Lake Front Home with community boat ramp. Private, close to marinas and town.
Maison spacieuse au bord du lac récemment rénovée sur le magnifique lac Cumberland donnant sur la pointe de l'aiguille. La maison comprend 2 chambres (lit queen en maître, lits superposés dans la 2e chambre, canapé-lit dans le salon) 1 salle de bain et logement pour 6. Vaste parking. Chambre pour toute la famille ou assez confortable pour une escapade romantique. Rampe de mise à l'eau / lancement en quelques minutes pour que vous puissiez tout faire sur le lac; bateau, ski, poisson, wakeboard, tube ou tout simplement rencontrer des amis. La rampe de mise à l'eau communautaire dispose de nombreux parkings pour que vous puissiez vous rendre au lac à tout moment de la journée. Lee's Ford et Burnside Marinas, deux des plus grands du lac Cumberland, sont à 15 minutes en voiture.
Cependant, si vous préférez simplement vous détendre, profitez de la terrasse massive donnant sur le lac. La maison est nichée dans les arbres du littoral qui entourent le lac avec une vue incroyable depuis la suite principale, la cuisine et le salon. Aime observer les oiseaux et la faune ou lire votre roman préféré. Nous avons essayé de répondre à tous vos besoins, y compris la télévision par câble, le wifi, une cuisine entièrement équipée et tous les draps. Grand barbecue à gaz et salle à manger sur le pont.
Bons restaurants, shopping (Kroger Marketplace, TJMaxx, Mall) et golf tous à 15 minutes en voiture. This is our second time staying here and loved it!! Very relaxing and we enjoyed our week. Plenty of room for our JetSkis and the location of the dock just a couple of minutes away was great. After spending all day on the lake it was nice to come home and grill out. See you next year!!

This little cabin was just what we needed after a couple of hectic weeks. Perfect for a couple but enough room for one or two quests. Our daughter came for a few days during our week and we all enjoyed the space, the view, and the quiet. Our hostess, Linda, was most accommodating.

Nice little lake house, perfect for my husband, 6yr and 4yr old. It was the first time visiting Lake Cumberland, we enjoyed our time there. It is about a 15minute drive to anywhere but would recommend to anyone who looking to the visit lake.

The home was very clean and we loved the deck and view of the lake! The kitchen had everything that we needed. It is located in a very quiet area. Linda was extremely nice and quick to reply to any messages. If you are boating and have a longer boat/trailer 24ft+ parking may be a challenge, but we made it work. It was a very nice home and the nightly rate was very reasonable.

The property was perfect for our girl's getaway trip. We sat on the deck each morning and evening to enjoy the viewing the lake and wildlife. The property was very clean, provided plenty of towels, and we all slept very well. I'm grateful we chose this gem for our stay!

Had a wonderful time! Linda was communicative and very helpful when we had questions. The house was so clean and tidy and not far from Somerset if we needed to pick up a few things! We’re already planning our next trip to bring the kids!

This cabin was cute and clean. The wrap around deck was really nice. Plenty of seating and a gas firepit, also gated so our little dogs were safe. Well equipped a lovely setup on the inside.
However.....
I did inform the owner that we were bringing a pontoon and our little dogs. One is blind. She assured us that there was adequate parking for the boat and someplace to walk our dogs. Not so.
If you are bringing a boat anywhere near 22 ft pontoon, you've got big problems. Not only is there not adequate room to park it without almost being in the road. There is no place to turn it around. My husband had to back it out into the adjoining road.
Also.. zero yard.. and I mean ZERO to take a dog out to do their business. We found another rental and left after spending only 1 night.
Just keep those things in mind when booking, otherwise it's a really cute spot.
On a final note.. We had excellent communication with Linda throughout this process. Except when we left. She barely acknowled us at all.

Our stay at this lovely cottage was peaceful, quiet and serene. Great view of the lake and very comfortable cottage, well appoinhted. Conveniently located near Somerset and Burnside.

A perfect place to experience the lake life vibe and relax with wonderful wooded lake views from the full wrap around deck as well as inside the cabin. The home was just as described and had everything needed for a perfect stay. Hosts Linda and Josh were great and really stepped up to ensure for our comfort and safety when a storm came through the area. Truly wonderful people who take great care of their vacation home and guests! Highly recommend!

