L'unité a vue sur Keystone Mountain et est à quelques pas de la ligne de navette gratuite pour Keystone Mountain avec des connexions à Arapahoe Basin et Breckenridge. Les quatre forfaits de ski chaque jour permettent de skier ou d'embarquer gratuitement à Keystone et Breckenridge. Very clean townhome. The description of the property is accurate. It is at the end of a row of townhomes, with neighbors on one side only. Ample space for seating and dining. Kitchen is modern. All the fixtures, sinks, lights, etc worked well. Tons of windows to open for fresh, cool, mountain air. I would definitely stay here again. I've been wary of short term rentals in the past after some negative experiences, but this exceeded my expectations.

Condo/ townhome was exactly as described. 1 photo was misleading. We thought from the photo the pool was located next to the condo/townhome. That was our only disappointment. It wasn't far away but it was further than we expected. It was a very nice pool that was well kept. Would definitely stay again. It was a beautiful location and the owners were wonderful to work with.

Great spot near Keystone resort. Sleeping arrangement was perfect for two families with two teenagers each. Kitchen was well-appointed. Easy walk to hot tub and pool. Great price, and included ski passes! Owners were super responsive to questions. Could not ask for more. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay with family. It’s very convenient to the mountain and the ski passes are great so you can take advantage of when the weather is good verses having to buy in advance.
The only thing was there were a lot of steps down from the parking which while close makes taking baggage down a little difficult. As a family with several kids and lots of luggage it that was our only issue.

My friends and I have stayed here the last week of January for 3 years now. The condo is very nice and well appointed. Plenty of what you need for cooking and lots of places for people to sit and enjoy each other's company. It's a first floor condo with no one above you. If you staying on a third floor condo then you know how valuable this is. You're only four or five minutes from keystone on a busy day and 2 minutes with no traffic. 15 from Arapahoe Basin. The condo comes with the most unique passes that exist as far as I know. There are four passes for Arapahoe Basin and four passes that will get you access to keystone and Breckenridge. So eight people can ski in one day. Each one of these passes can be used by absolutely anybody. The rules do stipulate that that anybody needs to be someone who is renting the condo. Other than that it doesn't matter who you are it just matters that you have one of these passes. When you add up the cost of a week's worth of tickets and a week stay somewhere else this condo is always the better option. I have never had a negative experience here. We draw straws for who gets the master bedroom and somehow I have won every time. So I have to assume that the rest of the beds are nice as the guys don't complain and we keep coming back. The master bedroom is amazing.

Great cozy spot in Keystone. Bus stop is so close making it very convenient. We were 6 adults and never felt cramped. We cooked most our meals and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We would stay there again.

Easy check-in and check-out process, pictures are accurate and a great location. The bus-stop is just a few steps from the parking spots which makes getting to and from the slopes very convenient. Newer mattresses and pillows are the only items we can think of to upgrade next. Thank you for many great memories!

Summer Keystone Stay
This is our families second stay at the Tennis Townhomes and first time in this particular unit. We love to mountain bike and it is very convenient to reach the trailheads from this area. The pool is excellent and we spent hours in the heated swimming pool, even with temperatures around 60 degrees. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful too. They had plenty of towels and the locker rooms are very clean.
This particular unit had a well-stocked kitchen. We cooked most meals at home and found the knives, pots, pans, etc. to serve us well. We also found the beds to be comfortable and appreciated having a box fan for some white noise for the kids! We hope to return next Summer and would happily book the same unit if available.

Family Vacay in Keystone
Great condo that had room for all 8 of us. The living/dinning area we great for all of us to gather for dinner, play games, and just hang out. The deck had great views where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Close to the bike trail. Beautiful rides into Keystone and Dilon. Close to Lake Dillon. Accessible to many hiking trails. We would stay here again. Two suggestion are to upgrade the knives and more kitchen towels/oven mitts. We made dinner there every night and nearly all of the knives were dull. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay
Myself and 6 friends stayed near the end of January to ski. No complaints at all about the condo. It was fantastic. Where been doing summit county together for six years and this is my favorite condo. The living room is really big and so is the dining room table. All bedrooms are a nice size and the master is huge. Parking is a breeze and keystone parking lot is maybe a mile away. It was close anyway.

Family Ski Trip
We had an excellent time with two families staying at this property. It had easy access to the slopes, the sidewalks were well maintained. The property was well maintained and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Second Stay at this Excellent Property
This is not the last time we will rent this condo! It is immaculate, well equipped and in a great location. 4 ski passes sweeten the deal! The owners are communicative and available for questions if need be. This last trip was as great as our first stay 3 years ago! I highly recommend this property for large families or a big group of friends. The place is well stocked with what you need to enjoy a fun trip!

