Nouveau sur le marché en septembre 2017, Creekside Carriage House est situé sur 1 acre le long de Baron's Creek, et juste derrière la populaire location de vacances Creekside Farmhouse des propriétaires. Creekside Carriage House est disponible en complément de Creekside Farmhouse, ou comme sa propre location privée.
Offrant une vue imprenable sur Baron's Creek et des champs luxuriants et herbeux - vous vous sentirez comme si vous étiez à la campagne, mais à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la rue Main et à quelques pas de toutes les attractions du centre-ville. Descendez les escaliers jusqu'à Baron's Creek pour une promenade au bord de l'eau, observez la faune depuis le loft en forme de cabane dans les arbres, ou détendez-vous sur le porche dans la vaste cour arrière. Voilà ce que sont les vacances!
Rénové à l'été 2017, le Creekside Carriage House dispose d'une grande salle de jeux / salon en bas avec un bar, un réfrigérateur, un évier, une télévision à écran plat de 65 pouces, un coin salon et une demi-salle de bain. Directement à l'étage se trouve un loft ensoleillé - entouré de baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable sur Baron's Creek et au-delà. La lumière dans cette pièce est incroyable, et il n'est pas étonnant qu'elle ait été autrefois utilisée par un artiste talentueux comme studio. Plusieurs de ses peintures colorées sont présentées dans la maison. Un canapé-lit dans le grenier permet de dormir pour deux, et un lit pliant supplémentaire (rangé dans le placard) peut être utilisé pour un autre invité.
La spacieuse cuisine / salle à manger est décorée de façon colorée - avec de nouveaux appareils, un îlot de boucherie bleu vif, des armoires vert pâle, des comptoirs en étain et une longue table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, des assiettes et des verres.
La chambre principale est confortable mais spacieuse - avec des draps luxueux, un lit king size confortable, une table de maquillage et un adorable siège près de la fenêtre. De grandes fenêtres flanquent le lit et offrent de plus belles vues, mais une lumière plus douce qui est filtrée à travers d'énormes arbres en surplomb - parfait pour dormir!
La salle de bain arbore une vanité artisanale, une douche / baignoire et un puits de lumière - gardant les choses lumineuses et lumineuses. Savons et shampooings de qualité spa sont nichés dans un panier près de l'évier.

The layout of the place was great. We watched deer playing down by the creek from the bedroom window. Overall was a very peaceful country atmosphere. That's peacefulness however is achieved a stones throw from the heart of main Street. I will stay here again next time

Fantastic place to experience all Fredericksburg has to offer. Walk to town no problem! Quick trip to wineries! Best part is you have peace and tranquility while close to the action. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Overall no question 5 stars for me. We will be back for sure.

Stayed at the Carriage House with my 3 children when we came to Fredericksburg for Oktoberfest and the property is gorgeous! Clean, great location, nice porch with patio lights to drink coffee in the morning or hang out at night, and beautiful view of the creek from the upstairs windows. Just a short walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

My husband and I were able to sneak away for a quick weekend. The Carriage house was the perfect place for us! It’s on the beautiful barons creek- very relaxing, quiet and serene. We enjoyed our coffee outside in the morning- such a treat! The house is decorated beautifully and the bed is super comfortable! It’s in a dreamy location- close to town and close to the vineyards as well. Living room, 1/2 bath and bar downstairs. Loft, full kitchen, dining, bedroom and full bath upstairs. A very nice, quiet neighborhood! Hope to visit again soon!

The cottage was just right for our family of four. Clean and had everything we needed. We loved how it was in town but the nearby creek made it feel like we were in the country. Host responded promptly and was easy to communicate with.

The property was even better than expected. It was spotless, in a very quiet neighborhood, and walkable to Main St. We enjoyed the outside space, the comfortable furnishings, and the thoughtful touches found throughout the home. Excellent Stay
We were a little worried because it is above the garage at the rear of the property, but we were quite surprised when we walked in. It was absolutely fantastic and more spacious that we could have imagined. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the creek was perfect!

