Le sanctuaire 4 est une autre beauté. Vous serez en admiration devant la vue une fois que vous verrez l'ouverture du lac depuis ce condo de niveau supérieur. Vous ne pourrez pas arrêter de regarder. C'est un concept ouvert, vous avez donc une vue depuis le coin salon et la cuisine. De plus, l'une des chambres est au bord du lac. Vous vous réveillez avec la vue sur le lac vierge une fois que vous ouvrez les yeux.
La cuisine est équipée pour simplement acheter l'épicerie et commencer votre préparation de repas.
Avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains, vous avez de la place pour 8 personnes. La chambre au bord du lac est une chambre lit king-size avec télévision à écran plat et partage une porte pour le bain commun avec douche à jets combinée. Master a un lit queen avec canapé-lit queen et écran plat avec une salle de bain privée et douche combo baignoire. Le salon dispose de nombreux sièges et d'un canapé-lit, vous avez donc beaucoup de place pour 8 personnes.

My family and I visited the area to go to Silver Dollar City and Dogwood Canyon. This was a perfect location. Quiet and a great view of the lake. A little outdated here and there and we had a little difficulty finding it because GPS won’t take you directly to the address but overall, great experience. Thanks.

This was a vacation before our children goes back to school. First time bring out boat to Table Rock. Very beautiful. Condo was very nice clean and loved the view of the lake.

Property has great water views. Nice spacious place. Had a little trouble with the air one day but the owner responded right away and the air issue actually fixed itself lol. It also was the first time it’s been 90+ outside so that was probably it! Close to Branson & the lake perfect spot

Great getaway
It is perfect for a weekend getaway. So close to Dogwood Canyon, great restaurants at the top of the hl and about 30 mins from the landing. Water access and a little beach. Well definitely be back when it is warm enough to swim.

Fantastic Location and Views
What a great property! The views of Table Rock Lake were stunning, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had most everything you could ask for during a short stay. The complex was quiet with adequate parking and well kept over all. We will definitely be back!

Nice place!
The place was great. The owner included a map, which was helpful to a degree. Unfortunately, the signage in the community didn’t include the numbered building we were looking for! We arrived late at night and drove through the complex a bit before finding someone to ask. That’s the only was we would’ve found the building as it’s a bit off the main path.
Great place, albeit a couple appliances need updating such as the dishwasher and the coffee pot works but was not the best. It kept percolating nonstop! Needed to take our own towels, but the owner communicated that ahead of time so was not a problem. We would go back again! Thanks!!

Beautiful view and condo
The view was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family of four. The mattress in the second bedroom was very soft and thin. The owner had great communication with us when we needed some extra items.

We love Kimberling City! Small town on table rock lake. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and grocery store. The view from this unit could not be beat! Perfect sized unit for 2 parents and 3 teens. Quiet complex directly on the lake with a pool!

Fabulous Lake View
The lake view was incredible! You can lay in your bed and just look out at the water. So pretty. Also the bed was very comfortable too! The bathroom had a large jetted tub which made it nice after a long day. Super quiet area so you can just relax. It was a rainy week and the humidity was up. The a/c struggled a bit but there are ceiling fans in every room. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay.

We were in town for a bass fishing tournament. The condo was more than spacious for 2 anglers to prep their gear with room to spare! The property manager was wonderful to work with.

A nice place to get away and relax. The view of the lake is wonderful... and available from the living room or from the king size bed, a great first sight in the morning.
My daughters and I enjoyed our spring break here. Many things to do nearby. We drove to Branson for shopping and to Eureka Springs for a day downtown.

Beautiful expansive view!
Condo was comfortable, well equipped, and located perfectly for our needs. Balcony affords a wide open lake view with beautiful sunsets. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Better Than Photos
While the actual outside of the property wasn't anything snazzy, the unit was very clean and nicely decorated (even more so than pictures show) and new carpet was just installed. We like a clean space, comfortable beds, a cool A/C, a hot shower with decent pressure and a comfortable couch. This fit the bill perfectly. The views were just as amazing as the pictures and we enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening. The location was great (store just across the street) and quiet-we never heard anyone in units around us. My kids fished on the property and we rented a boat and jet skis a few minutes away. We also did a cave tour and mini golf not far away and had some good local pizza. We used the pool and grill once and everything was good. The front bedroom was big enough to accommodate a pack and play for my toddler. The kitchen was well stocked as others have mentioned. John and Val were very responsive and attended to all our needs promptly.

As close to the lake as you can get! Clean sheets and towels. Nice quiet community. It made for a perfect getaway for or family of 5. We definitely plan on returning!
