OCEAN FRONT 5 chambres, 6. 5 salles de bains, dort 22. Imaginez-vous comme l'un de nos premiers invités dans cette belle, nouvelle pour la maison de plage face à l'océan 2017. Endless Summer est une coutume construite de 5 chambres, 5. 5 gemmes de bain qui est professionnellement décoré et meublé pour votre plus grand plaisir. Nous avons essayé de réfléchir à tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour faire de vos meilleures vacances. Endless Summer possède une très grande piscine de 14'x26 'avec une salle de bains à proximité, un ascenseur lambrissé, une très grande cuisine, de très grands ponts avant couverts et ouverts, des appareils électroniques de pointe et le meilleur de tous ... juste sur l'océan ! L'été sans fin comporte des sols en hickory au troisième étage de ce plancher inverse avec de belles tuiles sur la salle familiale du deuxième étage et un tapis en peluche dans chacune des chambres. Profitez de vues incroyables sur l'océan, à moitié couvertes et à moitié découvertes, depuis le pont supérieur. Du deuxième pont, profitez des vues sur l'océan couvertes et une vue sur les enfants qui jouent dans la piscine ci-dessous. La belle cuisine gastronomique a été conçue pour les grands rassemblements avec un îlot central, des armoires personnalisées, des comptoirs en quartz, des appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine et équipements. Deux lave-vaisselle gardent toute la vaisselle propre et un réfrigérateur à boisson et une machine à glace séparée permettent de garder toutes vos boissons au frais pendant les chaudes journées d'été. De l'eau chaude illimitée est toujours disponible simultanément pour les six douches (5 à l'intérieur et 2 à l'extérieur) à partir de deux chauffe-eau Rinnai sans réservoir à la demande. Et, il n'y a pas de clé à partager car il y a une clé moins entrée qui sera modifiée pour accueillir chaque nouvel invité.

This was our second year staying at David and Amy's beach house and we loved it even more the second year!
When we arrived the home and pool were cleaned and ready for our stay. Bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We are a family that cooks all our meals at the house, so having a kitchen that is well stocked, spacious enough for multiple people prepping and conversating, and all the amenities (separate ice maker is a PLUS) made cooking and eating in a joy!
Pool, patios, and decks are very spacious and well equipped with chairs and rockers to relax the afternoon and evenings away!
Location is one of the best we have stayed at in Ocean Isle IMHO - 1.5 miles from the pier and 1 mile from the east end inlets - all great for morning runs/walks.
Even before we left at the end of our week the family was asking (begging) that we come back again next year - and we surely will!

Our family which ranges in age from 3 to 88 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Being on the beach was wonderful and having a pool was perfect with the kids! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Beach house for our family. Very Clean, and well kept. We had some issues with the appliances, however they were resolved quickly and efficiently. During those problems David was very respectful and did his best to work with us through the ordeal. We know you can't predict when an appliance is going to act up and it is not the host's fault. David handled it the best he could and made things right with us. We will be staying here again next year.

The home was perfect for our family vacation! Of course the location (right on the beach) was perfect, but in addition the amenities the home provided were also perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious with great finishes. The kitchen was enormous; well stock with cooking and eating items - the best was the separate ice maker perfect for afternoon frozen cocktails. The pool and pool furnishings were perfect for early morning and late afternoon relaxation time. We had stayed two years ago in another of Dave's house which was incredible and was very much looking forward to our stay in this house - and it was just as if not more incredible. This homes was perfect for our large family. The owners really thought of everything for a high quality vacation rental. The decks were huge with beautiful furniture and plenty of seating and the views were beyond spectacular. The kitchen was great for cooking large meals and the dining areas were plenty big. The private walkway to the beach was so nice - and the beach was wonderful and not crowded. There is not a public access area close to the house - keeping our part of the beach truly private for the homes in that section of the beach. The pool area was very nice as well. We had a fun time swimming and playing cornhole on the pool deck and having lunch and snacks by the pool. The bathroom by the pool is very convenient for both swimming and the beach. If we had one complaint it was that the pool water was very cold and it took a long time to get used to it. Everything else was on point, and we definitely plan to book this house again!!

We had a blast ! Dave was very gracious about straightening out a couple of issues up front ! The house is absolutely gorgeous, and had everything we could ever hope for. The ice machine was an added plus when packing a cooler for the beach. The private walkway to the beach, the fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided, the huge dining table, two king master bedrooms, bathroom by the pool, outdoor showers , are just a few of the amazing amenities. The grandkids loved the bunk room! We couldn’t have asked for more! If we return to Ocean Isle, we will want to stay here again!

This property did not disappoint. Beautiful home, great location, easy access to the beach. Views from the top deck were amazing. Kitchen had everything imaginable. We spent the week with 8 adults and 6 kids, celebrating our 40th anniversary. Owner was very prompt to answer phone and/or text messages. Maintenance man Russ was very prompt and pleasant. The grandkids were already asking to come back before the week was even over. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to come back again!!!!!

This was our first time at Ocean Isle and we all really enjoyed our stay - we really liked the smaller beach town vibe and would definitely stay at this house again. There was very easy access to the beach from the house and we spent a lot of time outside between the beach, pool and all the decks at the house. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the double dishwashers, beverage fridge and ice maker were really helpful to have. The house is decorated very nicely and everything was very clean. It's an easy trip to the grocery stores and local restaurants. Communication from the owners was excellent and the local house managers were very responsive to the couple questions we had during our stay.

