Peaceful. Convenient location

This place looked exactly like the pictures. It even had laundry, which I thought it did not have.

A perfect and comfortable home away from home!

The place was beautiful. The owner was accommodating to our late arrival due to flight delays. The condo was very clean and as nice as the pictures I saw online. It’s quiet, private, and a great size for my husband and I. I highly recommend the rental. We hope to be back soon and would surely rent it again.

We were thrilled when we saw the property in person. Even nicer and larger than photos. I would suggest renters of this unit know that a day pass of $30 per person or a resort membership is required to use the pool area and games. However ,I can speak as a previous Saddlebrook renter, the price of this beautiful unit is still a bargain compared to Saddle brook reservations for much smaller hotel style rooms and suites. A vehicle is probably necessary for elderly guests to get to the main pools and restaurants. No day pass is needed to eat at the restaurant. Highly recommend this unit and owners.

Need better shades in master to block out morning sun. Master toilet intermittently very slow to refill. Up to 30 min. Not leaking. Will definitely look to stay in future

The property was all we needed and at a fair price. I would rent it again if I'm in the Tampa area and it's available.

What a great spot! Was unaware it was in the middle of a golf course community with a spa (that was closed) - did not know if the tennis courts or spa were available to the VRBO guests? We stayed for 5 nights, very spacious, a laundry facility or washer/dryer would have been a plus. Beautiful decor - will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

This small, very clean condo within a quiet, gated community was perfect for our needs recently for a short visit to the area. We hope to stay there again in the future because it is very convenient for the regular stops we need to make. Thanks to the owners for making this comfortable spot available.

This property was very relaxing. We really didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. It was immaculate and very beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. This is a great vacation location and we were quite sad to leave. We definitely will return!

The property was in a beautiful area. It was clean and very comfortable. There was a small delay in hearing from the property manager, but once we connected with him, he was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay in Wesley Chapel. Everything you need in this area, great golf courses, groceries and shopping. Our accommodations were simply “perfect”. Loved the lanai and spent a lot of time there. Very comfy King bed and spacious rooms in a quiet gated community. The Wesley Chapel area is very easy to navigate. The only negative would be the kids on a dirt bike riding around the pond behind the property. It really disrupts the tranquill setting. Thanks to homeowner, Bob for having such a wonderful home for us to rent. We will be back.

I contacted the owner as instructed when I arrived at the property. He was not able to respond because he had misplaced his phone. He lives only minutes away and knew I was arriving. More of an effort could have been made on his part to try reaching me. After waiting at the property a considerable amount of time I contacted HomeAway and decided to check into a hotel. I was finally contacted by the owner AFTER I had checked in to the hotel. My entire stay in Florida was for three nights after traveling from Connecticut. Losing time waiting to check in to the property I had paid for and then having to check into a hotel and then check out of the hotel and then check into the property the next day was a huge inconvenience. Before arriving I had also gone grocery shopping thinking that I was going to be able to utilize the full kitchen to preparing some of my own meals. I could not utilize all the provisions as I wanted to because I did not have proper accommodations at the hotel for food preparation. This incurred more expense and inconvenience. Although I am understanding and sympathetic to the owners situation I must say that this stay was not as enjoyable and relaxing as it should’ve been.

The unit was very clean and all furniture has been updated

This is our second opportunity to rent from Bob and his wife. As expected, the process went smoothly and the unit was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean as a whistle when we arrived and suited all of our needs during our stay. The location is wonderful. Very quiet at all times and in a nice community, yet close to many businesses and restaurants. We loved our stay, yet again, and would come back in a heartbeat thanks to Bob and his wife!

What a great vacation! The place we stayed was very clean and beautiful . The spacious overlooking floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room in a large beautiful setting. The master bedroom and suite had ample room for all your clothes and any thing else. The half bath was very useful. The best of all was the screen in porch with the fan and plenty of comfortable furniture. Thanks for the wonderful place, we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious one bedroom in Wesley Chapel. It had a lovely patio with grill and pleasant lake view. There was a washer and dryer off the patio in a separate room. It had everything we needed! The Saddlebrook grounds are beautiful and I enjoyed walking around here. Bob was responsive to questions. We loved having all the conveniences of a home for about the price of a hotel.

Bob is/was fantastic. Had a reservation for a smaller unit, was willing to sleep on sofa. Bob upgraded us!!! The place was spotless, and well appointed. Close to stores, very secure. He was there to meet us and so kind. This was the best rental I ever had.
