It was always my dream to celebrate Thanksgiving in Montauk and this house was perfect! The kitchen was a dream to prepare and cook food in while my family watched tv and played games.

Enjoyed the house a lot - perfect location for the wedding events we were attending and a nice view. But we got off to a bad start when we had no code to get in despite texts, calls and VRBO messages to the owner. VRBO finally reached him over an hour and a half after we arrived at the house.

The house was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed for big family dinners. The outdoor shower was very useful. The location was great- close to the beach and to town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious house with incredible views and beach access
We had an incredible stay at this property. The house has great views of the ocean from the wrap around deck where we enjoyed several family dinners. The private beach access/ parking and provided beach chairs were very valuable to have. We hope to come back again soon!

Great place for visiting Montauk & The Hamptons
We had a great stay. The house is very spacious and was great for our group. We enjoyed the large kitchen, living room and deck. Easy walk to the beach. Nice walk to Gurney's Resort for happy hour or dinner. Short drive or nice walk into Montauk. Ralph was very helpful. Hope to stay here again.

A Gem Near The Old Highway
This is a beautiful home with everything a small group could need for a memorable stay. Close proximity to both the beach and the village, with an ideal location just off of Old Montauk Highway and stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen and living area are spacious and perfect for gathering with loved ones. Ralph was an exceptionally gracious host, making sure that our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Amazing weekend staycation
We truly had the best time at this amazing house. We had 6 people from ages 2 to 89 and everyone really enjoyed it. It was spacious, clean and had an amazing view. Very homey and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Montauk and hope to stay there again!

Great spot for family vacation
We had an amazing time at the house with our family of 5 (plus some family guests along the way). Ralph was very accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and well maintained. Location was perfect - few minutes walk to the beach - although we drove and used the parking pass because of all of the kids beach gear.

Wonderful Home
Our family has been going to Montauk for many years . This home was one of our favorites. Plenty of room for our extended family . Very well stocked kitchen , and having two chefs in family that is very important . Private beach was perfect with two little ones .Would definately nook again. Thank you again Ralph!

Wonderful stay in Montauk!
We had such a great stay in Montauk with our family. We spent most of our time at the beach down the street and at home enjoying meals together. Everything we needed was in close proximity. Ralph was a wonderful host and quickly responded to any questions we had. The home is comfortable and suited our vacation needs beautifully. We hope to return again sometime!

Perfect Montauk Family Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Viewpoint! The home accommodated our family of 8 beautifully. We spent a week with our adult children for our daughter’s wedding in Montauk. The open floor plan and expansive deck allowed for our group to enjoy quality time together. The home is clean and has all you need for cooking and entertaining.
Ralph was very responsive throughout the process. At one point, we thought we were going to reschedule the wedding, therefore would not be needing the home. Ralph was understanding and kind when I reached out. He sent a very detailed email to explain everything we needed to know upon arrival.

Beautiful House, nicely decorated with a large open main living area. Plenty of room for our group of 9 including 1 infant. Conveniently located with a nice view. Ralph was great to deal with.

Awesome house in an awesome location!
Stayed a long weekend here with friends and had a great time!! The house was beautiful, clean, and had all of the comforts of home. The location of the house was perfect- a 5 minute walk to the beach and probably an even shorter drive into town. Unfortunately the weather didn’t hold up too well for us, but my guests and I were perfectly content enjoying the spacious, bright, and open kitchen/living room area. There were even board games, puzzles, and cards and easy access to Netflix on the TV. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this place! Hope to return in the future.... Thank you Ralph for opening your home to us!

Wonderful stay in Montauk!
Ralph's house in Montauk was lovely! We enjoyed going to the nearby beach (even though the water was still cold in March), walking in downtown Montauk where many shops were open despite being COVID off-season, going seal watching hiking on a trail near the historic lighthouse. We also enjoyed just relaxing around the house - everyone loved the Lazyboy couch in front of the fireplace, a giant beanbag in the great room, and lounge chairs on the terrace. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. It would have been nice if we had some extra supplies (toilet paper, paper towels - only 1 roll each was not enough for 5 nights - handsoap, laundry detergent). Also some of the coffee mugs, dishes and cutleries could be replaced as they had stains and chips. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely go back.

I believe this is our 6th stay at Ralph's Viewpoint. Again my family and I had a great time. We have become so used to the house it seems like a second home now. We all had such a relaxing time, It was so nice to spend a long holiday weekend in Montauk. We will definitely be back again!!

Steps From Beach
Loved the proximity of the house to the beautiful beaches. Owner provides parking pass to the beach just in case you have a lot of stuff to carry but you can walk there in about 3-4 minutes. House has a great wraparound, outdoor deck that we enjoyed everyday. Watched the sunrise on the deck while drinking coffee and went back out there at night to sit and relax. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Montauk. Kitchen is very spacious and dining room has a great long table for big family meals. Owner was very friendly and accessible. House keeping did not do the best job cleaning upon our arrival but overall I would recommend this house.

Viewpoint
My husband and I recently rented this beautiful house with my cousin and her husband . The pictures don’t do it justice , especially the view , it was gorgeous. We were able to have family and friends come to Montauk for little day trips , barbecues and even spent mother’s day with our families , everyone had a wonderful time and raved about the house , I can’t recommend enough ! Montauk-Viewpoint
This is the second time we stayed at Ralph's house in Montauk. Again My family and I had a great time. We were there over the Easter weekend. We had a relaxing time, even though it was raining most of the time we were happy to be together. My nephew is leaving for college this summer. We wanted to make sure we took a trip together before he leaves. Ralph's house is such a nice place to spend time and it is so comfortable for the entire family.

A beautiful house in a great location !!!
My family and I had a great vacation staying at Ralph's Viewpont house, It was very nice and easy communicating with him. Ralph even gave us a good suggestion as to where to order our Thanksgiving dinner since we were arriving the night before. It turned out great and we had a very relaxing time while we were there. It was explained to me that the house was recently renovated. The renovations were done so well, you can see that so much thought and time went into the design and craftmanship that was done throughout the house. We had such a great time that we will be back in April.

Beautiful Home with Breathtaking Water Views
We truly loved everything about our stay at the "view point". The home is impeccable, exceeded our expectations and was a perfect fit for our family. Recent renovations and wonderful decorations made us feel so comfortable from the minute we arrived. Family style kitchen and a large great room made cooking and meal time such a pleasure. Large wrap around deck was a great place to have our morning coffee!! Ralph was a great communicator and provided us with every detail we could have asked for making our renting experience a pleasure from start to finish. This house is a winner...and I highly recommend it. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful Jem in Montauk!
Booking this home with the owner was the easiest booking experience I’ve had. Once booking was confirmed he sent a very detailed information and instructions. I didn’t even need to ask any additional questions. The house is very clean and cozy. Very nicely decorated and newly renovated. I had the pleasure of meeting the care taker and you can tell the house is very well taken care of. It was wonderful to have a morning cup of coffee looking out to the ocean view from the balcony. The location of this home is perfect. It’s only a short walk to the beautiful beach and a short ride to town. My family had a wonderful weekend especially my husband. He was able to go fishing everyday! Best Father’s Day weekend for him. Thank you Ralph for sharing your awesome ocean view home “View Point.” And thank you for your generosity. We enjoyed your wine and the souvenirs. We would love to rent again when there’s availability!
