Great location and priced appropriately.
It was a little dirty and worn out. A curtain or door between the bed and laundry room would also be nice so you aren't staring into it all night.

Room and furnishings were in great condition and the heat was perfect. We had a small issue with our key-code failing. The host helped resolve it quickly.
We didn’t have hot water in the morning. More bedding would have been great. No top sheet, no secondary blanket. Just two pillows and a comforter. Too Spartan-like.

There was no hot water. I sent an email but no response. I called the number given to me and a gentleman I talked to said he will call maintenance and give me a partial refund. Not sure if I will.

The area outside the building was extremely dirty. The shower was lukewarm. There were dirty sheets in the hamper. The apartment was in the basement with no working windows, we had to run AC and air purifiers 24 hours a day.

It's very spacious with lots of natural light. The location was convenient and had everything I needed for my brief stay.
While the apartment itself is very nice, the entryway and hallways in the building are pretty shabby. I had no hot water in the shower on the morning of my second day, I'm not sure whether that was an issue for the whole building or just the unit I was in.

the apartment was on two levels and large and airy. This would be great in summer but it was pretty cold out and the apartment had only a tiny space heater on when I got there. the temperature in the apartment read 60 degrees but the thermostat was easy to work and once I called Andre, he told me about how to use the space heater upstairs. It heated well but took some time.

It was easy to get into the property and we loved that it was private and quiet. A perfect place for three adult friends to meet up and hang out after a year apart. Location was fantastic with tons of food options!
We couldn't find a trash can, so we just had to hang a trash bag somewhere in the kitchen. And we were all offended that the toilet paper roll was facing the wrong way.
