Pools were excellent and the property was very well maintained. The condo unit was dirty and dark. The beds were terrible and ugly. One of the poorest condos we have ever stayed in.

The facility is a little dated but has the essentials. Actually a garbage can in every room and replacement of light bulbs would help. We had a wonderful time. The living room furniture is a little broken down and the master bed is too firm but the price was right. A short walk to the beach. Lovely area and low key in August. The larger pool was nice. Perfect for a family of 4.

The condo is in a great location. They have all the necessities for the beach which was great. The only con was that the master Bed was uncomfortable and every time I moved it squeaked worried I would wake up my husband if I had to shift. Otherwise, was great.

Owner is very accommodating and easy to deal with.

The property was older than I expected, but everything was neat clean, and in proper working order. It was nice to have a washer and Dryer in the unit. The pools and hot tub were close by. I enjoyed fishing from the on property fishing piers and it is only 0.4 mile walk to the beach. The property manager was very helpful and was very quick replying to my questions.

Condo was as advertised. Well stocked. Beach was a bit further than I thought, but still ok. Pools were small but nice. Enjoyed the little Snack shak on the beach and John's Pass. Daquiri Shack was great! Not too far to Clearwater either. Great location, close to grocery, stores etc.. Owner was communicative and helpful. TVs were a bit tricky to figure out, instructions for the main tv would be really helpful.

Tina was an excellent, responsive and attentive host. The condo was spotless and exactly as described. Not having to worry about packing beach chairs, a cooler, cart and beach towels was an amazing bonus! (Esp with 3 kids.) The location was perfect and we were able to get everything we needed for the week (groceries, etc) from the store and CVS just steps away. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for opening you home to us!

This property is not exactly as described or reviewed. I heavily rely on reviews when I am booking a property for the many vacations I take a year so I will be honest and try not to sound harsh. The positives are: Tina is very prompt and friendly. The couch and chase lounge in the living room are very comfortable for seating. There were plenty of linens and some supplies to get you started. Plenty of silverware, glasses and dishes. There are three docks to fish from with cleaning stations. The negatives: The people that live there and apparently part of the Homeowners association are RUDE and nosey. Whatever you do- don't back into a parking space or you will get a ticket. DO NOT attempt to use the gas grill. Rats live in it and scared the crap out of my husband and myself. I should have realized they could be in there when we saw them all over the property in the evening.(I realize this isn't her fault) The unit needs some repairs and things need to be replenished. There is only one spatula in the unit. There was only one frying pan and only a couple pots. The fridge seal does not work properly and doesn't open or close well. The ice trays were broken. You need to really play with the front door handle to get the unit to lock. The master bedroom needs better lighting and a more comfortable mattress. The tile floor would have been softer. (we left a day early just so we could stay in a hotel and get one good night of sleep during our vacation) We tried the twin beds as well. For kids they may be fine but for an adult...not so much. The dishwasher doesn't properly clean the dishes hence you need to rewash what you put in there or just don't use it. The hose in the bathroom needs to be cleaned regularly. I cleaned it three times while I was there and still couldn't get it entirely clean yet the grime would flake when you were in the shower. The bathroom fan doesn't work well but that's because it doesn't look like its been cleaned in years. The "short walk" to the beach involves crossing 2 busy streets and passing by a couple of bars that are a bit rowdy. The TV remote in the master bedroom doesn't work so you have to use the one from the other room. There was only one beach chair for use and it was rusted and didn't work well. We go to Florida every year for at least two weeks for Christmas and New Years. We have rented numerous properties from Clearwater to Venice beach and we will not be staying at anything located in this complex again.

This is our 3rd time staying here. Tina, Goes above and beyond to make our stays perfect. We couldn't ask for a more relaxing, beautiful place to stay. We can't wait to go back!

Can't say enough about this beautiful condo. Everything exceeded our expectations. We have even booked this property again, and can't wait to return. We just wanted to say, Thank you to the owner Tina. The Service , communication, and the property was impeccable. I can't say enough about your attention to every detail. Every step of the way, you provided us everything we needed to make our stay, so perfect. On our first night, we arrived very late. We were able to check in effortlessly. We were exhausted, but so over the moon, when we opened the door, everything was better than we could ever imagined. We slept like babies. We couldn't stop talking about how blessed we were. Everyday as we left early in the morning (for my medical treatments), we felt such peace. Coming back to the condo at night, knowing we had this place to retreat to. We stay at this property every time we come to Florida. Its amazing has everything you could possibly need close to everywhere. I just cant say enough

My family and I had an amazing stay at Tina's maderia beach yacht club. Great location to stores and a short walk to the beach. The pools were fantastic and my boys enjoyed the basketball courts. We will defintely return. Thank you Tina for allowing us to stay!

With the craziness of Covid-19 and the state of Florida shutting down rentals there was a time we were uncertain about our plans for vacation but Tina was extraordinarily kind and understanding with us. We asked for a beach cart and she had one delivered while we were on site. If you’re flying in you shouldn’t need anything except your clothes and food as she has everything you could need: abundant linens, wonderfully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to stretch out for everyone. We would certainly rent any of her properties again.

Tina was very attentive, responding quickly to all my questions. Condo was very clean, roomy, with all the amenities needed for an excellent vacation. Would definitely rent again.

Tina condo is absolutely lovely, all you need are your clothes, home away from home ..the condo complex is wonderful the people are so friendly..close to beach, Winn Dixie and CVS ..actually all within walking distance...lots of restaurants and nitely entertainment ..highly recommend ..we will be returning.!!!!

Very nice clean condo. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The property grounds were really taken care of. Pool and other accommodations were kept up very nice and clean.

We were very happy with both the house and the location. Beds were comfortable. I liked the fact that the washer/dryer were in the unit very well stocked, plenty of towels and quick walk to the beach.

The owner, Tina Mumm, communicates promptly and provides detailed information and instructions. The place was roomy and clean. The pools were very clean and not crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is our second time staying at this place. We stayed 10 days. We had very very great time. Tina is very very nice. She always responds to any question I had. I am looking forward to stay here again.

I didn't miss a sunrise or sunset . Our stay was the best almost everything we needed was there down to my kids for the beach. The strip is right there to walk and look at stores to food. The beach is seriously right across from you walking distance. I stayed for 8 days, 7 nights and walked to the beach everyday, you have 2 pools to use my kids enjoyed. We seen dolphins eating fish it was truly amazing.

Very comfortable condo. The owner Tina was very easy to talk to and accommodating. It was our first time renting a condo with VRBO and will definitely do it again. We had two small problems which were addressed immediately. Everything we needed was there for us. The only thing we didn't like was that the lighting in the parking lot and near the pool area was insufficient.

Tina was great to work with! We came in November and had a great time. No crowds! Enjoyed the pool to ourselves most of the time, caught fish from docks, nice outdoor grill, friendly people in the area and very quiet, Madeira Beach was beautiful, had a good time at John’s Pass, Busch Gardens, Homossassa Springs (not many manatees because weather was too warm though), and Caledesi Park. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and it was nice to have beach toys and towels provided so we didn’t have to pack them. The furniture and some linens have wear, but for the price we were happy and would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very good and I would recommend it to everyone that looks at it. Owner {Tina Mumm} is a very good person to rent from. She is always there to help and always answer your Questions. Condo was in very good condition and clean. Thank you for all your help Tina. Will rent this place again.
