super easy check in, the home was perfect for 2 couples with 2 children. Very clean and every detail needed for check out etc., was explained by the management company including tips for restaurants etc. This home has all you need and is very comfortable. Great location

House was extremely clean and comfortable, in a great location very close to the free shuttle stop. It was nice to jump on the shuttle and not have to worry about parking in town. I was looking for a place with two master suites and the layout was perfect. The kids enjoyed the bunk rooms and variety of games available. Hot tub was a bonus. Kitchen was well-stocked. We had an issue with the fridge the first night but the management company was very responsive and brought us a mini-fridge after hours that night and a full size replacement the next day. Overall a wonderful stay and we would return!

All in all, this was a great rental experience. The home is modern & comfortable & in a ideal location. The only problems we had were not being able to control the temperature in the home. The downstairs was way too hot. The only other problem was the technical difficulties from the property mngmt co. They were having difficulties & their texts were not received. I had to call them & ask that they send the access code by email.

We absolutely loved our stay at Highwood Hideaway! It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do on our spring break holiday. The fully-stocked kitchen was great for the nights we wanted to cook at home and it was only a short drive to downtown for dinner out. The hideaway was spacious and very clean (spotless), as well as cozy and inviting. The kids loved their bunk rooms on the bottom level as well as the hot tub after skiing. Lots of TV’s and games for indoor entertainment after a long day on the slopes. A quick walk to the free bus in the mornings for access to Peak 7 and 8 was just the cherry on top. Such an amazing place that we would love to all visit again!

We had 2 families stay here for skiing and it was amazing. Clean, spacious and stocked with everything you need besides food. We had a great experience and we would definitely stay again. Also the property management team is great, and you can text them any time. They were very helpful. 5 stars!!!Only downside is you have to drive and drop skiers off, or ride the tram. It’s a far walk uphill and there is not much parking up there unless you prepay which I recommend.

The location is about a 5 min walk to the shuttle for the ski resort. I agree with the recommendation to bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle. We will book this location again.

property manager communicates clearly and frequently.great location on bus line to Peak 7 & 8.2 blocks from Nordic Center.So Clean and well maintained.Loved the boot dryers, many many hooks for items in bedrooms and entry, large dining table, working hot tub used every day with seperate towels, gas fireplace that heats up room, floor heat, garage for ski storage, lots of kitchen items, at least 2 car parking, person came to shovel immediately at 6 inch snow, cozy bedrooms,,, really great experience

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had space to feel comfortable. My son (4 yrs) loved all the games in the entertainment stand as well as the snowball maker and sleds in the garage. The location was perfect, close to ski lifts and town. We can't wait to go back!

We were a group of 8 having a friends reunion and celebrating a birthday. Other friends were staying at a condo nearby on Peak 8. The location was perfect! So close to the peak and close to shuttles. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was super spacious with all of the necessary utensils to make meals. The hot tub was fantastic! I had a little trouble receiving text messages (my fault! I accidentally opted-out of them), but everyone was quick to respond either by VRBO messaging or phone call. Thank you for a memorable stay!!

We rented this property for a quick weekend vacation. It was a great location with just a short drive to the Main Street of Breckenridge. Place was very clean and had plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked so making meals was no problem. Check in/out was easy. And the property was as described on the website and the pictures were accurate (been burned before booking a condo that wasn’t as nice as the pictures and failed to mention some defects). This place was great and definitely recommend staying.

Beautiful, clean house with a great location. The kitchen was well equipped and the boys grilled while the kids enjoyed in the hot tub. The bunk rooms were a big hit and the two masters were spacious and offered everything we needed.

We had a fantastic week! We were a group of 8 ladies on a girls trip. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and well appointed. We took advantage of the hot tub almost every day and appreciated the beach towels that were supplied.
We didn't cook any meals other than breakfasts but the kitchen looked well stocked.
Everything feels new and sturdy. Will definitely book again.

The unit is amazing with plenty of space for the 10 of us (two families). And we loved the location to the shuttle. It made the trip so much easier. We were able to be on the mountain (or back home) in no time. Also, we had a few questions during our stay and the owner was in touch with us right away! We all would stay there again!

We had friends and family in for an30th surprise party and had an amazing time! The townhouse was well appointed and had ample room for couples and singles! We chose to cook in twice which isn’t what we planned but we felt so comfy we chose to hang in! The games were a pleasant surprise and we had lots of fun! Shuttle was convenient and just outside the neighborhood entrance in front of Nordic center. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule to be aware of pick up times. Home was clean and provided adequate space for 2 families to gather. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. Once you take the shuttle to peak 8, you can ride the free gondolas all the way to downtown Breck. Highly recommend. They can fit 8. We saw many Moose! Hot tub was large and a great bonus. We were able to cook a full thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. The downstairs master bedroom does not have a door to separate the bedroom area from the bath area just FYI. It is a large lovely bath space but it is a glass shower so make sure to lock the bedroom door if traveling with littles. The radiant heat flooring was a dream, especially tiles bathroom. Humidifiers were provided, sleds, and having the garage for ski storage was amazing.

It was very clean, extremely well stocked, the location was great, the managers were very responsive, check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier, and having the Cucumber Gulch out our door was amazing! I had seeing a moose on my bucket list, and I was blessed enough to see seven, along a lot of other wildlife! I even loved the Ugg comforter on my bed and the fireplace in my room! I was so cozy! The kids loved the bunks and having their own space. The owners thought of everything, even having places to plug USB cords into, gaming systems for the kids, extra fans in the bedrooms, humidifiers and more. I stayed at a lot of places and never had so many thoughtful amenities. Would certainly pick this property again if we come back to the area!

Beautiful location and home. Right beside the gulch trail and 2 minute walk to the free ride shuttle stops - about 5-10minutes to downtown Breckenridge on the shuttle headed towards town.
All amenities and accessories were clean and operable and ready to go. Communication with management was easy via text message.

The house is just as it is depicted in the listing and has everything you need including the grill and hot tub out on the deck.

Excellent house
This house was a pleasure for our group ski vacation. Only a short walk to the shuttle to access the mountain. Communication with rental agency was easy. House was spacious, comfortable, and modern -- hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a large group, but missing a few useful items (e.g. pot holders, dish drying rack). Would stay again!