My husband & I stayed at this beautiful house for a week for our anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful! The view was beautiful and the house was spotless. Comfy furniture to relax after our days of sightseeing. The ride to the house was all paved and easy to maneuver, especially for us Floridians! Linda is awesome and communicated excellently. We went to Cumberland Falls (amazing!) and also the Cave Hill Winery among many other historical sites. Most were less than 30 min away. Lots to do in the area. Great trip...can't wait to go back!

TV was not user friendly, lack of kitchen utensils, large couch was uncomfortable and too deep. Overall it was a good place.

The best, most relaxing vacation I've ever had. The people in the community were amazing. The house was perfect. Waking up to the sunrise in front of the deck can't be beat. I would,and probably will be there next fall. Cheers to Linda. This property is a hidden gem

We really enjoyed our stay. We took our 2 dogs with us so that was so nice being able to bring them. The house had everything we needed and beautiful views. We had a relaxing 4 days. The only item that would be nice to have had was a leaf blower for the deck because our dogs love to eat leaves and they just kept on falling. :)

We wanted a long weekend get away with a view and that is what we got. The cabin was very clean and inviting. The front entrance is deceiving. Bed was comfortable. Weather was great. Trees were turned for the fall. Besides me being sick it was a great weekend.

We stayed for a week with our two dogs. Although the weather wasn't the best we had a wonderful stay! The cabin was very clean and welcoming. We used the propane firepit on the deck most nights (when it wasn't raining). The cabin does look weathered from the outside, but it was perfect inside. I saw several reviews about an ant problem, I didn't see one the whole week. We would love to come back in the summer and be able to enjoy the lake!

The week was incredible!!! The place was so very clean and smelled great. The view from the back porch was beautiful and was quiet. Woke up every morning turned on the fire pit and drank coffee looking at the lake and listening to the birds. Linda was so nice and checked on us. I would and will come back to stay again.

This was nice enough except for the sleeping arrangements. This would work for a couple with kids. There is a queen bed, two bunk beds and a sofa. This was not comfortable with 3 adults. Otherwise this is as described.

The outside of the home was very discouraging. The inside was surprisingly clean but lacking in comfort. The master bedroom door wall was off track, wasn’t sealed. Towels in bathroom were plentiful but very used
Bunk beds in other bedroom were not comfortable. Furniture was old & not comfortable. Toaster oven was filthy
To go anywhere took at least 30 plus minutes. Never found the access to the lake. View of lake was obstructed by brush & trees. We question the statement lake view vs lakefront

We were very happy with everything about our stay. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The boat launch was close by and parking was easy for our jet skis. Linda checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay which was very thoughtful. We will definitely book next year!! Thank you Linda!

We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year! Everything we needed was easily available plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Beautiful neighborhood with lots to do within a few minutes drive. The lake view was so relaxing and peaceful. Our dog's didn't want to leave either!

There is definitely a carpenter ant problem. They enter the house from the ceiling. The outside of this house needs some TLC. There is a stunning view of the lake all day long, but we can not recommend this property.

My wife and I had a great week in this very clean and peaceful cabin. We had a deer family happen by at about 5:30 every evening yet we were close to boating ramps . Linda was very gracious and quick to answer any questions we had. Awesome week !

Inside and great views of the lake, exactly as pictured, although the deck a bit more dated than expected. Visited Cave Hill Winery, Cumberland Falls and Natural Arch with Somerset a short drive away. Linda very responsive to questions and I would definitely want to stay here again if back to the area. If more than one vehicle, ask about parking. If bringing dogs (mine stayed at home this time), they'll enjoy the deck but outside area for other activities is super small. Kitchen could use a large non-stick frying pan. Plenty of ice!

We were refunded our money and Linda was Awesome but we were very unsatisfied but the treatment we recieved from Vrbo. This was due to carpeter ants that were laying eggs all over the lake house and the fear we would bring them home. I would not recommend or use Vrbo again.

We have had hectic months at work etc. We needed a get-away. This lake house was perfect! Close enough to stores etc but secluded enough that we saw deer and squirrels daily. I usually find it hard to unwind. But with such breathtaking views, it came easier this time. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at the cabin for four nights. It was very comfortable, private, clean and close to the community boat ramp. We cooked all of our meals in the cabin. The open kitchen and grill were great. We definitely enjoyed our coffee and snacks on the deck watching the river below. It’s very private and quiet at the cabin.
