GREAT LOCATION-1st STREET CONDO WITH POOL
Condo 1 chambre récemment rénové à quelques pas de l'accès à la plage publique. La cuisine est bien équipée avec toutes les nécessités et comprend une cafetière Keurig, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Linge de lit et de bain inclus dans la location. Profitez de la grande terrasse face à l'océan où vous pourrez simplement vous détendre et écouter l'océan ou vous détendre près de la piscine. Avec seulement 9 unités dans la surpopulation complexe n'est pas un problème.

We had a fantastic stay at this property, it was a real gem of a find and we will certainly look to stay again in the future. It was very clean & well maintained, the location was great just across from the beach, and it had great amenities such as smart TVs in each room. Thank you to the host for allowing us to stay!

Wesley was a great host and we loved the location of the condo! It was really nice that the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and other necessities. Plus the quick walk to the beach was awesome!

Clean, quiet ( out of 9 condos we were only ones there from arrival until departure) easy access to beach. Just right amount space for two adults.Only issue a concern was the laundry room door wouldn’t unlock at one point during our stay.

Property was clean. Very short walk to beach access. Wesley was very quick to respond. Pool was well maintained and not crowded, in fact we usually had it to ourselves. Would definitely book again for a future trip.

The unit pictures were just as seen in the VRBO website. Was clean and it was everything we anticipated that it was. It’s only 12 steps up to the unit which is very nice. The only thing I would’ve liked to of had was a dishwasher. The closet in the one room was locked and the other closet had cleaning supplies in it, so there really wasn’t any place to hang any clothing. Other than that it was a great fit for the two of us.

Stayed here as part of a group of 12, where the other 10 stayed in a 9-br house a mile away. As old guys we all have gotten to the point of wanting our own room.

Great experience. The condo is perfect for 2. There is room to sleep 4 and if only 1 bathroom isn’t an issue— go for it. Everything was there if we wanted to prepare meals . Very short walk to the beach and close enough to hear the ocean from the deck. We’d stay here again.

Our stay was great overall. Nice accommodations, many amenities. Nice area, quiet, loved the pool. Easy access to beach. Wes was very responsive if we had questions. Hope to rent from him next year.
