The house was well-appointed - there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. It was comfortable for our little group and we enjoyed gathering around the island in the kitchen for snacks and a game from the well-supplied games/book closet. The property was very clean. The owner provided quite a bit of info about the town and the area (Willamette Valley wine country) and even provided a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Unfortunately, it was raining so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space but there were several nice seating areas in the backyard. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for the four of us.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable house. It was very centrally located. The kitchen worked well for us and the host graciously left us coffee and treats. It was a good long weekend with wine tasting and enjoying family.

Loved the Garage Parking, two separate rear patio decks, large supply of books and games available, separate dining room as well as counter seating.
Centrally located in McMinnville, we were 2 blocks from the Linfield University Campus where our Wine Festival was occurring and only around 4-5 blocks from the downtown area.
We had requested a stand-alone fan for one of our group, not only was one provided, but there are separate AC Units in each bedroom which sort of nullified the need for a fan.
Overall, we all agreed that a repeat stay would be definitely worthwhile.

My family had a great time staying here. It fit our needs for a weekend. The shower head was Very low so that did make showers tough for the tall and average height people with us.

This was a great house for our weekend getaway! We were three friends meeting up in McMinnville to visit some vineyards. It was a good central location and had 3 full bedrooms, one for each of us. The host kindly left a bottle of wine, coffee & snacks for us in the fridge which was much appreciated. We walked into town both nights (appx 1/2 mile) for excellent dinners at local places. The neighborhood wasn't fancy or upscale, but it felt safe & it was relatively quiet. Great overall experience, highly recommend.

This place was amazing on the inside. Completely new and updated for all the convenience of home. Easy to get to downtown and some beautiful wineries. The owner added special touches, pastries, wine, coffee and creamer. It really was perfect for 6 people- 3 couples! Dinning area was large and perfect for card playing!

The property was close to Linfield and downtown, also close to a winery venue where we attended a wedding. The interior was very clean and comfortable. There were games that kept a 4-yr-old child happy and also a nice outdoor space. Just a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our rental in McMinnville. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is close to downtown and the university. It was quiet despite being surrounded by apartments. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the snacks and coffee. The grapes were exceptional! Pluses: very clean, convenient, garage, outdoor seating, plenty of linens. Cons: the living room sofa and love seat should be updated. We would rent this property again.

We absolutely loved our stay in McMinnville! Janet was a great host and easy to communicate with- she even left us wine and breakfast treats in the fridge! The house was clean and very easy to check in and out of, and fully stocked. Wish it was slightly closer to the Main Street due to my dad’s limited walking ability, but for younger people it would be a nice 10-15 min walk. Would definitely book again!

Great property overall and an easy walk to downtown. Had plenty of space for our family to cook, hang out, cool off, and just enjoy the final days of our vacation. It also had all of the amenities we could have needed, and came with great treats and wine upon arrival. Highly recommend staying here if you can!

We were attending a wedding in McMinnville and this VRBO was located in a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with utensils (I was able to make banana bread while there), and great water pressure in the showers!

Great stay. Close to everything we needed. Super easy check in and check out- appreciated that the list of things we needed to do cleaning wise was just rounding up towels and starting the dishwasher so we got up and out quickly our last day.

What a great first time VRBO for me! My Brother & 2 Sisters plus myself stayed at this cute house with all kinds of up-grades! We had so much fun playing yatzee and cooking for each other and visiting! The process was very smooth and we want to thank Janet for answering all my questions and being so helpful. I would book this place again when I go to visit my older brother and his family!

We loved our time spent at this wonderful home in McMinnville. Janet was available when we had questions and she even went out of her way to mail a pair of baby shoes we accidentally left behind.
When we arrived in the evening, the house was warm and lights were on - it felt very welcoming to enter after a tough 6 hour drive with 3 kids.
Speaking of kids, my children LOVED all the toys and games that were provided. They spent hours building with Lincoln Logs and the baby enjoyed all the infant toys. This home was the most well stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in! From the pack n play, extra pillows and blankets, and an abundance of books and games, there was no shortage of entertainment.
Janet also provided pastries, fruit and beverages in the fridge which was so wonderful since we hadn't stopped at the grocery store yet.
The beds were very comfortable and even though the house is small, we never felt cramped with our family of 5. It's laid out very nicely.
I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but overall a very nice stay. We would definitely return!

We had three generations staying together and the house was an excellent choice. We were able to come back to the house rather than a hotel so we could visit and play games and eat dinner.
This house had everything we needed and more. There were a ton of great details the owners have added in order to make the stay pleasant and easy. From the goodies in the fridge to the soap in the shower to the higher quality toilet paper…this house had it all. Checking in and out was easy and we appreciated the simple to do list the morning we left. The house is very clean and comfortable. The location in McMinnville was great - we were actually visiting kids in Newberg but anyone coming to see kids at Linfield or George Fox should definitely try this house. The restaurant choices in McMinnville are fantastic!
We expect to have many more trips to see our college kids and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was a lovely home for us to spend 5 days exploring Oregon. It was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. The home is very close to downtown and wonderful shops and restaurants, and is an easy drive to wineries and the coast. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This host really thought about all the details to make one's stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are plenty of games provided to keep everyone entertained, lots of info on what to do in McMinnville and surrounding areas (even included family-friendly places), and the beds were ridiculously comfortable. I got the best sleep the two nights we stayed there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially with little ones.
