We enjoyed our stay back in May so much that we re-booked and came out for a little longer to close out the summer. A very cute home, a great spot with relaxing views over the inlet and a dock that provided endless jumping in the water.

We loved this beautiful home on the Mattituck Inlet! Very clean, very comfortable, and it had all the amenities that we could think of! Thank you Maryann for being so accommodating due to the tropical storm. Our stay was above and beyond our expectations! We will be back :)

My family and I had a great time! The house was perfect for our family and a great way to get away during this time. We felt very safe and everything was disinfected and hand sanitizer in every room. We were able to stay outside and watch the beautiful sunsets. Its also a great location close to the local farms, the Long Island wineries, which were open for out door seating and great restaurants. It was a great vacation for everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Maryanne's place. The house is so sweet with a garden that the children enjoyed, the view is mesmerizing and Maryanne was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. We are already planning our next visit!

We had a wonderful experience with this property. It was the perfect home for our group of friends, who were in town to celebrate a wedding. The house was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The lovely porch is the icing on the cake! We will for sure be back!

Beautifully situated on private channel, house is all you need to rest and relax on the North Fork. Lots of rooms-decks-seating areas - all great for a family or group of friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Mattituck. Situated on an inlet, the views from all the back windows, the sunroom and deck are stunning. So peaceful and lots of wildlife. So enjoyed sitting on the deck... coffee in the morning, reading in the afternoon, and sipping wine while the sun set. Great deck furniture with new, comfortable seat cushions. The grill has a gas line, which was wonderful -- no need to worry about running out of propane. We were able to rent some kayaks, which were delivered to the property, and took in all the beauty. The house was clean and extremely comfortable for our group of six. New air conditioning units worked beautifully. Beds were very comfortable. We had to call the owner on a couple of occasions and the owner was super responsive. Both issues were minor and remedied immediately. The house is super close to Love Lane and Macari Vinyard (our favorite😁�)! The only recommendation I would make is to provide beach passes for those who may want to visit the beach. There is a beautiful beach (Breakwater Beach) a few miles north. A pass is $5 for the entire summer for residents, but $25 for the day for nonresidents. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Our family enjoyed a vacation here over 4th of July week. We used the grill a couple times, ate on the back patio, and enjoyed the sun room overlooking the water. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good and clean, and the house was a great place for us. We appreciate the owners providing a portable crib for our 2-year-old. One thing that would have been nice is if the air conditioning could have been switched on in advance of our arrival, as it was quite hot when we arrived and we needed to turn on each room's individual AC and wait for it to cool down. But the house was great and so was communication with the owners. Thank you!

Our stay at this home was exceptional and really defined our vacation. The home was beyond cozy, comfortable, and close to all the Noth Fork has to offer. The owners were welcoming and highly communicative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we fully intend on coming back. Thank you!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mattituck. The house was very inviting and we enjoyed relaxing over a 3 day weekend. The host was kind enough to stock the kitchen with essentials like coffee, staple food items and condiments. The house is on a spectacular piece of land on Mattituck Inlet on the LI Sound. We especially loved the outdoor space and enjoyed barbecues on the deck overlooking the sound. We would love to stay again sometime.