Our whole family, my husband and me along with two adult sons and spouses and 2 grandkids each stayed here last week. The location was amazing! The views from the decks was incredible! The pictures of the home were just as we found it. We enjoyed all our meals in and had everything we needed to prepare these meals. The linens and towels provided were a godsend since that was one thing we didn’t have to bring. We were the only ones who drove so it would have added so much more to our long list of beach must haves. David was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you,David for allowing us to use your beautiful home for a week. By the way, grocery stores and fresh seafood markets were close by. Everything very convenient. Our only regret was it was over too quickly.

Beautiful. Anything you could possibly need was there in or around the house. We all enjoyed the closeness of the beach, and still had our own private pool. Very accomodating. I would recommend this beach house to any family that wants to relax and enjoy family time together.

Wonderful property for a family vacation. Eight adults and eight children were very comfortable for the week. The large kitchen was great for everyone. The proximity to the beach was perfect for going to and from the ocean. We all enjoyed the pool for afternoon and evening swims. Overall a great stay.

I will say this is a nice home but not suitable for people with small children. The numerous staircases make the house disjointed and difficult to get around with small ones. We also had to make barriers for the stairs so the children would not fall down them. The outside stairs have gates which is nice.
The listing photos make the house look much nicer than it is. I did tell the owner about extermination issues that were needed at the home. He responded promptly but unfortunately with the amount of money we spent, we really should not have encountered the amount of roach and fly problems this house had. At the least, I feel a discount would've been appropriate to at least offer.
The pool area has an extreme fly problem. Even if you move the trash cans to the street it doesn't make a difference. Fans should be installed to at least keep air flowing so there aren't so many of them. Since the pool is set down under the beach it gets no breeze.
The house is listed as 1.5miles from the town which you would think is walking distance but it seems a lot longer than that so we were mostly house bound all week if we didn't want to drive. I think a more accurate description of the lay out of the home and location in connection to the town is needed. If you don't have a golf cart with you, you will need a car to drive to restaurants or the pier.
Lastly, the house was poorly equip with cooking utensils. There are two pans and a sheet tray but we cooked a lot at home so this was difficult to maneuver most of the week.
The beds only had very light blankets on them so a heavier comforter was needed to make them more comfortable.
Overall the price we paid was not in line with what we rented. I am a professional property manager in Charlotte, NC and I hate giving less than reviews but I wish I had seen a more accurate description prior to renting this home. You only get one or two large vacations a year and to have this be one that we would rather forget is extremely disappointing.

This house was perfect for our extended family's much-needed vacation. The pool and beach out the back door were the highlights of the trip. We didn't stray far! The large kitchen made cooking a dream for the chefs in the family for when we did leave the water. Thanks for a great place to call home for a week!

This property could not have been better in meeting our needs. We had a total of 13 family members together to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The living space was more than ample to accommodate our group. Having two dish washers was a big plus and the huge ice maker was a big help also. Everything was as described and the house is such a great layout and is furnished and decorated to a high level. Having the pool and the beach plus the many activities at and around Ocean Isle Beach kept everyone busy and having fun. This rental could not have worked out better for us. Thanks, David for allowing us to stay in it.

We travelled as a group of adults celebrating some milestone birthdays and interest in enjoying the beautiful Carolina coast. The well-appointed Endless Summer House allowed us to spread out for quiet moments as well as numerous comfortable gathering areas, both inside and out, to have some fun. We particularly appreciated the large 3rd floor deck off the living/dining area for wave watching and even saw some dolphins! Happy hours on the deck or by the pool as well as cooking great seafood meals were also highlights and the kitchen had just about everything we could ask for. The location was terrific for long walks along the sand and never felt busy to us. Thank you for sharing you stunning home with us!

This oceanfront beauty is impeccably designed, decorated and maintained. Most oceanfront rentals, particularly in an older area like Ocean Isle, have that layer of “beach gunk” but this gorgeous home was spotless! So well equipped, from the kitchen supplies to surround sound speakers even at the pool. One of the best ocean rentals we’ve ever stayed in.

Endless Summer was the perfect house for our extended family vacation! The property was beautiful, clean, spacious, well-stocked, and comfortably furnished! We cooked multiple meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach and pool toys to keep our youngest family members occupied. The location was perfect with easy first row beach access and beautiful ocean and sunset views!
Dave was an extremely responsive and gracious host! I would recommend his property to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free beach vacation.

Everything about our October getaway to the beach was perfect. Perfect weather (still warm enough to swim in the ocean and pool), perfect location (not crowded at all) and perfect home. The house was beautiful - tastefully decorated, beautiful furnishings, and stocked wonderfully. You truly do not need to pack any beach toys, chairs, or accessories - there is everything you can imagine needing in the storage room by the pool. The kitchen was not lacking in anything. Every appliance you can think of needing (ice machine was my favorite) We even decided to bake Halloween cupcakes with the kids and were thrilled to see the kitchen even had a cupcake pan - it seriously had anything we could think of needing. Location was perfect and the decks had the most wonderful rocking chairs (I even had to get the brand so I could order some for my personal home) and the most amazing views of the ocean. David was a wonderful host and extremely welcoming and personable. We would definitely stay here again!
