Breakfast could have had more variety

New, Clean and up to date. Convenient lay-out and large rooms & bathrooms. Quiet. Friendly staff. Efficient housekeeping. Great work out facilities.

Breakfast was very good quality and selection.

Coffee in room was not very good. Only one pod of caffeinated coffee per person. Lighting in entry/coffee area did not have its own light. Bathroom lighting was not good. I didn't like the bathroom door that kept closing on its own. Trying to be too modern but not very inviting.

The location is good and the hotel is nice.

Staff (one in particular, though I don't know her name) were rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated as badly as I was in your facility. Your staff clearly need to be trained in HOSPITALITY and learn to not treat guests/paying customers as annoyances. I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express & Suites in NV and the staff there were excellent. Maybe your staff could learn something from them.

The hotel offered quite a variety for breakfast and was quite good. Great staff...very friendly and helpful.

The one negative for both my husband and I was the bathroom lighting. Even with the mirror lighting on, the bathroom was too dark. Quite difficult to accurately apply makeup.
