Un studio Legacy Villas à l'étage avec un lit king-size, un minibar, une cheminée, une salle de bain complète et un balcon privé offre un cadre confortable et tranquille pour votre prochain séjour à La Quinta. La chambre donne sur une fontaine communautaire avec vue sur les montagnes Santa Rosa et Chocolate. La chambre offre un grand espace de vie avec un placard, un bureau et une commode. Le mini-bar contient un mini-réfrigérateur, une cafetière et un micro-ondes. Les ustensiles et la vaisselle jetables sont situés dans une armoire au-dessus du mini-bar. La salle de bain a une douche et une baignoire séparée avec un ensemble complet de draps à utiliser pendant votre séjour. Nice quiet location and neighborhood

This quiet studio is a sweet little space with a lovely view of the Santa Rosa mountains. The Legacy Villas property is beautifully maintained. I gave the poor cleanliness rating due to the filthy carpet. It needs to be deep cleaned (at a minimum) and probably replaced....yes, it's that bad. I would stay at this property again if the carpet issue is resolved.

Although the carpet and the decor are a bit dated the setting and the unit are so great for an adult or two and a pet. The view of the hills during the day is amazing. I will be back!

My pooch and I stayed for 4 nights and genuinely enjoyed our visit. The unit is comfortable and the resort amenities are wonderful. The unit is connected to another larger unit that can accommodate a family, so it can get a little noisy if there are young kids staying there. All in all, though, i would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for a couple!
Easy parking, nice balcony, very quiet. Only issue was checking in and getting into room. I never received email with code to enter. Waited 30min on phone to confirm! Thought we had access to La Quinta resort pools also next door but we did not. Overall, nice place and comfy bed and tub!

Unhappy
The guard at the entrance was very rude! And the contact phone number to resolve issues, were very slow to respond and to act on giving me solutions . I, actually ask to be refunded for the last day, because I, was very unhappy. I, didn’t hear from them I, was so upset I, left a day early. I, will summarize everything and write it on YELP.

Wonderful Stay!
Description of property is accurate and exceeded our expectations regarding the quiet location, cleanliness, along with everything you need being provided for a comfortable stay. Both check-in and check-out process was seamless. Host was highly responsive to our inquiries, which we greatly appreciated. We look forward to a return visit!

I was given the code without the # key ad part of it which made my early check in less than seamless. Luckily the company resolved it quickly. The carpet was really dirty and stained.

Attending wedding in La Quinta
This property was just what we needed. The overall location is very nice and the building easy to find. Room was quiet and had nice touches like paper plates, spoons and cups for our dinner to go. We had a nice meal on the balcony. Only challenge was finding the exact room. The numbers are not on the door so we tried getting into the wrong room! The person was very understanding, but we felt awful.
Check in and out was very easy and automated.
Would stay here again. Thanks!

Great place
Perfect for a single or couple. The studio was immaculate, and the unit had a nice view from the balcony. The condo complex is beautifully landscaped and well run. Overall, we were very impressed at the quality of the room and operation of the rental agents. One thing about the room....absolutely could use a bigger TV. Really...

Very clean, easy to walk around, pools and spas the best.
Had one problem checking in . The front gate did not have our reservation. Had to call the hoist to send the info over . About an hour later we got in.

Nice but dated
We enjoyed our stay! The location of the property is amazing. The development is beautiful, but the actual unit is very dated and needs to be remodeled. It wouldn’t take much! It was priced well and possibly that’s the reason why.

Wonderful studio! Great location and very nice view of mountains. Studio was clean and also close to pools. Everything was well maintained and management company extremely easy to work with. Already planning our next visit!

Nestled so close to the mountains, the building and grounds were impeccably kept. Peaceful and relaxing, the Villas are a quick drive to a beautifully maintained walking trail. This particular unit was comfortable with a great balcony and spacious bathroom. However, the furniture looks a bit worn and chipped in places. It could use some TLC. We will certainly return to Legacy Villas!

We have stayed a number of times at Legacy Villas and a few times at this studio condo. It's a great place, so many pools and a great View. We keep coming back!

Lovely retreat space!
This is my second time back at this particular unit. I love the private balcony with a view of the hills. It’s just beautiful. Only drawback ( and it’s a small one) they still haven’t fixed the outside light on the balcony. It didn’t work in August 2021 and still doesn’t work in December 2021. They updated the A/C unit, so I’m so confused as to why they keep missing the outside light. Come on guys, the unit would be perfect if that could get fixed . Other than that, another great retreat getaway in the record books!

Peaceful with Incredible View!
This unit was pretty much perfect. The view from the balcony is amazing - I was right at the base of the hills. Awesome! The unit was quiet, clean and just as pictured. It’s a 2 minute walk from two different pools. The pool was quiet, clean and had good shade. I really enjoyed my stay and love this resort property. It is a hidden gem!

Fantastic grounds and view
This has been a great stay. The grounds are nicely appointed, great view of the mountain, we left the French doors to the balcony open giving a spacious feel. Very quiet!

Excellent retreat with great water features
The check-in process was a breeze. The pictures and description were accurate and effective. Good dog walk along outer loop. Great pools, with good social distance. Patio table hadn't been cleaned, which was the only even minor problem, and it took two minutes to fix. Overall, great stay.

Quiet Little Space
Beautiful location where you can get away to clear your mind and relax. Folks were kind and welcoming. Studio was clean, need a few repairs, but nothing too serious. I extended my stay one night and had some issues with info not being forwarded to the property.

Beautiful, clean with amazing views and proximity to foothills of nearby Mountain Range - all while basking in the wonderful air and ambiance of the desert.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the upstairs single apartment for a three day getaway and it was just right in every way. The location towards the back of the entire Villas complex was away from any street noise and close to the beautiful mountains that form the backdrop to this site. We took walks along the trail that rims the Villas at the base of the mountains and can never stop remarking about the changing colors of the rocks throughout the day. The Villa was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the restaurants in the area and other attractions without the need for an full kitchen or other bedrooms as in the larger units in the Villas. You will love the quiet there. We'll come again!
