This was our 3rd stay at Bel Sol and it was amazing as always. Wonderful proximity to so much fun but you wouldn’t ever need to leave the property. it’s a perfect beach getaway!

Fantastic property, amenities, and location. You really just need to bring your clothes and toiletries and plan to relax. Quiet, comfortable sleeping, heated pool, right on beach. Great amenities for kids! Close walk to Kooky Coconut, PIPO and Betty’s, Crabby Bills, and 5 min drive to grocery. We already rebooked for next year! Can’t wait to go back!

We were looking for something on the beach where family could come and go. It was perfect. Beautiful view of beach. Not able to use pool as it was a bit chilly for our liking, but other were in it and seemed to be enjoying!! Comfy beds and all amenities available!! Would be back again!!!

Perfect location for our Thanksgiving week vacation! Just a few steps and your toes touch the sand. The layout was convenient and the outdoor common area is great. We enjoyed the balcony and love that there are only 4 units. The condo is an easy walk to many shops and restaurants/bars including our favorites, Crabby Bills, Keegans, Kooky Coconut, Slyce and Tropical (for ice cream). Anecdote Brewing Company is a short walk as well!

This was the second year in a row staying at this location and it did not disappoint! We love the area and how low key and less touristy it is.

Perfect condo located on the best part of Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was neat, tidy and well appointed. Comfortable beds and a gorgeous view of the gulf. The three bedroom/ two bath condo is a great fit for a family of 6. Lots of beach chairs on hand to take down to the beach and the pool is a wonderful place to cool off and relax after playing on the beach. One of the best surprises was the covered outdoor area. It is a great way to escape the sun and take a nice afternoon nap under the cooling breeze of the ceiling fans. Our week was wonderful and we can’t wait to go back. We are already making plans to return for next year’s family vacation. We had one small glitch with the AC. We texted the property manager and the owner responded immediately! The AC was fixed within a few hours! We had a terrific time and can’t wait to go back!

Property was just as advertised. Great location to food and fun. Would definitely recommend it for a great family trip.

We have traveled for years to different beaches and condos but this was by far our favorite trip! We loved our 2 weeks there so much that we already booked it again for next year. The unit was clean and well kept. We met all of the people that maintain the property and they were so friendly and helpful about the area. Highly recommend visiting the board walk and tarpon springs while there. Looking forward to our next trip already 💕

My family has been vacationing in the Indian Rocks Beach area for over 22 years and we loved this condo. The building is small, only 4 units, and very well maintained, inside and out. The owner, Joan, was a dream to work with. You will not be disappointed.

This is my second time back to Indian Rocks Beach. We loved this property! It’s a half hour from Tampa International Airport, and literally steps from the Gulf. We enjoyed the common area on the ground floor with the pool, hot tub, lounge area, pool table, TV, refrigerator. This area is shared with only 3 other units. The Gulf breeze was amazing. The unit is updated, and the decor is beautifully beachy. It’s very clean, and well stocked. The view is wonderful! The property manager responded immediately to any of our questions. Very close to great restaurants and a quick drive to grocery stores and shopping. The unit has access to all kinds of beach accessories; chairs, umbrellas, swim floaties. We had the most relaxing time… which was our main goal. Hope to go back soon!

We love the St. Pete beach area but decided to try Indian Rocks. This is a very nice place that is well appointed. The other owners (there are 4 condos) were onsite while we were there and they were very friendly. We enjoyed the beach, the pool (a must), sunsets, the restaurants, and shopping at Johns Pass. We will stay again.

Awesome vacation place for family. Kids loved the beach and pool, plenty of things to see and do in the area. Would love to come back!

We enjoyed this condo very much. Location is excellent and in a quiet area. Beds are very comfortable. and the kitchen was stocked very well. Our contact was excellent and communicated very well. The heated pool & area is excellent and lots of pool and beach toys available.

The communication with the property owner/manager was excellent. The layout is set up with the kitchen and living room near the oceanfront balcony and then a long hallway that leads back to the three bedrooms on the east end of the building. It was nice to have them separated for when people needed to rest without having to worry about interrupting them. There is an ice cream shop within walking distance that is very popular. Overall, a great experience and we would absolutely stay again.

Love being on the beach. Walking distance to great food. Learned Trolley system, which is very easy to use and stops are just short walk away. Enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Cherished breath taking sunsets and moonsets from the balcony. Already looking forward to our next stay.

The condo definitely lived up to its description and our expectations. However, two things are especially noteworthy: One very pleasant surprise was how well the kitchen was stocked, and one small issue was the shortage of useable closet space. Unfortunately, the bunk room has only one small nightstand, and the closet in the second bedroom houses the laundry. But overall we really enjoyed our stay, and Joanne was an excellent host.

This was our second visit to Bel Sole and it was perfect for our family! We love the modern unit right on the beach with all the amenities. We caught fish surf casting and enjoyed the great location near restaurants and parks. A wonderful place to visit!

This place is a gem for a family! We were there for two weeks one of which included three grandchildren 4yrs & under. Great condo size and location —and then; heated pool, on the beach, stocked kitchen and lots of beach towels, toys & games. What more could you want or need? The entire family loved it! Our second week of recuperation :) was comfortable & quiet! We hope to be back! Thank you Joanne & Paul!

The condo was beautifully decorated and was a fantastic location with so many things to do with in walking distance. Great family vacation.

We had a great time relaxing in this ocean front property. Right out of the condo to the heated pool. Then onto the sandy beach to lay out on the by the ocean. Great accommodations & Nice spot for a laid-back atmosphere. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to some eateries.

We stayed on the second floor last year and it was great. This condo is setup the same and we enjoyed just as much. Great views great location. Just steps from the beach. Great area for kids to hang out. Look forward to returning in the future.

We love this complex! The communication was great even when we had to leave due to mandatory evacuations due to hurricane Ian. We will be back next year.

We loved our stay. The property is as listed. Looks just like the pictures. Amazing amenities at the pool and the beach. Really relaxing and overall extremely enjoyable family vacation.

My kids say this was the "BEST" vacation, and we adults agreed. Everything was clean and well kept. Access to the beach was a hop skip and a jump which made us feel secure letting our older kids run to the pool when then needed to get something. We also enjoyed the downstairs pool table and games with the kids. The beach was clean and beautiful and the waters were great for snorkeling. The owner was so helpful to us as well. We sure hope to be back next year!

We could not ask for anything more, location was wonderful, the place was clean and very nice. The pool area was so clean and perfect and the the beach and water was the best, better than the Caribbean in my opinion! A perfect family vacation spot.

Everything about the property was perfect; the location, the condo, the amenities and best of all just steps to the beach!
