Truman Lake Vacation Home on 10 Acres, Borders Public Ground
Notre maison se trouve sur le côté nord de 7 Hwy entre le bras Tebo et le bras Grand River du lac Truman. À moins de dix minutes de la marina de Long Shoal, de la scie à moteur de Bucksaw et de Windsor Cette maison dispose d'une chambre principale (lit king size) avec baignoire de jardin dans la salle de bain principale, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen size, la troisième chambre avait deux lits jumeaux. Planchers de bois franc et de tuiles partout. Profitez du calme et de la beauté de la nature en plein air. Sentier pédestre jusqu'au lac. Barbecue à gaz, avec propane fourni. Veuillez noter que nous n'avons pas de WiFi car il n'est pas fiable. Dans ce domaine, AT&T & Sprint a un bon service. Nous avons également un site de camping-car disponible pour une somme modique par nuit.

Wonderful wooded property with spacious home. Perfect for our family of 5. Well equipped with everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place with lots of room & quiet retreat to relax. Had firewood provided for outside fire pit, coffee, creamer & water bottles. Very clean beautiful home.

My family goes to the lake a lot during the summer and we make day trips since we live just an hour away. We wanted to have a stay-cation and stay somewhere for a week. This lovely home was not only the perfect location just seconds from our storage unit where we keep our boat but on the way to our favorite boat ramp.
Steve was great to answer all my questions and we packed way to much stuff for our week stay as this cabin had all we needed and then some. We had family staying all over the lake and this cabin was perfect to host evenings by the camp fire or buffet lunch around the huge island in the kitchen. Our girls loved the pool table and outside space to walk about and we enjoyed the peace and quiet tucked away in the woods.
Thank you Steve and we are excited for our next stay.

We loved this secluded cabin in the woods! The pictures don't do justice. It was very roomy, comfortable and had anything we needed. The guys walked the trail and did a little fishing and at the end of the day, the fire pit was relaxing and perfect. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We would definitely stay again.

We wanted to have time to visit and play games. There was plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out and enjoy quiet time or gather and play. The provided pool table was great for our weekend 🤗

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is a must see in person. As previously stated, the fishing trail is covered with poison ivy and would be nice to venture off to the lake if it was maintained. Also, the water did give off a distinct smell and had to let it run a little bit before showering/bathing. Overall, regardless if you are relaxing inside/outside, the views of the sunrise/sunset/moon were amazing. Pool table in the basement, upper/lower patio/deck in the back of the house, front porch, fire pit at the edge of the tree line. Enjoyed the quietness of the area as it is off a well traveled highway. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great, peaceful stay
We very much enjoyed our stay. Last house on the road, so no traffic was great. Very quiet. Kitchen very well equipped. Pool table was a big hit as well. Thank you.

4th of July fishing trip

Great find!
This property was hospitable to the T! From Cable TV to pool table, fire pit with firewood and gas grill, this place was truly a full service vacation spot that had it all. Would definitely come again!
The only exception was the trail to the lake. We were looking forward to using it and ended up being put off by the overgrowth of poison ivy.

Weekend stay
Was in a beautiful area tucked away, we were very impressed with the home! Great porch in the front and back, pool table in basement. I slept like a rock in the beds. Really nice kitchen area too with everything labeled and even a help yourself cabinet! Basically everything was just awesome and we hope to make the trip back next year! Definitely recommend!!

Fishing with Customers
The property we very nice, plenty of room for parking and large cricle drive way big enough to pull my boat around. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having coffee on the back porch looking deep into the woods!

Just as advertised. Secluded and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Teens loved the hike to the lake for fishing!

Fun Friends Getaway
Excellent!!! Group of four women friends, ages 50-71, got together for a fun relaxing weekend. Property was very clean, private and peaceful. Rained part of our stay but we were still able to enjoy the outdoors by sitting on the covered front porch and back deck. Well equipped kitchen, spacious open concept, easy to carry luggage/supplies in and out of home. Owner was prompt, accommodating and courteous with communication. I have stayed in several properties through VRBO and I must say this is one of my very favorites!

This listing was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and to relax. It felt like were were at home inside and had everything you could want or need. The location was perfect and peaceful. I would totally spend another weekend there!

Perfect getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay. The pics are nice but the house and property are even better in person. There was plenty of room for the two trucks, both pulling boats. Looking forward to spending time here again!

Winter fishing trip
Steve has a wonderful place! Very clean and comfortable. We had a fishing tripped planned between a few friends of mine. We had 3 boats and trucks. The property is set up beautifully to bring boats. Large circle drive and wide concrete pad in from of the garage made it very easy to load stuff in and out of the boats. Inside the cabin, kitchen, dining, and living room are open and made it nice to hang out and enjoy our time in. Great place and I highly recommemd!

Home away from Home.
Beautiful, warm, inviting, lovely secluded cabin. Built with every luxury not expected to be in a Hunting Cabin. Wonderful for family and children of all ages. A private nook in every room for privacy if vacationing with a group.

Great place!
Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Owner was great, beds were comfy, the house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Lots of room for our group of 8 to spread out.... we especially enjoyed the decks and the fire pit! Easy to get to but also very secluded which we loved. We would definitely stay here again.

Great space, wonderfully stocked kitchen.
Steve did a great job communicating directions for check in. We were basically off the grid, no WiFi & limited cell coverage, which was really nice for a family weekend getaway. Truman Lake was a short drive, new Dollar General a few minutes away (thanks for the tip, Steve) for some last minute grocery items.

Stayed here most of the summer 2020
Found this property that was close to the schools we were working on in Clinton MO. Met the owner to look at property before booking to see if it would fit our entire crew. It definitely did. We loved the location enough that we had to move out for a few days because it was already booked, we rented it again for 3 more weeks. Isolated, quiet, beautiful area. Awesome trail down to the lake past the firepit. Sitting on the porch listening to the rains on the metal roof was awesome. If we are back for work or for pleasure we definitely will rent again.
