Przepięknie położony z widokiem na tarasy ryżowe, ocean i wulkan Agung. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Cisza spokój relax w czystej postaci. Obiekt bardzo czysty, ogród wypielęgnowany do granic możliwości.

We stayed two days as part of our honeymoon getaway. The view is stunning! Just stunning we couldn't ask for a better view and calm area with no distractions. The room with all the facilities is perfect.. didn't need anything else. Just the perfect getaway. On top of all that the staff was so kind and helpful. Especially our Yuda! He was super helpful and responsive at any time of the day and went out of his way to help us. Also rented a scooter from the hotel and was 10-20 minutes away from all the attractions and the road to the hotel is easy and very accessible. Can't stress enough how calming and relaxing the view and the pool was. Overall super clean and helpful staff.

Breakfast is above average. In addition if you're not used to local food, there are barely any restaurants nearby to have a bite. You have the option to order some food from the hotel. But it wasn't up to standards and could be improved. Had to go to the mart for a day to get some instant noodles to eat.

The staff were absolutely fabulous. Everything was amazing, I can't fault anything.

We had a small apartment without a pool for one night, and we regret that we didn't stay longer. The interior is new and clean. The view over the rice field is breathtaking no matter if from the balcony or through the panorama window. If the clouds are gone you have a fantastic view of the volcano. The staff is absolutely professional and very friendly. They organized a scooter for us and a car to get to the Pandang Bai port. I recommend renting a scooter to reach restaurants or do sightseeing. Our personal highlight was Tirta Gangga, which is around 10min away by scooter. If you go there around 6:30am it's empty, and you can shoot beautiful pictures. Breakfast was good and if needed you can order food, the staff will organize it for you. We highly recommend this place!

Location was great. Staff were very helpful. They helped us to get hold of drivers, book our trekking trips to mt batur, etc.

what I liked was how the hotel advertised itself as the best view in Bali…. it was a fantastic view of the rice paddies and Mt.Agung. and the staff would bring every meal right on time

the downside is it is very isolated. if you had someone to share it with or thrive in isolation, you’ll love it
