Cette maison vient juste d'être construite en mai 2017, elle est donc toute neuve avec tous les nouveaux appareils et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour passer un excellent séjour à Rotorua.
La maison dispose également d'une pompe à chaleur super confortable en hiver et fraîche en été. Toutes les chambres disposent également de radiateurs supplémentaires pour vous garder au chaud et au chaud.
La maison a deux étages et a une vie en plein air au rez-de-jardin et sur la terrasse du deuxième étage, qui offre une vue fantastique sur le lac. À seulement 10 minutes de route du centre-ville, cet endroit est calme et paisible, à l'écart des odeurs sulfureuses de Rotorua et pourtant à proximité de tous les commerces, restaurants et activités.

The property was fantastic! Very clean and well maintained with everything needed for an extended stay. The layout was perfect for two couples or a large family! It was easy to get to main attractions and Eat Street at night for a meal. It had a secure garage for the car and easy access to the lake. Awesome accommodation and would definitely stay again. Well done to our hosts!!!

Had a pleasant stay and property was clean. Fast internet. Had games to keep kids entertained. Decent sized rooms with comfy beds.
Cons:
- Found the layout a bit odd (living room upstairs, bedrooms downstairs)
- Dishwasher tablet compartment was broken
- A/C only in main living area. Had to use fans for bedrooms as it was hot.
- The detergent compartment in washing machine was a bit dirty.
- Ensuite was tiny :|

My family loved staying at this home. Excellent location on the east side of the lake for easy access to all the family activities. Great view of the lake. Two living areas upstairs so the kids could watch tv in one room while the adults were in the kitchen/dining/living. Downstairs rooms with bunk beds for the kids and master with ensuite were fantastic.
We will be coming back. Highly recommend!

A fabulous place to stay with everything we could want. Excellent proximity to the lake and our teenagers enjoyed the kayaks that were provided. Would thoroughly recommend to others.

Good but not great…..
Good property however needs a deep clean. Mould on aluminium joinery, cobwebs, general dust. Ensuite very small!! Extractor fans in bathrooms noisy and ineffective.

Wonderful and relaxing
A really relaxing place to stay. One house back from the lakefront it’s really peaceful. Great deck for enjoying the view. We appreciated the seperate tv room for comfortable sitting so teenagers could enjoy there “own” space

Lovely new home right near the lakefront. The house was really well laid out and easy to find and access. House was really clean and tidy and the beds were all super comfy to sleep in including the bunk beds.

Excellent property
We had a great stay and the place exceeded our expectations. It was ideal for my partner and I and our two children (6 and 3). Handy location, good quality furnishings and the kayaks were a nice bonus. The property managers were also great to deal with. We can highly recommend.

Great House
We were two couples. The Kingsize beds were very comfortable with nice crisp linen, and bedrooms and the bathrooms were on either size of the house. The house had a nice view of the lake, one back from the lake front, was well equipped and clean. We had come to Rotorua to bike the cycle tracks in and around The Redwoods area. The house is about 7kms from the city centre but there is a cycle track very nearby the house so the distance from town did not bother us, it was a flat easy ride into the city. It certainly met our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay.

Best bach we've stayed in!
An immaculately clean, beautiful new bach with wonderful views of the lake. So warm and cosy with a superbly appointed kitchen and bright light lounge. You don't want for anything! Can't wait to stay here again.

Nice and Cosy Lakeside apartment
Apartment was very well furnished with all the necessary amenities. It is very new and well kept and very accurate to the pictures. Only issue we had was the lakeflies that got into the house on our first day which was quickly settled with a bug spray. Location is a short 5 to 10mins drive to town and also most of the main attraction in Rotorua.
