Great appartment, facilities, communication with owner, + a complimentary bottle of red wine upon arrival. To shorten travel time to the city did we book a parking in Val D’europe.

It will be better to install a dishwasher. The kitchen area is small .

We are a family of 4 with two tall teenagers aged 17 and 14, so cramming everybody into a small European hotel room is quite a challenge to say the least.
This apartment was a refreshing change of pace! The owners were extremely friendly and provided detailed instructions (including short videos) on how to access the apartment, where to park for free if you drove in like we did, place your trash after your stay, etc.
Located a short drive from Disneyland Paris - Ubers averaged 10-16 euros for our 4 pack depending on demand. I would not say it is an easy walk to the parks - it is likely doable, but don’t expect a nice sidewalk (or any sidewalk from what I saw) to walk there on. Definitely not like walking to Disneyland Resort in California if you’re familiar with that. Just FYI - take the bus or Uber/Bolt to and from the parks.
There is a laundry machine (wash only - air dry all clothes) that we used a lot as we were in the middle of a three week trip. Beds were comfortable with fans available if you sleep hot like I do and the apartment is in a nice neighborhood. I made a short walk a couple of mornings to the nearby patisserie for some excellent pastries to bring back for our quick breakfast before heading out for that day’s adventure.
If you’re looking for extra room to spread out, catch up on laundry and enjoy day trips into downtown Paris and super fast access to Disneyland Paris (Uber/Bolt drop you off right at the entrance, this is the place for you!

The host has been amazing. Sent through instructions via whatsapp , it contained a video on how to enter the apartment. It also had contact information if we needed anyone too.
The apartment is well equiped and is only a few minutes drive away from the disney village.
We stayed as 4 adults and a 3 year old... more than enough room to accommodate us all.
We felt really safe. There is an underground parking space or free parking along the road.
When we return we hope to book again.

We had a great time in the apartment. The owner helped us a lot. Everything is easy to find. A short way to the bus station and 8 Minutes with the bus and we arrived at Disneyland.
I can recomend it, and perhaps we can come back sometimes

Apartment was great. Nice and clean. Comms from Steven were spot on for finding the place. Nice quiet neighbourhood and parking wasn’t an issue once we figured out where we could leave the car.
We were a family of 5 - 2 adults and our 3 young kids and the apartment was fine for us.
Only a couple of small issues we had: one was the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. And the light in the living room is so low I kept rattling my head off it at least three times a day. Also, the main listing on Vrbo has the location completely wrong: it states it’s walking distance to Val D’Europe shopping centre etc which isn’t correct: it’s actually in Chessy which is a short 7 min drive to most places / 10 mins to Disney village. Wasn’t really a big deal for us but I booked thinking it was a lot closer to Val d'europe.
All in all, we had a great pre Christmas family holiday and would definitely recommend staying here. You’d need a car or get Ubers to get around though. Or you’re stuck with the bus to get in and out of Disney.

Brilliant base for Disney and into Paris. All the amenities you could want. Close to a village with a few essential shops and close to bus stop for everything else. Great host sent lots of information as was tricky to find if you didn't have that. Would book again.

Je n'ai pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer les propriétaires, mais très bonne communication à distance avec Steven.
Tout était positif, logement propre, calme, bien équipé... La terrasse est aussi très sympathique.

J’ai passé 3 semaines dans le magnifique appartement de Mélanie et Steven et comment vous dire qu’il me manque déjà...!
L’arrivée à été parfaite, avec des petites touches d’attentions.
L’appartement est SUPER bien équipé. Que ce soit de la salle de bain à la cuisine.
Ils ont pensés à tout !
Pour ce qui est de la terrasse elle a une super exposition.
Le lotissement est extrêmement calme, avec des voisins très sympas.
Le lit king size lui aussi a été apprécié !
En bref de ce qu’il faut retenir de cet appartement : Il a tous les critères nécessaires pour passer un court ou long séjour de qualité et agréable.
Et bien évidement, un grand merci à Mélanie et Steven qui ont été très disponible pour répondre à mes questions.
Et en plus de ça ils sont sympas ! Que demander de plus 😉

The appartment is very nice, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the owners really make an effort to make you feel welcome, and provide all information you need to get to all the nearest necessities.
Me and my family really loved our stay, we would for sure go back and have already recommended it to several friends for their trips.

Hemos estado 5 días y ha sido todo maravilloso, el alojamiento es tal cual son las fotos, un apartamento precioso, con todo lo necesario y más, la limpieza espectacular, las camas comodisimas, la propietaria no tuve la suerte de conocerla pero estuvo en todo momento en contacto conmigo, cuando reservé el alojamiento me envió toda la información necesaria, desde la dirección hasta los horarios de los transportes y desde que bajamos del avión el día de llegada hasta que abandonamos el alojamiento el día de vuelta a casa estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto, la zona muy tranquila, a tan sólo 10 minutos de autobús para Disneyland, para ir a París muy fácil de coger los transportes necesarios. Tengo muy claro que volveré por que me ha encantado París pero lo que se con seguridad es que volveré a este alojamiento, lo recomiendo 100 x 100

Excellent short family stay in Paris
We were looking for a place that would allow us to spend some time in Disneyland Paris and experience central Paris too. We couldn’t have found a better place. Short bus ride to Disneyland and easy to access Paris by train. Melanie and Steven were very accommodating and we’d gladly go back.
