Very happy with our stay. House was super clean, was stocked with everything we needed and the views from the deck were great. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway this house is perfect!

My family came from different parts of the US in order to attend my wife’s sister’s graduation in Manchester. This home was a perfect fit for us to enjoy our time in NH. The house is cozy and provides a comfortable stay for a larger group. We would definitely recommend staying here as it’s in a great spot to enjoy many outdoor activities. Many amenities are included allowing you to cook, stay and relax worry free!

My family and I stayed here to attend a nearby event on Lake Sunapee. A very comfortable, cozy, and clean home conveniently located next to the lake and mountains. Lots of sitting room and comfortably sleeps 10! We especially enjoyed the view off the back deck.

Everything was excellent. The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space, well appointed, and so darn cozy. It was the cleanest and most well maintained VRBO rental we’ve ever stayed at. Made for a wonderful family getaway that we’ll never forget. Thank you!!

This is a spacious home, and was a great choice for our adult children and their spouses to be with us over the Thanksgiving holiday. This home is pet-friendly, very clean, and Jeff was very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we have a family gathering!

We loved this location!! It was central for us to access many sights in the area. My husband and his family met here from Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa, and Georgia. None of us had been to this area and we found it convenient for sight-seeing. The house was well maintained and came with many amenities that we enjoyed. The view from the back deck was amazing! Would definitley recommend

We enjoyed our long weekend at this property. It was very clean and well stocked with plenty of room for our group of six adults. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the view from the back deck. Jeff answered any questions quickly and we would definitely stay here again.

Really nice place. Tons of room. Loved the view!!! TWO washers and driers. We (five adults) really enjoyed this house. It needs better lighting in the sunroom. We struggled to play cards here. Also in the four poster bedroom. We also struggled with internet. No service at times (including Wi-Fi), but realized it was indicative of the area, not just the house. Overall, we loved the place. Would highly recommend it.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was spacious and very well supplied. The area is quiet, and one can observe a million stars while sitting on the back porch - which also provides a wonderful, private, view during the day.

Great quiet spot, perfect for me and my family

I feel as though the pictures don't do it justice, the property is beautiful and the views cannot be beat. The house is very comfortable with so many places to sit and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here and recommend it to other families looking for a nice weekend getaway.

My four 60-something friends and I had a wonderful time at this delightful location. The place was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and plenty of room for the five of us to relax in comfort. There were enough beds that no one had to share which is a big plus for us at this point, and there are two bedrooms downstairs for those that might have trouble with stairs. (Although one bed is one of those raised ones, so if there are mobility issues, just keep that in mind. I used the other downstairs room, though and was quite comfortable. The views out the big picture windows were spectacular. It was cool weather while we were there so we did not use the deck at all, but the cheerful sunroom was also very nice for relaxing in the afternoon. It was a short ride into Sunapee where we did the boat tour of the lake and visited a few gift shops and had dinner at one of several restaurants. We did not have any issues that we had to contact the owner about during our stay, but while in the planning stages, he was very quickly responsive to any questions I had. We were very happy with our selection.

Very relaxing, comfortable, clean and cozy place with wonderful views. We enjoyed warmth of woodstove while sipping tea or wine. Altho a bit dated and dark, everything you need is there. Beds were comfy.

Great place to stay for our fall golf trip. Close to all courses that we played. House was comfortable for 9 adults. Deck was nice and the propane fireplace was great to sit around at night. Lighting was a little dim and a few boards could use a little tlc because of some water damage but not enough to change my 5 star rating. Jeff the owner was great to deal with and answered all my questions promptly.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. We really felt at home. The house is actually larger than it appeared in the pictures, which was a wonderful surprise. The setting was lovely and the sunsets are amazing!! It was so relaxing. It was a busy long weekend for us, so it was so pleasant to have such a nice place to put our feet up at the end of the day.

This house was perfect for our group of five attending my uncle's burial service. The view out the back is beautiful. It was very clean, and we especially appreciated the satellite dish TV and good wifi. Jeff was easy to communicate with and addressed all questions promptly. We'll definitely stay here again!

A really great space to spread out. The views from the deck are stunning! Only critique is the beds aren’t the best, if you have an air mattress maybe bring it but other then that a really great stay!

We had a terrific time at this home near Lake Sunapee. Plenty of space, nice view off the back deck, and pet friendly. We stayed with family and went boating nearby at our aunt’s house and had fun hiking and at adventure parks. Jeff was very responsive and all went well. House amenities were very helpful (kitchen, supplies, linens, towels, washer/dryer). We enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this home and our stay was perfect. The house itself is a beautiful, chalet style home with a large terrace overlooking a lot of nature. Everything in the house was of good quality and worked perfectly. Best of all, there were no surprises; all was exactly as it was described, the landlord was very hospitable and available to answer any questions we had. It was a great stay. From 85 yo Aunt Janey to 19 yo Matt, we all had a great time! The outdoor deck, with its peaceful view, was a particular hit with all 10 of us and everyone agreed we’d be back when our next family gathering brought us together again.

We rented this house because my daughter was getting married in the area. Not only was it perfect for family members to stay for the weekend, but the bride and bridesmaids also used the house to do hair and makeup preparations the day of the wedding. Plenty of room for ten ladies to eat, drink, and get dressed - the porch room was perfect with a little built in bar and tropical vibe. The deck and view were fantastic, and the pups enjoyed playing in the yard and stream. The air conditioning was priceless and Jeff was a great host.

Walking to the farm down the road, enjoying ice cream at Bubba’s while watching the sunset over Newbury Harbor, and swimming at Lake Kezar (state park) provide simple and serene summer memories.

Love the coziness of this expansive place. Even the main room with its two-story ceilings felt cozy as we all sat and gabbed into the night, catching up with three generations of family who gathered here for a niece's/granddaughter's/cousin's wedding in nearby Bradford, NH. One slight hiccup with the boiler, but the owner was easy to reach and quick to respond, so it was no big deal. We would absolutely stay here again. Love, love, love the views, and appreciated having enough rooms and beds for us all. Thank you for providing this beautiful property for us and others to use!

Can’t describe what it’s like to wake up to an amazing view! Everything is there!

We were here for our sister’s wedding about half an hour away and our stay was lovely. The property had plenty of room for the 8 of us including two children and room for our 3 vehicles in the driveway. The views from the back deck were beautiful and when we had an issue with the lock Jeff got back to us and resolved the issue very quickly. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for something in this area.
