Only good thing about the property was the surroundings.
Under staff... no proper reception area, no service after 10 pm till morning 9 am. Limited breakfast options - no buffet ... spread...No toiletries provided prior and were denied after a day usage, No laundry and iron facilties .. no travel desk... Only good aspect was caretaker Krishna ... and it felt like a service apartment than a hotel ...

Food was amazing , given the price of the room , the location is top class . I didn’t believe the price of the room is so reasonable keeping in mind the resort ambience , surroundings and peaceful vibe . Loved the birds and cool fresh air coming from the surrounding forests .

Excellent and very prompt customer service, smooth check in process, scrumptious food and helpful staff.
Room cleanliness could have been better, toilet doors required a huge effort to close and open.

The resort is good, and the best part was the surroundings, birds chirping, garden beautiful and we'll maintained.
There was no receptionist to guide you. In such tourist places, it would be better if there is someone to guide you, book taxi for the tourists, and look after the needs of the people staying there

The restaurant closes at 10 pm. Last order 9.30 pm.

The Manager can be more enthusiastic in his dealing.

I like the ambiance. Property was very well maintained .
On the very first day my room ac was not working . Restaurant ac was also not working on all 3 days .
Room service was not up to the mark .
I found my room open when I returned in the evening. That was very disappointing.
Didn’t get any info regarding live band . So missed that .
Nobody bothered to clean the game room . Found it very very dirty on that particular night .

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
