We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very so nice and spacious, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean.

Our stay at 751 Cinnamon Beach initially seemed like a dream—the condo was beautiful and ideally suited for families. However, our experience quickly turned. We arrived over two days, with some of us traveling from as far as Seattle and others arriving between work commitments.
The first major issue we encountered was an infestation of tiny clear ants covering the dining table. Despite buying ant spray and attempting to clean the area, the problem persisted. The ants were not only on the table but also in our food, rooms, and even on the beds.
In addition to the pest problem, we faced other issues: the TV in the third bedroom was inoperable, and the hot water faucet in the second bathroom had to be shut off and the condo was clearly only partly cleaned before we arrived. They did try to rectify these issues, but the only thing that could be fixed during the stay was the cleaner came by.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the property manager, all I could get was customer service until very late in the day. When we finally spoke to her, while their pest control service acknowledged the severity of the situation, the property manager only called it an "inconvenience."
We ended up leaving early, on Wednesday, due to the bug issue. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing and felt daunting to figure out on vacation.

We have stayed at this Cinnamon Beach facility numerous times, and this was our favorite condo hands down. It was dog friendly, which means a lot to our family, yet it did not smell like pets at all. It had a beautiful view - and is close to stairs and the elevator, as well as the boardwalk to the beach. It was a beautiful unit, and having 3 baths was a game changer.

This condo was clean and spacious. It looked identical to the online pictures and may have even been better than it appeared on the listing. The balcony overlooks the beautiful cinnamon colored beach and offered gorgeous views of the sunset each day. We would definitely consider staying at this location again. The only thing lacking during our stay was the amount of towels and washcloths provided, but other than that, it was perfect.

751 Cinnamon Beach is a beautiful oceanfront condo. The unit is spacious and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything that I needed for my stay. The master bedroom is also oceanfront and it was nice to wake up to the sunrise with a million-dollar view. The grounds are well maintained and the access to the beach is steps away. The only negative would be the ease of use with the TV - I had trouble connecting multiple times and navigating the Cable with the remotes. I would suggest that the owner update the user guide with more specific instructions and perhaps add suggestions for dining options. There is a grocery very close to the property which was quite convenient. I could not take advantage of the community amenities as the weather was too chilly, but the pool areas are beautiful. A lovely stay!

The condo was very nice. Lots of room for the 7 of us. The location and access to the beach was great!! The only thing about it was we wished someone had mentioned all the big rocks in the edge of the ocean. Most of us ended up with cuts and bruises from them. All in all it was a great stay!!

Awesome condo
Awesome Condo and the pools were nice. The beach was ok, beach is very pretty but couldn't enjoy the water due to the waves ferocity and there was a slope going down to the water, my kids could not play near the water due to fear of the waves taking them in. But the sand was nice and the pools made up for not being able to get in the beach water!

Pros- location and proximity to pool was easy, view of the ocean was great, kids bedroom was well decorated, beach chairs and toys was a plus, very large condo
Cons - very dirty, couches, deck lounge chairs and master bedroom bed were all out dated and not very comfortable, very bad smell coming from the dishwasher after being run and when we first arrived there was a musty smell in the living area

We spent the week with our grown children, grand baby, and two dogs. We brought a lot of things we could have left at home, as the condo was very well stocked with beach items. It is beautifully decorated with lots of space and storage. The description of the oversized balcony was spot on and we enjoyed breakfast and coffee outside. There is not a grill but that definitely was not an issue. There were new towels in the bath and kitchen. We have been on a lot of vacations and stayed at many condos and I must say this is the first time I did not feel as if i had to wear shoes all the time. The place was immaculate. Great directions were given. The only thing I would mention about the money aspect is to make sure they don't charge three payments on one cycle of the charge card, as we wound with a large payment at the end of the month but I feel like had I asked about that it could have been worked out. At any rate, we will definitely return to unit 751. It has everything needed for a great vacation! Do make sure you bring sand shoes/flip flops because the sand is different, but again not a problem. We liked the way the gorgeous rental houses were mixed in with the condos. Very well arranged and in good taste. Also, cannot say enough about the Publix grocery store right around the corner, which had everything, good prices, and awesome employees. I could go on and on but I think I made our point about how much we loved unit 751 at Cinnamon Beach! We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Beautiful, well-appointed condo - maintenance very slow to respond to concerns
Shore in front of condo far too rocky to enjoy... necessitated driving to public beach with sand. Roof maintenance being conducted on building entire week... couldn’t park near... rude security guard

