Beachy ocean view with Happy Vibe in Cardiff by the Sea
Ceci est un 750 pieds carrés au-dessus du garage, construit en 2008. C'est moderne, propre et ouvert. Superbes vues sur les couchers de soleil sur l'océan et les plages. Quartier sûr et tranquille sur un cul-de-sac. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la State Park Beach et des spots de surf. Nous sommes idéalement situés à moins de 5 minutes à pied des restaurants, boutiques et épiceries.
Cette unité a des propriétaires sur place, et est bien entretenue. Il y a une entrée séparée sur la voie d'escalier latérale pour plus d'intimité. Il y a sur la rue un parking dédié pour un véhicule.
Nous avons des jouets de plage et des planches de boogie pour les enfants. Ce n'est pas un centre d'événements.

We needed to escape the heat and have a some beach time and this was the place to do it. This is a cute and roomy apartment above the owners home. You will not be disappointed this place it all from ac to beach chairs and boogie boards. We did not cook in the apartment but it did look pretty stocked. There are 2 nice size bedrooms well cleaned and bathroom good size as well. The front deck we sat looked out to the ocean with some beverages which had a nice breeze. You also have your own little area to park in front of the house which was a plus since the place is in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is maybe 10 minute drive several parking lots to go to. We loved the area had lots of local places to eat and coffee shops and a grocery store not to far. Lance the owner was easy to work with great communication. We would definitely rent again from him.

Spent an amazing week living like a local, and even saw some whales from the balcony! The neighborhood, host, and local community really made this place feel like home instantly. Great location to running on the PCH, Cardiff, and Encinitas!

In this world of online reviews, it seems that just about everything gets 5 stars. We wish we had the opportunity to grade this VRBO with a higher rating since we would clearly give it 6 or even higher. This spacious unit overlooks the ocean. It is bright and so easy to live in. Lance and Michele thought about absolutely everything to make our stay delightful. It was clean, it was quiet, it was well equipped, it was private, it was inviting, it almost felt like home. Directions to use any amenity were clearly provided. And the location could not be beat, within walking distance of a delightful village. It is highly recommended!!

This was a great place to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. In a residential neighborhood, so it was very quite. A parking place and all the utensils you need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and I have to say the shower pressure was to die for. Easy to communicate with owner, who lives downstairs, but was never intrusive. Just a great place with a view of the ocean!.

Three adults stayed at apartment for four days. Everything exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and quiet. Hosts were immediately responsive to one issue which was my failure not theirs relating to wifi-it worked perfectly. Just perfect for our needs near beach and Encinitas.

I visit the Cardiff area a couple times a year and use VRBO frequently. This property was on an incredibly quiet street, had amazing ocean views, was extremely clean and had all of the amenities you could ask for. The owner is very friendly and very quick to any questions you might have. Highly recommend, this is a gem!

Great neighborhood, close to beaches. Place is small and cozy. Sleeping is tight with 2 full size beds. Clean accommodations. Hosts were very generous. Overall, enjoyed the place.

Enjoyed our stay, and Lance & Michelle were excellent host.
The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything.
I would give it six stars if available.
Perfect place for couples, or small family. Having the beach accessories was a huge bonus; chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc.
If I had to pick one word for those location, it would be - relaxing!

This apartment was a great fit for our family of 4 for 3 days. The location was perfect! Close to several beaches and good restaurants and shops nearby. The host provided all the essentials that we needed and the apartment was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. They go out of their way to make sure their guests enjoy themselves. We had a great time and would stay here again!

The property has great views of the ocean, super clean, and contains many little extras to make the stay feel like home. Lance and Michelle are fantastic hosts, and I am looking forward to coming back next year.

This is a beautiful property with a multi-million dollar view, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Our hosts could not be nicer and the experience was extremely pleasant. We hope to be back soon.

Couldn’t if I tried to think of something negative to say about this property. Immaculate inside, great water pressure in the shower, plenty of towels. If you wanted to prepare your own meals you easily could in the well stocked kitchen. But all of this pales in comparison with the view of the Pacific Ocean from the beautiful balcony. If we weren’t there to spend time with our son we could have spent hours just relaxing on that balcony. Thank you Lance for being such a great host and taking such good care of your rental. We will be back!

We enjoyed our week-long stay in this wonderful space with an ocean view to die for! Lance and Michelle did an amazing job of hosting us for our 40th anniversary vacation, stocking the place well with everything from paper goods to those travel shampoos you forget to bring! Nice, quiet location and close to Hwy 101. Comfortable mattresses, well-outfitted kitchen, and overall a superb place to enjoy paradise for a while!

We really loved this property! The photos online do not do it justice. You walk into the living room for the first time and see an incredible view of the ocean! We spent 6 days here and it was very relaxing and comfortable. Lance was very accommodating and checked with us several times to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property and would definitely rent this one again in the future.

Will definitely stay again given the opportunity to visit the area in the future. We were thrilled at the location, accommodations and beach view from the living room/balcony. Our host was gracious and always available if needed. We have stayed in the area numerous times, but this experience did exceed our previous experience. We would stay here again.

Pleasant place with some funky decor that suits the surf vibe of Encinitas. I would highly recommend this place if you want an authentic Encinitas experience. Close to everything, incl. the beaches.

The property exceeded all expectations. It had so many good extras. The decor and view were perfect. The owners were amazing. Truly hated to leave. Can’t wait to come back. I recommend it so highly .

We had high expectations going in based on all the great reviews. This place exceeded them. Family of four in San Diego for soccer playoff at nearby San Diego Surf soccer complex, looking for a couple bedrooms and kitchen to cook some meals during stay. We were 10-15 mins from the fields and less them that to everything else we needed.
perfect spot for a morning walk with an amazing view. Great restaurants, grocery and markets, phenomenal bakery and donut shop, etc. Everything within a 10 minute walk of 5 minute drive.
The beach was great and easy to get to (Swamis). The owners provided beach chairs, towels, boogie board, etc which was a pleasant surprise and kept our additional costs down.
