Outstanding Lake Condo! Waterfront Patio = VIEWS!
Le Landing 8A est un étage supérieur 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain condo est situé sur le lac Hamilton. Il comprend un lit King dans le maître et un lit Queen dans la chambre d'amis. Il dispose également d'un grand lit et d'un canapé-lit. Cette unité a également un canapé-lit dans le salon. Non seulement il est joliment décoré, mais il offre également une vue magnifique sur l'eau. Cette unité a une télévision à écran plat / DVD / magnétoscope dans le salon et une télévision dans chaque chambre. Le salon dispose d'une cheminée et par beau temps, il y a une piscine saisonnière ainsi qu'un grill électrique sur le balcon.

We absolutely loved this condo! Only negative was the downstairs neighbor is a smoker and we couldn't enjoy the balcony because of the smoke coming from below. But the condo and location are wonderful! Will definitely try and book again the next time we are in Hot Springs!

Condo was even better than the description. Nice view of the lake and close to everything in Hot Springs. Bed was comfy and the living room had plenty of space. We hope to do this again next year!

Beautiful view. Sunrise and sunsets were breathtaking. Very clean with all the amenities that you should need for your stay. Location is close to Oaklawn Casino and shopping. Host responds very quickly if needed. Will absolutely stay again.

Unit 8A was exactly as advertised and the view exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect - you can get to downtown HS in less than 10 minutes (especially if you take Higdon Ferry Road). I look forward to staying here again.

Perfect location, beautiful property
This property is in the perfect location right on Lake Hamilton. The view from the deck is Heavenly. This condo is beautiful and was the perfect size for my family of 4. It was clean and we had no problems getting into the gated community or the condo itself. We will book with Will again.

My husband and I are seafood lovers and Red Pier Seafood was amazing a little pricey but well worth it. My husband is a fisherman!! We was able to sit on the boat dock and catch breams with crickets. We will most definitely book again!!

Spectacular Views
We booked this property based on the pictures of the lake views. We wanted a relaxing place to stay and relax. This condo did not disappoint! The lake views were awesome, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the living room was a great place to take in the lake views. We would highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Great Stay
The location and view of this property was perfect. We debated a few places before booking and believe we made the right choice. View from this unit 8A was one of the best in the condo complex. It was centrally located and close to many activities without being too congested or too much traffic like other places. Unit was functional and clean. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Fantastic condo right on Lake Hamilton that exceeded are expectations. Beautiful place with lots of room. Very clean with all of the amenities that you could ever need with your stay. View is amazing of the lake that can be enjoyed in the comfortable furniture provided from your own balcony. Very quiet location close to everything. We highly recommend this place for any stay in the Hot Springs area. Our family will be back again,

Beautiful condo with a magnificent view!
We loved our stay at this condo. My favorite thing about it was it’s large porch perfect for breakfast or watching the beautiful sunsets each night. We also enjoyed feeding the little turtle family that lived next to the docks. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our week. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location and view. I love that the condo feels secluded even though it’s fairly close to the main roads through town. The only downside was the lack of necessities that you normally see in a rental. (ie dishwasher soap, paper towels, and detergent)

We never had to interact with anyone at any time - the emails were enough to get us in and out of the property.They provided all the linens, towels, dishwasher soap, washing machine soap, coffee and hand soap we needed.There was no shampoo or dish soap, but Kroger isn't far away and they have everthing.Also, there was no electric grill on the balcony (as described in the listing) but it wasn't really an issue for us.The kids loved the turtles out the front door - we even named a few.