A great experience
We very much enjoyed the condo and the property. We appreciated that there were so many towels available and plenty of bed space. The floor plan allows for a fairly large group to stay comfortably without feeling crowded. The amenities and beach access are also convenient. We would recommend for families with children and pets.
Regarding the reservation process, I did have to contact V trips three days in a row the week prior to our trip because we still had not received our parking permits (and each day was assured I would have them emailed by the end of the day). While I understand security is important, I feel like this process could have been easier and less time consuming/stressful.

The four of us were very pleased with this unit. It was fully stocked with anything and everything a family needs/wants for their beach vacation. Having beach accessories already there was a big plus. Loved the layout and the master suite on opposite end of other bedrooms. We thought the decor was refreshing and tastefully done. Only drawbacks were the TV (had to read directions to everyone) to operate and the microwave and refrigerator hadn't been cleaned. No worries, we had such a pleasant week and we plan to return to this unit next year. Many Blessings.

Good Vacation
When we arrived we had a problem with barcodes at the gate. My fault because I did not print our pass from last e-mail. There was a lady at office that understood our problem and fixed it in a very timely manner, and we very nice in the process. We had a problem with cloth dryer and when I called maint. a tech. came by and checked it and sent a new one next day. My wife was very happy and thanked me for waiting till vacation was almost over to report the problem. We got a violation for leaving a float in the hall way. Sorry about that. did not explain rules in full to my daughter. Beautiful place and pictures were exactly what we found. We would recommend this place to anyone. Very pleased with the property, but not the booking company.
The place was just like it was described. Beautifully decorated, convenient to the pool and on top of the beach. Very clean with all the amenities. However Vacation Rental Pros is a nightmare. I have been using VRBO for over 8 years booking properties for my family's vacations and this is the first time that I have had issues. They send you too much paperwork, claim they never received it and bombard you with emails asking for things over and over. On top of that, when I initially filled out the paperwork I accidentally clicked the box that I wanted the travel insurance. Two days later it was deducted from my account and I called to cancel it. The policy is you had 10 days to do it. Not only did that not get done, I spent the next 5 months battling with these people back and forth to try and get my $221. that they absconded with for travel insurance. They gave me every excuse in the book that they could not refund me my money. This is typical of this company. No communication between each other. Even the week before our travel date, I get an email that I had not completed the paperwork and unless I did we would not be able to check in. When I called them again and went through several departments they realized that they had everything they needed. Just what you need days before departure. Panic that you won't be able to check in because your booking agency screwed something up, again. This property owner should look for another company. I would rent this condo again, but would not want to go through Vacation Rental Pros.

Our family really enjoyed our last minute getaway. This unit has everything you need for a great beach vacation including chairs, beach toys, and a pool within walking distance. Beautiful Vacation
This was our first time at Cinnamon Beach and loved our time here. The condo was very well appointed and located ocean front. We've been vacationing farther south in Dayton Beach and really liked the quiet of Cinnamon Beach. We were a bit disappointed that the children's play area was under construction as well as many new homes next to the pool area - so that was pretty noisy. Also, being on the 5th floor, we didn't appreciate when the elevator or power went out as it was a long walk up with groceries. All in all, we'd come back.

Memories are Made of This
We taker our family to the beach for Thanksgiving. Since our children live near the Gulf and the Atlantic, we alternate coasts. This year we enjoyed Cinnamon Beach. It was so much fun. We had plenty of room for gathering and space and activities for the children. The beach was a different experience for all of us with the red-gold sand and natural reef. The resort is beautiful and well planned. We will all have good memories of this Thanksgiving. The only drawback was the distance from restaurants and activities outside the resort. However, there is plenty to do there and at the most a 30 min. drive to other locations.

family vacation at 751
751 is a large condo with lots of space for our family and a wonderful ocean view. The condo has lots of towels, beach towels, and beach equipment from chairs to sand toys. We cooked all of our meals and had problems with the oven temperature. The range needs to be repaired or replaced. Also there were a number of lights out and one of the master bedroom lamps has a broken switch. Cinnamon beach is a great place for our children and grandchildren and we will be back next year.
