Ocean front Delaporte Condo with Amazing Views
Cette unité rénovée est située au 5ème étage et offre 2 chambres à coucher complètes avec salle de bain attenante et de nombreux placards de rangement. Cuisine efficace avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière et micro-ondes et entièrement équipée avec tous les articles de restaurant. Le salon et la salle à manger font face à l'océan. Unité de coin avec portes et fenêtres à impact d'ouragan avec balcon enveloppant qui permet une vue imprenable sur l'océan et des soleils à couper le souffle. Cette unité est la location de vacances idéale, avec un téléviseur HD plat, Internet par câble et WiFi, radio / lecteur CD et téléphone local. Nos clients ont juste besoin d'apporter leurs vêtements et de profiter au mieux de la beauté que l'unité et l'île ont à offrir.

This place was amazing and host Paulette is the best you will find. She was intact before, during, and after our stay. Got to meet her and we all felt an instant confidence with her. The place was just as advertised. Definitely will stay again if it is available.

What more could one want? Gated community, CLEAN building, CLEAN apartment, rare corner balcony with a sunset view that can't be beat! Beds (full size) were comfy, bathrooms small but fairly updated. Kitchen small and needs updating, but everything worked, it's just a one chef kitchen. Nice grocery store 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. The Poop Deck is right outside the gate and a great place to eat. Nesbits a 5 min walk the other direction. The Blue Sail is also a good place to eat, 5 more minute walk east of Poop Deck. Downtown is a 20 min drive, Jaws beach 20 min the other way. In between excusions, we cooked our own breakfast and lunch and splurged on dinner/drinks and still saved a lot of money. Jitney stop very close too. We had morning coffee on that balcony and at end of day watched the sunset before dining out. AWESOME. Pool was fine, just a little old, didn't stop us from sunning ourselves there though. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will be back.

Excellent location . Paulette was an excellent property manager.
Location was close to everything & the complex was well take care of & private with excellent security. The condo was very comfortable & had good kitchen supplies, towels, linens etc.

Location, Location, Location
Wow! What an amazing location! Right on the beautiful, clear, aquamarine ocean. Beautiful views on four sides. We would definitely stay here again!!!! Two pools. Short walk to the beach. Great service. Great recommendations for taxi service. Get into the laid-back lifestyle of the Bahamas and enjoy this wonderful place!!!!!

Beautiful views from the balcony. Great restaurants near by and very easy to take the number 10 bus to get downtown. We enjoyed spending the day on the private beach. We had it all to ourselves (four women) and it was perfect. Paulette took great care of us. Made sure everything was perfect for us.

Can't beat the ocean view. The beach was beautiful, and relatively secluded with easy access. The property manager Paulette was most accommodating and always available to assist.

Breathtaking 5th floor views, and the sunsets are just a extra
Loved the condo, location is bit farther from cable beach than we wanted. I was hoping to be able to take long walks down the beach, but that wasn't an option here . We love to hang out by the beach, but there weren't any chairs there. Otherwise, the place was great!

All as advertised for this condo. Amazing views from the patio. Paulette was very great to deal with and we enjoyed our stay. If you looking for peace and quiet than this is a great fit for you.

Had a great time at Paulette's condo. She was very gracious. Condo was very clean, comfortable, well appointed and spectacular sunsets and ocean view. Would definitely stay here again.

Great view of ocean and beachfront location
Very well kept place and Paulette was an excellent host. Lots of information in the condo about places to see, transportation etc. Property has security and is gated, everyone was very friendly. Great restaurants within walking distance, the Twisted Lime was our favorite.Would highly recommend this accommodation as the location is excellent for the price paid.

The condo was a beautiful, well maintained, clean corner unit. Paulette was excellent to deal with. She regularly checked in to make sure everything was ok. When we told her that the pots were getting old, she promptly replaced them with a brand new set. We will definitely return!

Fantastic view, warm breeze and crashing waves - perfect!
Paulette was so pleasant, professional and prompt. Condo was spotless, well equipped and comfortable. In walking distance to numerous restaurants. 5 minute walk to great beach. Very quiet and relaxing surroundings. This choice was a winner!

Lovely property, would stay again!
Condo was in great shape, the view was spectacular, the beds are super comfortable, and the caretaker was beyond friendly and attentive.

Excellent view, one of the best.
I really liked this place, however there were some issues. One of the two toilets overflowed and it was just after I arrived in the unit. They did fix it on the the second day.
Another issue was there were no toiletries in the bathrooms. I was fortunate that I brought some of my own.
Paulette the unit's manager was very nice and accommodating.
There was a town home right next door to the condo and the pool. They were playing extremely loud and vulgar music in the evenings, so I had to close the balcony's door.
Luckily for me I brought my Ipad and Netflix because the cable channels provided were few and far between.
I would recommend this place .

Great view and great location.
There is a gorgeous beach and great restaurant, Blue Sail, within 5 minute walk. This is a great location and the view from the apartment balcony is fabulous. Loved our stay there.

One of the best by far
The property has a beautiful location that is about 10 minutes drive to the airport lest than 5 minutes to some of our popular resturants and foodstores and the beautiful beaches are at your doorsteps.
The property is very private and secured it is very peaceful and well managed,we stayed in A26 the view was breath taking,watching the sunsets in the evenings and wakeing up to the waves crashing along the shore line we could not ask for a better location,very cosy inside with a nice wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean,for the location accommodation and level of service this one
Was worth it,paulette was such a wonderful hostess,she was very welcoming and offers a very high level of service any question or infomation we needed she was quite knowledgeable and was always reachable
I would definitely do this one again

Clean and impersonal
After a less than perfect meet with the agent regarding place, and ability to contact, the rest of the transactions were handled adequately. The unit had no conventional drapes in the master bedroom, so we elected to use the 2nd. bedroom. We were there to consider buying the unit next door and had previously visited the development. The location is great from an aesthetic point of view and airport convenience, but had too many negatives for us to proceed as owners. As a vacation location, as long as you have a car or take the Jitne to the supermarket it is great.
