The pool, garden and the appartment were great. It's close to Jan Thiel beach even though we didn't go as it's more of a party beach and not so much for families with young kids. It's in walking distance (5 min) to two great restaurants, Taboosh and The Pier. The staff was always very helpful and responsive.

It was expected to bring your own toilet paper, garbage bags (we received an extra one after asking) and dishwashing liquid. We have not encountered anything like that before in Europe or North America. Especially the dish washing soap is a bit strange because you'll only use a tiny bit during your stay.
