Staying on the beach is a great luxury on such a nice beach! Quiet neighbors, huge kitchen, and easy to park our small wedding group. Easy access to many Myrtle Beach attractions and our morning beach walks were great!

Super location for large groups - definitely recommend it

This is the second time we have stayed at this home! We love that it has 8 bedrooms with their own bathrooms! Great location and right on the beach.

This property was everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for a large crowd & family. Location was so accessible to grocery & other shopping. Ease of short distance to beach for the little ones. House was clean and accommodating. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with huge living space and kitchen. Perfect house for our extended family beach vacation. Only minor issue would be so many steps to get in and out. Loved the house!

Just a few things that it needs: beaters for mixer, 2 blenders but didn't work, lots of cookie sheets but some didn't fit in oven, could use more storage containers, most didn't have matching tops or bottoms, very nice set of kettles, left dishwasher needs to be anchored into cabinet, some bathrooms needed a waste basket, needs dishcloths and complete sets of measuring cups and spoons. Very nice kitchen with 2 DW, 2 frigs, 2 washers and dryers, nice deck furniture, fantastic view. House laid out very nicely. Thanks, JoAnn Maedke

We had 8 golfers on our annual golf trip and this house worked out great where we each had our own bedroom and bath.

House was more than expected. Beach access was incredible and space was perfect for our big family.

This property hit all of the marks! Being close to restaurants had its perks as well as not being near all of the high rise condos!

This house is right on the beach and we had a bedroom and every couple and every kid.

Fun and easy

Location was perfect. The house is great for a group of guys. House was in pretty good shape. There is signs of a little wear, but that is to be expected. Definitely booking this house again!

Maureen was very attentive to our needs once we reserved the house. Answered any and all questions in a timely manner before and during stay. Description of house was excellent and made for a great stay for our group. Great location close to all the attractions.

We had 8 adults staying on the property. Everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom was great. The view was fantastic. Two things we would have liked to see improved were the Television aspect ratio was off and was small for the space ( We are all sports fans) . Secondly, I wish there was a gas grille. The Charcoal grille was lacking.Overall bery good experience.

Very nice location, we had a lot of room for the 17 people in our group. The house was nice. Would stay their again.

House was great. Almost as nice as the pictures 😃 Could have been a little cleaner when we got there; floors were dirty But a great location, plenty of room, beach and pool where great! Need cushions for the outside chairs, but again , everyone had an awesome time! Definitely on the list for next year.

Owner is very helpful and responsive to our needs

Very nice, roomy house with easily enough space for 8 couples and a single (on 1 of several pullout couches). Being able to walk out onto the beach was fantastic. We're coming back.

Upon arrival we were very impressed with the house. However, multiple items arose that made us change our minds.The first item we noticed was that the floors were very dirty, both upstairs and down. When walking around in socks or bare feet our feet quickly turned black. Secondly, the walls of multiple rooms were dirty. There were multiple spider webs in the main rooms and many of the bathroom walls (especially downstairs) had hair stuck to them when we arrived. Lastly, we saw multiple insects, including four roaches, inside the house during our stay. We saw both small and fairly large roaches in and around the kitchen.

This spacious beachfront duplex is the perfect place for a large group of golfers. Plenty of room, large well equiped kitchen and each guest has his/her own bedroom and bathroom. The house is ideally located for access to golf courses both north and south. And Maureen Goodman is a great agent to work with. We're definitely going back next year!

House is large and spacious, and maybe most importantly, just steps from the beach. A nice pool on the ocean side of the property. Nice outdoor seating to enjoy lunch/dinner after the beach. The house does show some signs of wear & tear, but Maureen is such a pleasure to deal with. She addressed any concerns quickly and efficiently. Thanks!

Everything was as advertised. Highlights are every bedroom has a bathroom and the overall space. The porch and balcony provided some spectacular sunrise photo opts while enjoying your morning coffee. Kitchen and commons area is huge, large enough to comfortably accommodate 8 couples. Parking was surprisingly comfortable. We had cars and 9 motorcycles from 3 different states. The pool is shared which can create opportunities. Wi-Fi in the house was spotty, especially upstairs. My only idea for improvement would be to invest in more outdoor grilling capabilities and seating. Maureen was fantastic to communicate with. Really can't say enough good things. We will definitely be back.

Wow, what an incredible property and property owner! We stayed at both Pleasures & Treasures from June 16th - 23rd and had simply an amazing time! We've stayed at several different larger properties on the beach over the years, but we'll be faitful to Pleasures and Treasures from now on. It's BY FAR the best maintained and cared for house of this size on the entire coast. We could not have asked for a better house or a better host. There were 44 of us in our reunion party, and there was enough space for everyone very comfortably. Having both sides of the house turned out to be a Godsend, as we deemed Pleasures the 'quiet' house, where we staged sleeping areas in the living rooms and dining rooms and Treasures was the 'entertaining' house, where we did all of the cooking and played games. For such a large group, we never felt cramped or out of space. We had 2 identical gourmet kitchens, which means we had 4 refrigerators, 4 dishwashers and 4 ovens (and we used them all!). We celebrate our 'Thanksgiving' there while we are on vacation, and it was totally awesome to have 4 ovens and 4 refrigerators to cook and store all of the food in. The kitchens are VERY spacious, well maintained and VERY WELL stocked with everything you'd possibly need to entertain large groups. But more importantly, everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. All of the appliances, ovens, refrigerators and dish washers all worked flawlessly. Never had a plumbling problem of any kind, not even in any of the 16 bathrooms. The air conditioning worked incredible. In fact, we had to turn it up a little because it would get so cold! The patios are laid out very well and very spacious and high quality and very sturdy wood furniture. The chairs are HUGE, which I thought was genius because it lets you sit up and see over the railing to the oceanview! The swimming pool was very popular and well maintained as well. It was checked by the pool company each and every day for proper chemical levels and it was cleaned 3 times while we were there. It was always nice and clean and we used it ALOT! The outdoor showers and parking areas were clean and huge. All of the bedrooms were clean, spacious and modern. There isn't anything adverse I can list about the property because our entire group loved it and can't wait to get back next year. In fact, we used our returned deposit from this trip to book our trip next year! You won't be disappointed in Pleasures and Treasures!

8 of us stayed at Treasures. Maureen could not have been more helpful. We've rented on Pawley's Island the last three years but all of us voted to come back to this house next March. Very comfortable and located close to many of the best golf courses in Myrtle.
