Our second time at this house, it has everything you'll ever want. Best place, great service.

While the beach and location is great, the inside of the home was covered in sand and had ants all over the place, even inside the silverware drawer. We were also locked out of using the A/C, leaving us no choice but to leave all of the windows open in the summer and have the ocean mist get everything all damp. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom didn't work. Instead of actual soap and shampoo we were left with tiny pouches of (think coffee creamer packet size) powder versions that don't work and only last a day. Text communications with the owner were actually with a bot. Wouldn't recommend.

Better than the pictures. The beach front doors fold open and the shades move by remote. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. Couch is comfy and easy to clean. The beach front patio and master are stunning. The spa is located between the garage and main home in a courtyard that also includes a sand play area. This is nice for privacy or for containing children but does not have a beach view. The home has lots of extra sand toys but no boards or beach chairs. Bring your own dishsoap, laundry detergent, extra paper towels, extra toilet paper, body soap and hair wash. The home has lots of towels and the laundry machine and dishwasher worked great. The beach had soft sand but was very rocky in the water. The rocks were fun to explore but made it painful to boogie board unless you are able to paddle out past them. Overall, a great home right in the sand!

Location is great, beautiful sunsets, saw dolphins, beach was quiet and sparsely populated. Kitchen was nicely laid out. Bring your own sharp knife if you like to cook and don’t want to use the fine but dull knives. Lovely beach breezes and patio.

We truly loved the location and the home. Directly on the beach access was so nice ! BUT super disappointed the home was listed with central ac so we booked in the heat of the summer, to show up to a hot house(my babies rooms were super hot at night too…)! And no working AC. After much confusion and apologies they still haven’t compensated us . So overall we a disappointed in the service . And don’t recommend going in the hot summer.

House and location were great, but this place has some issues. Dryer didn’t work and wasn’t replaced until two days prior to our departure. Jacuzzi was dirty and as a result my daughter, son in law and grandchild got a bacterial infection that looked like bed bug bites. Vacuum didn’t work, chair in patio was broken, door in front sliders wouldn’t open, no screens on upstair windows in small bedrooms. Just a lot of little stuff that should not be an issue, especially for the price they are charging. Kyle at vacasa was very helpful and tried to make things right, but it was one step forward and two steps back. With some TLC this place would be worth the price, but definitely not our week.

We have stayed in a lot of places and this home was fantastic! The view was stellar. We had some issues with entry that were resolved asap. Vacasa was very responsive including delivering some hand and dish towels. We also alerted Vacasa that one of the main tri-fold doors to the beach wouldn’t open (we preferred not to have them fix things while we were there) and that the shed that houses the ping pong table had lock that wouldn’t open. Only challenge that was not in the control of Vacasa, is that there was some construction down the road and the pounding could be felt in the house.
Regardless of the above, we all agree we would return ( a first for us!)

Wonderful House, Amazing View.
We enjoyed our mini-vacation! We knew we were going to spend lots of time at the house so wanted a home right on the beach! You cannot beat this amazing view and location.

Great but overpriced
Beautiful house in a quiet area right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay there, but we would have liked the finishing touches to be a little more luxurious considering the high price we paid to rent the place for less than 48 hours. The dishware was chipped and old. Pots and pans, utensils and cooking materials were old and worn too. None of the outlets in the upstairs master worked. The bedding was basic, and the mattresses were hard. The exterior door handles on the bi-folding doors facing the beach were wrapped in duct tape, presumably to protect them from rusting, but not very attractive. The lock on the storage container that housed the ping pong table was rusted and didn’t unlock easily (it took multiple tries and a phone call to the property manager). The ping pong table has seen better days. The biggest issue though related to the main door on the bi-folding doors leading out to the beach, which we struggled to lock every time we tried. It appears to need repair or maintenance, as it doesn't seem locked when it’s locked, and it didn’t seem secure. As well, we asked for a check out later than 10 am and there was zero flexibility. Overall, we had a great weekend and enjoyed the house, but I think the house was overpriced for the quality of the finishing touches and the level of service we received.

Lovely stay
Location on quiet beach but close to Oxnard canals and Ventura Seaport activities. Lovely home, kitchen and view. Our entire family -all ages -enjoyed staying here.

Home on the sand
Beautiful home right on the sand. Only complaint was the cookware was old and scratched up. Some simple good quality cookware and dishes would go a long way. Other than that a great time was had.

The only weird thing was that given the amazing professional appliances in that beautiful kitchen someone PLEASE for the LOVE OF COOKING head to Costco and buy: new cookware(the scratched old non-stick was scary), sheet pans, new utensils, serving bowls (we cooked but NO where to put your food), 2-3 platters (plastic is not cool), new flatware and NEW plates. Cracked and chipped plates are unhygienic. Seriously just throw out all the plastic and gross old stuff. Amazing house, amazing location, great beach AND it could be even better (especially for what you $$$/night!

This home was absolutely beautiful! We loved our entire stay. Full kitchen, amazing views, great bedrooms. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Definitely will be back!

Beautiful beach house
The property was on the beach in Oxnard. I don't think of Oxnard as typical beach location but it was a beautiful spot--wide sandy beach without any crowds (only a few scattered people on beach despite being holiday weekend, President's Day.) The property was modern, light and bright with wide windows that opened up completely to the beach. Jacuzzi was nice. No propane for the gas grill but huge oven in the kitchen made up for it. Would definitely go back again.

The 2 doors slide open all the way so you get that panoramic view of the ocean. We woke up to the sounds of the ocean every morning and fell asleep to the peaceful waves crashing at night. I knew this house was going to be nice but I didn't know it was going to be perfect! Super clean and very nice bathrooms. We had 7 comfortably staying and would recomend this beach house any day of the year. Don't get me started on the shower downstairs! The showerhead is on the ceiling and falls down with the perfect amount of pressure. The jacuzzi outside was heated perfectly and the property amenities make it a very comfortable stay. Thank you for sharing your property for all of us to enjoy. Great memories were made on this trip. We love you Oxnard! Who knew you were going to be so peaceful and beautiful.. 😍🌅🏖

We love this house!!!
What a beautiful home! Not too big, not too small. It’s appointed with style. High quality appliances and fixtures. High tech electronics. Comfortable bed, great heating system, on a delightfully empty beach that my husband walked right out to surf in the waves everyday. Needless to say, he was in heaven. We love this house!!!

Awesome location at the beach
The property is nicely remodeled and one of the smaller houses on this street. There was a mixup somewhere in the actual property management communication with themselves and the unit had not been cleaned when we arrived. This was very disappointing as we had to wait several hours to unload our things. They did send someone within an hour to clean but just not a great start to our weekend. Other than that the house was nice and we were very comfortable and would stay here again

Great location, great house!
The weekend started out shaky due to miscommunications related to checking in, with poor customer service from the phone number provided. However, Randy (property manager?) quickly arrived and delivered flawless service, checking in with us throughout the weekend to ensure all was satisfactory (thank you again, Randy).
Location is right on the beach, walking distance to a playground with swings, slide, basketball court and volleyball nets, enjoyed watching the surfers and dolphins. Close to great restaurants. House was spacious enough for everyone (5 of us). Enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub. We'll be back again.

Beautiful ocean front home
The house was equally as gorgeous as the photos! Beautiful location. Kitchen fully equipped! Loved having the Alexa speaker for music. The only negative was that the jets in the master bedroom jacuzzi did not function.

Hot tub not working, and was not maintenanced even after calling property manager. Jacuzzi tub also not working in MBR. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed it!
