofa bed could be more comfortable and the tub stopper was needing to be fixed.
