Filthy dirty. Didn’t even get to stay in the accommodation at all. Arrived back at it and the Gaurds were standing outside trying to arrest the owner or trying to attack people.

Mostly OK but the other comments about access to keys and process of checking in are understandable. with a little more effort from hosts it would be ok, but added stress from difficulties of access may not suit some travellers

The room was not properly cleaned, I found trash on top of the wardrobe and under the bed. The wardrobe door and the sink in the common kitchen were broken which could be understandable if it wasn't for the fact that no one said a thing about it, as if it was only the normal state of things. I think I even met the management one morning and they didn't even speak to me. The walls are paper thin, I could hear conversations and snoring as if there were no walls at all.

Absolutely nothing. Worst place I ever stayed on every level.

Everything. Rude vulgar host. Vulgar signs in bathroom. Host fighting with co-worker loudly and with profanity.

a flat for yourself sharing with one other person. You get a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, incl washing machine, fridges and patio and cooker, toaster etc, great! and a large TV in your room and wifi and all at a very reasonable price.

the location is good for Letterkenny but Letterkenny itself is not that great IMO, you deffo need the bus station to get out of there … Checking-in was a bit painful cos I (and a fellow flat sharer) didn’t have the lockbox combination codes to get ahold of our house/room keys/access to our flat … and it took quite a while to get the proprietor to provide them… not ideal but perhaps just a mishap on the day. Also, the building/flat seems to be in the middle of a revamp so there are building materials/ refuse in the garden and loose electric cables hanging from the kitchen ceiling … I also must mention that you end up sharing the flat (the downstairs one I am talking about) with just one other person, and no staff on site… so it can be quite scary … cos the person you share with is not known to you at all and there is no indication as to what kind of a person they are …. I was scared tbh….. it’s okay if you’re a couple or a group then you have each other to protect you.

Good location

Room overlooked a rubbish dump, old mattresses, bags of rubbish, broken furniture. Terrible.

A kitchen was available to make meals.

The floors are very creaky so if your room is next to the bathroom it is quite noisy as other guests pass by regularly.

Convenient, clean, well thought out procedures, decent view, exceptionally helpful management.

It would have been great if there were a hair dryer made available. There may have been one but my stay was so brief that I neither searched nor asked.

I'm always anxious staying somewhere in my own. But this place is really nice. There's a TV that works, great mattresses and pillows and very clean. Great value for money and quiet. Near a shop and takeaway. The person I was talking to as I got a bit lost was really helpful and polite. Will stay again 😁

Genuinely nothing I didn't like

The bedroom was very good, with a confortable bed and a big TV (even if I didnt' use it). The bathroom is big and is renovated. There's everything you need in the kitchen, no problem about that. I also asked for a dryer for my hair and the person who did the check-in found one for me.

The location is not exactly the same (the neighbourhood/street is not that good). The check-in was from 3pm, I was taking a coffee until 3:15pm and when I texted to the person, she wasn't ready. During my arrival, a lot of information was given too fast... The bathroom wasn't clean (even if it's a hostel, it wasn't full. I have worked and stayed in other hostels and the bathrooms were cleaner). My room had a window to the street, during the night a lot of noise from the neighbours, kids crying, adults talking until late (11pm)... You can hear EVERYTHING from the other room, so even if each room is an individual one, noises are everywhere.
