This unit is above a wine store and restaurant right in heart of downtown Paso. It was easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The place if perfect for 2 people with a small, well-stocked kitchenette and nice-sized bedroom. The shower was a bit rough - almost like being pelleted. Perhaps it’s time to replace the shower head or adjust the water pressure. Also, because it is over a restaurant patio we did get some noise until around 11:00 pm on the weekend. It didn’t bother us but might bother some. All-in-all a very nice place and I’d stay there again.

This apartment is in a great location just off the square. Perfect for the two of us in town to visit some of our favorite wineries. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Only caution is some of the bars nearby are open late, so have a white noise maker handy if you aren't a night owl.

The Park Place location is perfect for exploring all that Paso Robles has to offer. Allows for wine tasting or hiking during the day and then a return to downtown for more tastings or dinner without worrying about driving! The property is well appointed and in great condition. Bed is very comfortable! We have stayed at this location before and will return to it again!

Such a great place to spend time in Paso Robles! Loved the communication, easy entry, and cleanliness, but the best part by far was the location! If you've never been to Paso before, you may not know that the square in the center of town is the place to be. From charming shops to endless wine tasting spots and restaurants, it's all just steps away from this little apartment. It's an upstairs unit, but it's only 1 flight up and no big deal. Other reviews have mentioned noise at night, but during our weekend (Friday and Saturday) nights, it wasn't a problem at all. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed six nights for some remote work, wine tasting/buying and exploration of Paso. Place was very clean and functional. It had everything - 2 coffee makers, toaster, good sized frig, dishwasher, plates, bowls, coffee cups, etc. You can't' beat the location! Right off the square! Walk to everything! The drawback is you're right in town, therefore you are right above all typical city morning noises - trash trucks, street sweepers, delivery trucks - bright and early - 6:30 - 7:00 AM. We were fine with it since we're early risers. But, if you like to sleep in, this might not be the place for you.

Second time this year that my wife and I stayed at this property. (Last time was January 2023). Obviously, we liked it last time, so we booked it again. Great place and location. Parking right behind the unit. Right on the downtown park with the ability to walk to restaurants, shops etc. Very clean and well stocked and perfect for 2 people. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Management company is top notch too.

My husband and I had a lovely experience! It was close to so many wonderful restaurants, bars and shops. Easy access to the vineyards and highways. It’s a relatively quiet place to stay considering it’s downtown location. The little table on the deck was perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.

Nice small, cozy apartment. Comfortable. Right on the park, so close to the action. A little noisy at night on the weekends. Ear plugs would help. Parking on the street - free at night, have to pay a minimal amount in the day (including weekends). Wonderful place. Will come again !

The downtown apartment was an excellent location to enjoy Paso Robles! Being close to morning coffee, shopping and the many awesome restaurants was just perfect! Also enjoyed our evening stroll around the park. Being in downtown also left us central to all the wineries we visited being no more than 15 minutes from any of them and did we find some great ones! All the amenities of the upstairs apartment were so nice and it was so easy to get back to each day for a rest or more coffee!! Only complaint we had was the downstairs restaurant (which is phenomenal by the way) stores their wine right underneath the bedroom and as they enter to retrieve bottles the door slams on the way in and then about a minute later on the way out which was annoying each night so I would take along a noisemaker to offset the noise downstairs. We had dinner at the restaurant and I almost asked the nice lady if they could install an auto close arm to soften the closing as a simple fix? But I gotta say if we go back we definitely plan to stay here again!!

This is a perfect location to stay and experience downtown restaurants and shops and easy drive to all the wineries! It has all the comfort features and is just the right size for 2!! Only slightly negative comment is if you are a light sleeper bring a noisemaker…the restaurant downstairs has their wine room underneath the bedroom and the door slams every time they enter to grab a bottle of wine so be prepared to hear slamming doors until they close. Otherwise this place is PERFECT!
