Le John-Marie House est un cottage restauré, historique, du début des années 1900 avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains (3 lits king-size). L'emplacement est à 9 minutes à pied de la place du palais de justice, à 6 minutes à pied de Rowan Oak (la maison d'avant-guerre de William Faulkner) et à 25 minutes à pied du quartier historique de Grove à Ole Miss. La maison à un étage dispose d'un grand porche et 1800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie intérieur avec des planchers de bois franc.
La maison John-Marie a récemment fait l'objet d'une restauration complète. Toute la maison comprend tout ce qui est nouveau: meubles, armoires, comptoirs en quartz et marbre, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, murs en cuir, 4 téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat et œuvres d'art originales. Vous entrez dans le concept ouvert salon, salle à manger, cuisine.
Chaque chambre comprend un lit king size avec une literie de designer et une télévision à écran plat.
La confortable chambre de l'écrivain offre un espace de travail privé réservé aux voyageurs d'affaires. Internet sans fil est fourni.
La buanderie comprend un évier vintage et une laveuse et une sécheuse.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the John-Marie house! Peaceful, beautiful, fabulous! Everything you need is at your finger tips. The accommodations could not have been more perfect. As soon as you pull onto the driveway, you are greeted with this gorgeous landscaping and an incredibly amazing front porch! Once you enter the home, you smile and say, “This is absolutely stunning! We made the right choice!”

Charming Southern Home
This is one of the most adorable vacation homes that we have stayed at yet; clean, comfortable, and beautiful! My sisters and I were in town for my nephew’s wedding and loved everything about our stay, from the upgraded amenities, decor, and cute porch and of course the town! The house was so welcoming, and we loved seeing the pictures and learning the history of the remodel. Thank you!

Perfect for Ole Miss stay for baseball, football, Grove, & Square
This is a fabulous house in the perfect location. We stayed here for a baseball game and it was easy walking distance to the game. We also walked to the Square for eating and drinking and night life. Looking forward to football weekends here because we could walk to Grove and football stadium. The house is perfect and my wife wants to copy some of the ideas from the decor and layout in our own house.

Charming Hone in Oxford
My family and I loved this home. We were visiting with my son who will be a freshman at Ole Miss in the fall. I loved sitting on the front porch with my coffee in the mornings. Very well appointed and spacious. We hope to stay here many times over the next four years!

Oxford home near The Square
Extremely nice home within walking distance to The Square, which saved the hassle on some Uber rides. Historic home that has been completely remodeled. Everything clean and neat. There was a 2nd rental house behind ours, which was empty at the time, but would be a great setup for multiple families.

Perfect !
We spent the weekend at the John Marie visiting our boys at Ole Miss. What a beautiful home. The accommodations, location and overall setting could not be more perfect. We felt like we were in a beach house! We will be back for sure. Can we reserve now for Graduation weekend of 2023?

Dream Property
This house exceeded our expectations in every way! The photos don't do it justice. No detail has been overlooked in the home and it's equally stunning and comfortable. We could have not left the house all weekend and still had a great time. The location is ideal and everything about the processs was very smooth and easy!

Wedding Weekend 2-15-2020
My son found his bride during his last year at Ole Miss and they returned to this beautiful city to be married. This house was the perfect fit for this celebration. It’s absolutely stunning and the owners provided everything we needed and more. The photos do not do it justice, a beautiful historical home. The owners were kind enough to allow the groomsmen to meet here while photographers took photos of them getting ready and then everyone was picked up by the trolley to have more photos made on campus. The location was perfect, just blocks from restaurants, the Square and campus. We love being able to walk around and enjoy the city. We will definitely be back! Of all the rentals we have had in Oxford over the years, this was the absolute best. I hesitate to share this one because I would like to keep this gem to myself. I wish it had been available before his graduation in 2017. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home.

Absolutely amazing rental home!
For anyone coming to Oxford, you should definitely look at this lovely home. All the furnishings, bedding, artwork and overall beautiful home made our weekend perfect. I did not want to leave! Top it off with the fact that you are just a short walking distance from the Oxford square! 3 gorgeous King bedrooms, and 2 full baths are perfect for our 2 couples for a long weekend. We did not cook, but had everything we would have needed . Thank goodness for the Keurig and yummy coffee provided. Wonderful time, highly recommend!
