It was a very peaceful pretty location. Lovely wildlife such as the ducks that visited us every morning. The children loved feeding them. Very friendly owners, nothing was too much trouble! They bought us eggs from their chickens and some duck food for children to feed them.

The lodge was amazing. Very clean and quiet. You need a car to get around but worth it. Beautiful views and activities near by.

The WiFi kept dropping and no phone signal. Pillows were slightly harder than I find comfortable.

Attractive location, looking across green lawn to a wooded hillside. Comfortable beds and crisp bed linen. Hot tubs on verandah very relaxing Lovely to arrive and be able to make a cuppa, tho fresh milk in fridge would have been more appreciated! We enjoyed the bottle of fizz - thank you.

The hot tub was variable. One day the jets and bubbles were mediocre, despite manually adjusting them. For the money paid the kitchen was rsther sparcely equipped. 2 sets of cups/mugs and a cafetiere , a tea strainer, a whisk and another bakingv tray or dish would all have made self caterinģ more enjoyable. We know Covid had an impact but a couple of laminated maps or nearby walks would have been useful.

Everything was very clean smelt lovely and fresh had everything you needed would definitely go again , felt really relaxed