Great getaway spot
This property was fantastic. Pictures don't do it justice! Location was great--secluded with great nature access but also very walkable to Main Street. We had a couple minor hiccups at check-in, but the property manager was wonderful and got everything sorted for us very quickly. Loved our visit to the Carriage House. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay
The carriage house was wonderfully appointed. The location is close to town, yet you feel as though you are in the country. We enjoyed the deck and the creek view. The driveway was tricky with an suv when the main house is occupied, but we managed. The lovely property manager gave us some tips on how to manager the parking. We would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful getaway at this beautiful property! It was clean, roomy and comfy. Spectacular views from every window, and from the deck where we had our morning coffee and a glass of wine at night surrounded by nature as we enjoyed peaceful tranquility!

Simply Amazing!
I could go on and on and on about this rental! We were greeted to soft music playing and it instantly felt like home. All the little touches throughout made our time inside so enjoyable. The bar area downstairs was perfect for quick refills while enjoying the new deck/patio area while watching the deer and listening to the creek trickle by. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was amazingly comfortable and topped with linens that you just melt in. I cannot say enough about this place, pictures just don’t do it justice. The only items that I’d like to mention as “would’ve been nice to have” would be the lighting outside, but I definitely think it’s worth noting that I truly believe this is not something that has been overlooked, but in the works! Buck and his family have gone above and beyond with every little detail I’m sure we booked before they have had the opportunity to put their amazing twist on the newly added outside area. There were string lights up over the fire pit area in the space between the carriage house and the farmhouse. I’m assuming those could be controlled from the farmhouse. I have a feeling something similar is coming for the carriage house outside area as well! This definitely didn’t stop us from our late night porch dancing, we just opened the shades and let the lights from inside light up our new dance floor on the deck! There was a portable speaker provided and we got our use out of it for sure!!!! Definitely will be booking again!

What a gorgeous house! Everything was beautiful and clean. Highly recommended. The property is perfect walking distance from Main Street. The view outside is great, and the grape tree was a pleasant surprise by the creek. Would recommend lighting by porch to enjoy the outdoors at night. Great host!

Perfect Location
I loved staying in this loft apartment. You feel like you are in a treehouse when you are upstairs. Every window has a beautiful view of trees and the creek below. The owners have done a fantastic job decorating this space. It was a perfect set up for my two daughters to work remotely while enjoying the wineries and peach season. I will definitely try to stay here again!

Hidden Gem
Great location! It has a nice and relaxing view of the creek from the deck. It's close to downtown Fredericksburg but "feels" like you are in the country, so it's the best of both worlds. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to stay here again.

Perfect girls weekend getaway
We were so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the Carriage House was decorated and it was so clean. The fire pit was such a nice touch. We watched a mama deer and her fawn at the creek that runs along the property while eating breakfast and sipping our coffee.

Excellent House and Location
The overall stay was excellent. Communication with the property owner was above and beyond and the owner was flexible with our requests. The only downside to the stay is the property has two homes or locations available for rent so may not be as private as you would hope but in our case our neighbors were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get in and out and we also returned the favor to make it as convenient for both sides. Overall, highly recommend if you want a quiet location close to downtown or main street and still within reasonable walking distance if you don't mind walking 1/4 mile or so to get to main street. If you rent both the farmhouse and carriage house this would be an excellent location for a family reunion or get together.

Beautiful two story carriage cottage
Very nicely kept property. 2 stories; plenty of sitting areas with sofas, comfortable chairs and coffee tables/end tables. Plenty of light throughout. Very spacious kitchen with all you need for your stay. Great sized Master BR. Ceiling fans throughout. Great climate control, so plenty cool for hot days/nights.

Great, cozy little cottage!
I can’t say enough great things about this property. There was plenty of room for the two of us, and the kitchen came in handy to cook meals. The cottage is right behind the main house which is also rented out, so just know that going in. The guests staying in the main house were great. Would definitely recommend to another small group or couple.
