Awesome location and quite little subdivision.

Came up after our oldest graduated from Higgs school to see family in Paducah. House is in a great location, nice bay access and so close to Moors Resort. Allison was a great host, answered all of my bothersome questions quickly and efficiently. Would love to stay again!

The property was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked.. lovely view! There was only one surprise-the steep hill going to the entrance. Would definitely stay again!!! Thanks for a great vaca!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, lakeside property. There was plenty of room for eight of us to eat, watch TV, play games and just hang out. We had all the amenities we could hope for and the owners we so helpful and quick to respond. Our New Year's getaway was so much fun, and we DEFINITELY found the perfect spot for our family to relax! BTW we miss Hissy 🐈

Good stay

This house was so nice. Lots of space, pretty, clean and right on the water! We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything you could want!

This property sits directly on the water and has its own dock. Easy walk down to water. 4 bedrooms and loft with 2 bathrooms. Everything was clean and host was friendly. Two adjacent properties can also be rented if you had a large family gathering.

Overall happy with this property. Close to Moors resort for launching boat. Great dock! Need to supply more toilet paper. Unhappy about all the people walking back and forth from the house on left to the house on the right of this property. Sometimes walking on our back patio or through the yard behind our house. Not much privacy! Listing stated 2 car garage but we could not use it so parking was an issue.

Great location on the lake, awesome dock, and updated, spacious home. My family and their friends (all teens) had a great time off the dock swimming and kayaking, as well as being in the home when it was rainy playing pool and board games. Owners are easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again! The marina is close by with a restaurant and there is a Dollar General within a few minutes.

This worked well with two families staying in this house and the same property manager renting other houses next door where another family stayed. The swimming area was great with the two properties both having docks Having a covered dock made it easy to rent a boat for the week and not have to return it every night

Another year at SunRise. Just can not beat the location. So close to the Moors, the sands and the quarry. The two boat slips and the jetski slip is exactly what is needed for our two boat & jetski family! The AC is great after a full day on the water in the sun. There is a few issues. Again the shower doors stick sometimes so bad it almost embarrassing. This little balls that hold to door closed sometimes do not release. The internet ( for the little ones to watch cartoons while Nana watches them) is very slow. Other than those issues the stay was fantastic. Allison is great to work with. Will be back in 2023!!!!

From the time we pulled up to the minute we left, a great time was had by all! Location is perfect! Right on the water! Allison was so amazing to work with! House was perfect for our group! Loved the extra loft on top! The pool table and the bags games were a hit with everyone. Only thing missing was a pantry in the kitchen to store all the food we brought. Definitely will be back!! Thank you for a perfect trip! **If you are looking for a place to rent paddleboards, we used Pure Bliss Paddleboards. They deliver and pick up. **

My friends and I have been staying at this property for a few years and love it. The home is spacious, clean, offers lots to do, great views, and the pier is an added bonus. We've never had any issues here and the property manager is great to deal with. Highly recommend!!

This is a great property with a lot of amenities. You have two patio/deck areas for relaxing and viewing the beautiful cove. The fire pit is a great place to hang out by the water in the evenings. The staff provided exceptional service and couldn't have been nicer. I would definitely recommend this property.

We are repeat visitors to this property, we stayed after labor day and the lake was pretty quiet and made for a very peaceful stay. House lived up to all order expectations as usual, seems every time we come back updates have been made! Look forward to coming back.

This was our third stay at this property. All was great as before. The layout of the house allows for 4 family’s (only three young children). The proximity to the Moors Marina, the sands and the quarry are the best! We will be staying again in July of 22 for the fourth family vacation. Note: my only “wish” is that the owner would change out the king bed because it squeaks A LOT . I’m old and I toss and turn a lot so the squeaking keeps my wife awake!!! Therefore I get in trouble!!!🙈😂

Please address for next visitors: toilet up stairs needs to be looked, runs a lot new flapper? One lamp downstairs was broken upstairs bedroom off kitchen lamp was broken, one lamp missing lightbulb. That’s all for updates.

2nd time staying in this home and 3rd time with this property manager. House is awesome, the yard is great, the pier with the 2nd level is fantastic to watch the sunrise from, and overall just great. Will definitely stay here every year we come back!

We enjoyed the house. Beautiful lake and nicely stocked kitchen. The showers were SUPER slippery!! They could use some grippers. Also the air fresheners and dryer sheets taped to the vents were overkill. I had to remove them as soon as we got there abs air out as it was bothering my daughters asthma.

The house is beautiful. Very clean. Allison was great to work with. Comfortable beds and we really like the layout of the house. View is awesome. Just a couple of things...we were given the wrong code for the house but we didn't go anywhere so it wasn't that big of a deal. One heads up...The showers are really small. My son is 6'4" and they weren't a good size for him. I would definitely recommend this property though

This was our second year staying here and it was a perfect spot for our boat vacation! The house has recently been remodeled this year and it was a nice upgrade. Everything is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need for cooking etc. Communication with property mngt. was always efficient. Good chance we will be back.

We had the best time here. We really didn’t know what to expect as this was our 1st time using VRBO. This place exceeded our expectations. And the marina was just a short drive where we rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed the lake access. It is a beautiful place!
