Spacious room with good view, we received an upgrade for free. Includes water cooker for tea and coffee and a bubble bath

Room furniture shows clear signs of use. It is a bit outside the very nice old town, but still on walking distance. Swimming pool was out of order

The location is good, close to the centre. Parking not too difficult and easy to find from motorway. The hotel was clean.

The bedroom and bathroom were both in need of refurbishment. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. Privacy issue: there is a large blind in front of the window but unsure if the apartments opposite are able to see into the room at night when the room lights are switched on.

Walking distance to supermarkets, train station and the centre of Alcalá.

Location

No soap to wash your hands! Bed way to small for two people! Lots of noise at night on the hallway.

we had a superior room which was lovely with a large terrace. There was no furniture on the terrace which was such a shame it would have been lovely to sit out and relax

Not many breakfast options. During my stay at the last night there was a group of students that they were making a lot of noise till late at night and very early in the morning. Hotel management should do a better job by informing teachers to keep an eye on their students. People have to sleep cause next day they have other commitments

This hotel is vey well run and organized in the respect, that everything is very well maintained and exceptional clean! Also we found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional, we were very well taken care of within the hotel accommodations. Also to be noted is that the hotel location is perfect for visiting the city, 1 can walk to the center of Alcala de Henares in less then a 10 minute walk. Thank you PCM Forum Alcalá for making our visit a very special occasion!!

Perfect location for visiting the nearby attractions of Alcalá de Henares.

Breakfast was sufficient, but not varied. The location was good – quiet and very close to the old town and the city center. Rooms were clean. Supermarket "Mercadona" and several places to eat very close to the hotel.

We really missed fresh vegetables at breakfast. A kettle in the room would have been very useful. It was quite difficult to communicate with the reception staff - I'm not sure if it's because of the language barrier (the staff didn't speak English very well) or because of inflexibility. The heater did not work in the bathroom and the towels could not dry. When we asked the reception staff why the heater was not working, they answered that the weather had warmed up and that is why they were switched off. After that they asked in which room they were not working. We told the room number, but the heater did not work either when we returned to the hotel that evening or on other evenings.

Close to the historic Alcala center.

The location of the hotel is good. It is only 10 - 15 minutes walk, to the old town center where you can find a lot of bars & restaurants.

The rooms and the breakfast isn't what you expect from a 4* hotel. The interior of the rooms need to be refurbished. A lot of items are damaged or loose. The breakfast is average. From a 4* hotel you at least expect fresh orange and other juices and not something from a machine. Also the coffee could be better.

Everything was good. Clean room and nice staff

Nothing really, just a bit pricey for accommodation only, i usually expect some water or tea/coffee in a 4star hotel room and not an empty mini bar

They gave the key of our room to another person and they enter to our room at 4 AM. I asked the staff next day and they did not even know about it.
