Very spacious property in Paradise Valley. Close to many golf courses and attractions. Property manager had great communication. Highly recommend.

This property has an amazing location. We had 8 adults and one under 2 and it couldn’t have been better for our family gathering. Plenty of space to gather and have separate space as well. The game room was amazing as well with tons of things to entertain people. Property was very clean and Andrew was exceptionally helpful and responsive before and during the stay. Highly recommend this home.

Our son got married 12/10/22 nearby this home location., which is why we selected it. The home is stunning, everything it was advertised to be. We had several questions regarding the technology indoors, and Andrew responded immediately to any needs we had. I would highly recommend this property. It’s AMAZING! We will rent again when re return.

We had our 5 adult kids and 10 month old granddaughter stay with us at this property. Communication with property manager Andrew and Eric was great. We had a lovely time and there is plenty to keep you busy at this house. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of towels/blankets and pillows for your needs. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this beautiful home twice and love it! The kitchen and master suite are amazing and the backyard fantastic! Eric and Andrew are great to work with and we will be back next year again - can't imagine staying anywhere else!

House was great, much bigger than anticipated and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Just wish there was a TV outside to watch football from the pool :) would definitely recommend.

Went to Scottsdale for a golf trip and highly recommend this house. Easy check in process, had all the amenities and more, great area near old town, and wonderful host.

There were 7 adults in our party, used all of the bedrooms and enjoyed the pool each day. We primarily ate out but the kitchen had the few things we needed. Quiet neighborhood, short drive to airport and lots of great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Went with a group of friends to celebrate being 40. Property had everything as described. Great location. Easy communication with the property manager. Only minor things that happened were spa heater wasnt working upon arrival but was fixed the next day. Dart board needs to be updated as it had quite a bit of wear. Overall great experience and we would book again if/when we return to the area.

Five stars for the gorgeous home and property. We stayed here with 10 people (5 couples) for an extended weekend getaway. The photos in the listing truly don’t do this place justice. The home was spotless, guest house was super fun, pool was perfect, and the grounds were gorgeous. Eric and Property Mngr Andrew gave top knotch service, were great with communication, and it was a seamless check in/out. We paid to heat the pool, definitely didn’t need it heated (last week of April, 90 degrees) but it was super easy to adjust the temp with Andrew’s help. The only issue we had was that we didn’t book enough nights, none of us were ready to leave when it was time to check out. We will definitely be back.

Loved place and cant wait to to go back someday. The grounds are huge. So much space outside. A great vacation Home to relax with air conditioning , pool, Spa, bbq, 3 car garage, tons of parking in circle driveway. The game room was so fun over the waterfall bridge. It did have a bit of a over air spay smell in the game area but the bedroom was fine. It has solid furniture which is fine for a vacay house a little outdated decor but we didn't care too much.

We had a wedding in paradise valley and we needed a location for family to be able to get together and have a dinner and mingle with both sides of the family. Andrew knew our time was so limited and was so nice to meet us at the property and go over everything. He was so helpful and accommodating. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and all our family and friends enjoyed their visit. Everything was perfect and Andrew was a great host and we really appreciate how smooth he made things for us. I would 100% stay here again!

Great amenities, comfortable beds, quiet, great setting with pool, hot tub, lots of games to play. Close to hiking and great restaurants.

This is a great house for anyone looking to get away to the Scottsdale area. It was easy to get around and the amenities in the house met the description in the listing. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home; clean, spacious, and plenty of activities to keep our group busy whenever we were not on the golf course. Loved the outdoor living room, the game room, putting green (with chipping island) and comfortable living room for watching movies when we needed a break from the sun. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Awesome house and experience. Only complaint from the listing is that we thought the guest house was only a game room and that there were 5 bedrooms in the main house. Where in fact there are3 real bedrooms, one converted office by the front door, and a bedroom in the guest house. That was problematic since had kids with us and we were not comfortable having one sleep in the guest house alone.

Great stay and very easy to work with hosts. Nice place with plenty of activities for the guys to relax after golf. Great central location if you want to explore the town. Honestly we never left the property except to golf. Would recommend staying here to get away from the hustle of the city. Very quiet community.

We had a bags tournament with a bags game Eric had. Our adult children had so much fun with that. We also had a putting contest in honor of the Masters. It was definitely a highlight to have that in our backyard. The only suggestion I would have is to put better lights on the green as we held the contest at night and it got dark before we could finish. The outdoor grill/fire pit area was such a nice area to sit, relax, read a book or just catch up with everyone. The kitchen had lots of room and all the utensils you need. Another suggestion would be to buy a couple of new non stick pans. The house and pool were very clean.Eric was an incredible host and her and Andrew were excellent communicators and responded to every question or issue we had before and during our stay. If you are thinking about visiting Scottsdale, don’t think twice about booking another house. This is one of the best houses we have ever rented or stayed at through VRBO. Would highly recommend it.