Great Vacation
We enjoyed our stay. Lots of room, comfortable beds (the pull out couches weren’t great but then those types of beds never are), plenty of blankets and pillows. Kitchen was well equipped. There are sleds in the ski/snowboard storage and we had a blast sledding at the Silverthorne Recreation Center.

Great family getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The transferable ski passes made our family trip much more affordable, and the condo was the perfect size (and location!) with all amenities we needed for a great week away. Thank you Leah and Steve, we had a wonderful white Christmas vacation!

Okay for a family, not so okay for a group of adults
We were in Keystone for a medical convention at the conference center, so the location was ideal.
Sleeping arrangements were a bit of a challenge because the 4 twin beds were very uncomfortable, especially those next to the living room, and the pullout couch was unfit to lie on.
The place is old, but has recently gone through a renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms which were nice. Everything worked well and the place was clean for our arrival.
I own vacation rental property in Mexico, so I understand the value of good beds if I want return customers.
Overall I would have given it a great rating because of location and cleanliness, but give a below average for comfort.

Very comfy place!
Upon our arrival, we found the home to be very accommodating. Plenty of space and comfy beds. Great area and close to many restaurants, stores and outdoor activities. The pool and jacuzzi were great too! Owners kept us posted and responded promptly throughout entire process. Will definitely revisit again! Enjoyed the Summer Keystone Gondola!

The property lived up to the description and then some. Hard to capture to majesty of the mountains and the extreme beauty everywhere. Picture postcard sights abound!

Wonderful trip once we were settled in
The views are breathtaking, and we found the location very convenient for exploring multiple nearby towns and for taking day trips into Denver. The house is very spacious and the nearby small pool and hot tub were a definite bonus. The owners were responsive but there was a glitch with the reservation. This led to 3 hours of running all over Keystone due to incorrect directions and no available unit on the first day. The second day we had no unit for half the day, got moved back into the first unit, and then about 6:30pm got into the original unit. Multiple repairmen came throughout the week, so I finally asked them to fix anything else after we left. Again, the owners were apologetic, paid for the other unit, and offered an additional night at their unit (but we had to fly out). I think it took them off guard as much as it did us.

Wonderful place for our family to stay while skiing at beautiful Keystone. So much space and very well equipped for even the largest family. Easy check in despite the late arrival. Very convenient with shuttle bus only steps from your front door. Easily the nicest ski accommodation we have ever used. Thanks again!!!

Fantastic Condo & Convenient for Skiing
What a find! We were fortunate to stay at this wonderful condo for our family ski trip to Keystone. The owner was fantastic to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our trip. The check in and out process was fast and easy with the property management company. Condo was very clean and spacious, perfect setup for our family ski getaway with our adult children. Having 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space. The generosity of the owners allowing the use of their 4 ski passes was a huge savings. Super convenient getting to the slopes with the shuttle bus stop just steps from the front door. We were able to come back to the condo and enjoy a hot bowl of chili for lunch, let our legs rest a bit, then return for more skiing. Having 2 large dining tables provided ample space for eating and enjoying some family board games. We are planning to make this an annual trip. Thank you for sharing your beautiful mountain home and allowing our family to create some wonderful memories!

Communication with owners was great. Real value in the Keystone, A basin and Breck lift tickets. Home had a good layout and accommodated our family nicely. Location is away from town but has easy access to amenities.

Great stay in the mountains.
This is a great place to stay. The only complaint I have is the pictures showed a view of a lake which we did not have. Easy access to the condo and close to so many things to do. Condo was clean and had plenty of room.

Week after 4th of July, 2020
Our trip was a family getaway (2 families, 9 of us total) to continue social distancing, but up in the mountains to get some outdoor activity. Great location, with lots of scenic views, hiking, biking and water activity options nearby. The place was a great size with plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and had everything that you would expect in a condo rental. Only a few small challenges: hot water ran out quickly (Tank not big enough for all 9 of us to shower without some planned spacing); needs a new toaster; master bedroom door wouldn’t lock when closed.
Overall, great place and great experience. We would return for sure!

Great size & location for multi-family holiday
We have been coming to the Keystone area for several years now. This is the best place we have stayed. Plenty of room for my family & our guests. It is right across the street from the Keystone resort with a shuttle that drops you right off at the lift. No need to work about parking. Well equipped with everything we needed. Great communication. Will definitely try to make it here again!

Work stay
4 of us were in town for a conference and we’re looking for an affordable place to unwind near the convention hall. This fit the bill, was quiet at night and allowed us to walk to the conference and take the city and keystone bus to nearby anywhere as needed. It was off season so many things had odd hours but local resort staff was helpful.
Communication with the owner was easy and the place very comfortably fit 4 grown men and could easily do many more.
