Grandes activités printanières: nous sommes situés à moins de 24 km du parc sportif du comté de Charlotte, qui est le centre d'entraînement de printemps du baseball pour les Rays de Tampa Bay et le site ouvert toute l'année pour les crabes de Charlotte Stone.

If you’re looking for a relaxed, old Florida vacation with access to the beach, restaurants, golf, beach yoga and amazingly kind and friendly neighbors, this house is perfect! The owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect, from booking to leaving. That’s is the most well appointed home we have ever stayed in. We can’t wait to return!!

We loved our stay at this property. It’s very close to the beach as well as the park and restaurants. It’s nicely updated and kitchen is well appointed. Having two master suites was ideal for our set up. Our host was very responsive and helpful, and every light switch is labeled which I loved. We plan to stay here every year!

The house was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The furnishings were just what we needed and we loved the layout of the house. I can't think of anything that we could complain about.

Perfect Easter/Spring BreK
Lovely and very well equipped home steps from the beach. Perfect for a family getaway. Very low key area- don’t expect tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance, but there are a few good choices. Plus, it is a perfect home for dining in our on the covered deck overlooking the Gulf. Amazing sunsets and great shelling and shark tooth collecting. Thank you!

Great house on a great beach!
This is the best house and the owners are fantastic. We have been coming for 9 years and looking forward for our 10th. We would highly recommend this house to anyone. Be aware that there are stairs.

Great Vacation Home!
The home is in great condition, very clean...not a lot of clutter but everything you need is there. Great location! So wonderful to walk to the water. Porch off of the kitchen is awesome to hang out at night. We had a blast! Thank you!

Beautiful Time
It was everything we hoped for and more! Great location to the beach...about 150 steps. House was very clean, beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for the 7 of us. The sunset views were spectacular!

Girls Week
Booked the property several months ago. A week before our arrival, the property owner contacted us about an outbreak of “red tide”. She offered a refund or to rebook our stay. We decided to keep our trip.
The house is lovely, very clean. The stairs were a challenge, especially when arriving and departing, with luggage and supplies.
Overall the stay was enjoyable, even with the less than favorable weather conditions. And the owner could not have been more accommodating.

Amazing house and views!
This house was so clean and felt like home away from home. There was so much room to spread out and move around, especially with children. The views from the upper porch were amazing - sunset and sunrise views from the same porch!! Would definitely stay here again.

A short walk to beach made it convenient to take breaks whenever necessary. We only wished for more sand without shells for walking more. Some of the recommended restaurants were just great! Fantastic stay on Manasota Key

The perfect location
This house is perfectly situated so that you can watch the sunrise and sunset from the expansive decks, steps from the beach! What more could you want? It has great layout, was comfortable, and clean. Anything you could need in the kitchen should you choose to cook is available with a big dining room table, and several places to dine outdoors. The people in this very casual area are so friendly. The gentleman , Bob from Minnesota, who does the forecast written in shells each day as you walk onto the beach is the nicest guy. Be sure to say hello if you catch him during his stay there. We needed a few more beach chairs, and Linda responded immediately with an easy solution. I would definitely return to this area and this house!

3rd Year at this great house!
We’ve stayed here for 3 years and it’s been a great stay each time. The house is beautiful and always in great condition. Location is a big plus. Only steps from the Gulf and an easy walk to several really good bars and restaurants.

Perfect family getaway
The views, floor plan and neighborhood made this place ideal. You can watch the sunset from the main room and covered deck or take the short walk to the beach to celebrate it with the neighbors. The house is situated in the middle of a quiet street, but still close enough to listen to the surf. The bedrooms are great for two families as there are two masters and none of the bedrooms share a wall. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of beach gear can be found in the storage closet. The location is perfect as you’re close to many restaurants and groceries just across the bridge, but not so close that you have to listen to them all night long. We hope to be back soon!

A fabulous getaway!!
This property is just as listed in the pictures!! It's a lovely, inviting home that was very comfortable for the 8 of us. My family and our friends went. There were 4 adults and 4 kids. We were just steps away from the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. The men fished every day and caught numerous fish which we ate for dinner! So delicious!! Easy fishing right from the beach and they also rented a boat one day. We took the kids parasailing and jet skiing too, which is available right down the road. The best part for me was the shelling!! I walked the beach every day and found plenty of lovely shells. My favorite tiki bar was very close and we visited often! The neighbors are very friendly and inviting. We enjoyed our week so much that we hope to do it again next year!
