Great location and great wi fi for working and holidaying together. Nice people, responded quickly to any requests, cleaned the room once a week and fresh towels every couple of days. Literally in the centre of Alcala. Hot, powerful water, cold fridge, washing machine. I was very happy with the accomodation.

Not much. Its not ultra modern or super swanky but if you value function over form then it's great

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Facilities, like washer, worked well. Good clothes line.

The shower was tiny. Kept bumping the faucet so the water turned off Shower curtain didn't close so floor kept flooding. The closet was a bit smelly.

The communication with the host was perfect. And, having had an issue with the property as I had, I couldn't have imagined a better reaction from their side. I felt supported throughout all the resolution of my incident. My experience in terms of comfort for what it concerns to the lodgement itself was poor. On the other hand, the resolution of the incident was very satisfactory.

Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't well prepared to receive any guests upon my arrival. Which caused a major issue since I was checking in very late (agreed with the host). The cleanness of the room was far from being acceptable. And the sheets of the bed weren't even changed. The host reacted well. There was obviously an issue with the cleaning service. The host held total accountability for the incident and refunded whole the amount paid as she promised.

the furniture was very comfortable. The owner responded fast and appropriatly. Additional towels and utilities were provided. Every 3 days a cleaner comes by. The location was amazing

Sometimes the wifi connection would drop. The shower handle causes most of the bathroom floor to get wet. The mini-freezer is not able to close fully. (inside the fridge) There is almost no outside view from the window due to being on ground floor. Poorly sound isolated from other appartments.

The location is great, just a 3-5 min walk to the La Plaza de Cervantes. The room has good wifi, tv, aircon, kitchenette, microwave and washing machine. The owner lady was very responsive whenever I had any question.

There was a power cut in the room apparently caused by some bad wiring in the kitchenette, and the hotplate inconveniently malfunctioned for some time. The lady owner quickly organized some repairs. Overall, happy with my stay, have no complaints.
