Had an amazing time at Rex's condo - everything you need and more - bed super comfy - it was lovely to be able to walk to the beach - some local restaurants and bars also walking distance - Gregory's and Coconuts both great food - thank you Rex for sharing your home - we will definitely be back

I stayed at Rex's VRBO with friends in July of 2023. It was my first time staying at a VRBO so I didn't know what to expect. The place was clean and in amazing shape. I live about an hour away, so my car was packed with everything I thought we'd need. I came expecting it to be more like a hotel room. A couple mini bottles of shampoo, soap, and some towels. I was impressed by how much was already there for us to use. It was like walking into my own home. Everything needed to cook and eat besides the food itself, beach toys and games for the kids, umbrellas, chairs, and a canopy for the beach. We love the location. It's only a couple hundred feet from the beach, but if you wanted to sit out and enjoy the ocean, you didn't even have to leave the porch. What you see in Rex's pictures are not exaggerated, outdated, or deceptive. What you see is what you get. Communication with Rex was easy. Rex responded quickly to any questions I had through the VRBO app, or the phone number that was left with info about the condo. My parents came to visit in June of 2024. Rather than just a day at the beach, I took them back to this VRBO. My wife, mom, and dad kept looking around saying how impressed they were by how much was included and how nice everything was. That they understood why I wanted to go back. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach. When we decide to go back, Rex's VRBO will be the first place I'll look for again. We loved it THAT MUCH! THANK YOU REX!

This condo was perfect for our family get together. Enjoyed the beach view while cooking too. Rex let us know when the rocket was going up too. We will be back. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place. Pool was awesome too.

You just cannot get a better condo on the beach. You walk right out your back patio and straight to the beach. We didn’t even really need to pack much other than water and sunscreen because it was just a short walk away if we needed anything. Beds and furniture were comfortable and it was all in all a great place. Would definitely return.

We had an excellent stay at Rex’s place! Just steps from the ocean and the pool and being ground level made this place so easy, especially with a small child. We really appreciated all the beach toys that were provided, and the condo was in great shape! This place is in walking distance to many restaurants, a convenience store and a liquor store so we hardly had to drive at all! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, so we made some meals at home and walked to the rest. We would absolutely return! Thank you so much, Rex!

The property was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, & great view of the ocean. Rex - you and your family did a wonderful job in preparing and maintaining the property. I was impressed in particular with how well the cleaning supplies were organized - both under the sink and above the washer/dryer. Just to let you know - I couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the bedroom. But the air conditioner worked very well. Thanks again for a wonderful stay - much appreciated! We wanted a ground level clean & comfortable condo with a pool on the beach. We loved watching the ships passing by and watching a night launch from our patio. Great memories!

We had an amazing time at this property, check in was incredibly easy and the condo is perfect. We really had everything we needed. It was the perfect home away from home.

Well-stocked, clean, and comfortable unit that is beachfront with an easy access walkway across the sand dunes. It’s an older property that Rex has modernized with a new kitchen and appliances. Check-in process was flawless and access to the garage was a definite plus. Location in Cocoa Beach is very central with many restaurants, coffee shops close by.

We enjoyed a few nights at this awesome, ocean front condo! Truly a few steps from the beach & pool, this first floor condo is great!! Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of soaps, cleaning supplies, a washer-dryer, and more chairs, beach supplies, etc than you’ll ever need!

No complaints here!! Very nice condo. Great location. Thoughtful host. Will book again if available.

The condo has a spectacular view and is in a great location. The kitchen is very nice and outfitted with the essentials. The “high top” dining table is particularly handy. The entire condo is well furnished and comfortable. The outside of the property is well maintained and the pool is very nice. We had a fun month and would definitely return. It would be helpful if the closets were cleaned out, two of the closets are not usable because they are full of beach “stuff”. Also, the patio furniture needs to be replaced. The condo has been updated and is very comfortable and convenient. It was also very helpful to have the garage so we could store our bikes, Thanks for a great month.

This two bedroom/ 2 bath condo was perfect for us. More space than the two of us needed, but we appreciated it! We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean from our patio. Kitchen was well stocked, huge refrigerator, coolers for beach time and lots of sand and water toys. The garage was an added bonus so we always had a place to park. Would stay here again.

Location location location … Rex was easy to reach when needed. We will stay again if we come back to cocoa beach!

We love the location of this condo. Steps from the beach and pool and close enough to town to walk to everything. Clean and well-maintained. 5 stars for sure!

Great location just steps from the beach. The unit is very nice and has great views of the ocean from the main bedroom and the walkout patio. Would stay there again.

This please was awesome. Perfect location right on the beach. Our host Rex let us know about a launch that happened during our stay. Highly recommend.

Condo was excellent. Updated kitchen and bathroom. First floor walk out to beach. Pool was nice and warm. 8 min walk down to coconuts restaurant. Lots of family beach toys to use. Having the garage parking space is very nice as all the outside spaces fill up. Good communication with owner. Thank you!

Property was better than expected. Rex was quick to get back to me when I messaged. The beach was lovely. The views from the master window and slider were stunning. Would definitely return. Great location if you want to enjoy the beach and the theme parks or the Space Center.

The condo was exactly what we hoped it would be! Perfect size for a family of 4, super close to the beach so we didn't have to pack up too much as we could come back for lunch, fully stocked for a day at the beach with umbrellas, chairs, toys and boogie boards, even a few coolers. The pool was a nice late afternoon activity to relax and wind down. The kitchen was fantastic and the whole place was super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many great restaurants and stores. Rex was easy to communicate with and he even reminded us of the scheduled launch on our first night (great view for it!). Will definitely be back!

As always, the condo did not disappoint. Very clean with everything you need. Love all the updates that the owner Rex has done in the last few years. He also kept in contact about the rocket launches going on the week we were there. That was very much appreciated!

Loved this location! It was steps from the pool and beach:) Tons of things for us to use in teh condo. We didn't need to buy a thing to enjoy the pool and beach!

The apartment was great however I did not appreciate having someone come into the apartment while we were sleeping & leave their pest control business card on the kitchen countertop.

Four dudes renting this condo and it all worked out great. Clear instructions and lots of useful Beach things in the closets.

My best friend and I booked this condo for a girls trip. The condo was perfect, comfortable, had everything you could think of, especially when you are flying in from out of state. We also enjoyed being able to use the garage. We felt right at home. I will definitely be booking a trip back.

This unit is done well. master bedroom has an amazing view. Plenty to do locally and of course nice short walk to the beach!

Great place…. Plenty big enough for our family of 4. Super clean! Rex was so accommodating!!! Easy to communicate with!! We will definitely return!! Highly recommend this condo!!!
