Staff is awesome the rooms are nice All around The BEST STAY EVER here in Chico. IT'S EFFORTLESS MAKING ANOTHER RESERVATION AND RENEWING RESERVATIONS IT'S JUST AWESOME THEY MAKE IT REALLY EASY. OTHER PLACES I SPENT MORE TIME MAKING RESERVATIONS KEEPING UP WITH THE RENT MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING GOES RIGHT IN HERE IT'S EFFORTLESS I LOVE IT!! THANKS BEST WESR

The cost of budget motels in the USA has no relationship to the service provided. This is a low end accommodation at a high end price.
The price could have reflected the value - and it was worlds apart.

Centrally located. Easy freeway access. Sided a shuttered Kmart, but just beyond that parking lot were several restaurants and shops. Easy to get a meal. Free breakfast is always great. Being such a hot time of year, having the ice machine was also helpful.
The immediate smell when walking into the room made us turn around to leave, as it seemed to be a smoking room. But then my wife realized it was just extremely musty, likely due to the air conditioning. We didn't change rooms because we were just too exhausted after a 12 hour drive.

The staff were excellent!! I needed to use the computer but the guest computers were not working properly. I was allowed to use an alternate computer. I was able to get my task done. Staff even offered to make a breakfast for me.

My whole stay was amazing. I was impressed with my stay
The fridge froze my drinks, but overall, there was nothing to complain about.

The lock to my room never would work. Came home after graduation festivities and would have to gondown 3 floors to get help. Every time. It was horrible. I believe, however, they did not charge me my last night's stay. I tapped out and went to a double tree. So they were trying. But fix the door.

I am happy that there was breakfast.
The room smelled of cigarettes. The mattress was old and caved in. The room was dirty, and I had to clean it - there were sticky soda remnants on the desk. The bedding was of minimal quality. The soap and shampoo was of low quality.

No hot water first day and half of next day. Room not made up when we returned from errands.

The hot tub was not working. They should state on website that it’s not serviced during winter months.

I had stayed there before, and my stay is unique, it is mainly for privacy and alone time from home. I liked location, television hook ups!
this time the tv hook up was all different, I did not have access to features as before. which was the reason I came here.
