We visited family in Ca and the Casita was only 10 minutes away. Nancy is an excellent host and very sweet. I was able to talk with her when we arrived. We had everything we could possibly need fully stocked at the Casita. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. In a nice, quite neighborhood with off street parking. Her backyard is beautiful, so peaceful and quite. Will definitely be staying there again when we go back. Thanks so much Nancy for everything!

Extremely cute! Comfy bed! Good Coffee, micro, fans, stand up A/C unit! Peaceful backyard with fountain! I will stay here again! Nancy was there to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed!

We needed a place to stay for a few days to attend a concert before we headed up to Pasadena to visit our daughter. We found this lovely casita not too far from the venue but close to breweries that we had not explored yet. The unit had everything we needed and the outside space was very peaceful. We realized we needed to stay an additional night a few weeks before the trip and Nancy was very accommodating. Thanks so much Nancy & Jim for sharing your lovely casita. Retirement is only a year away for us and we plan to come back and stay a little longer next time.

Cute casita with fresh plants, box windows, great view. The beds are comfortable. I love the option of fireplace and a/c. The casita has everything that you need and more! My husband forgot a razor and they had one for us! That’s was so nice! This is our second stay here. We will definitely be booking again when we come back to the area. The fresh banana bread takes it over the top!

4 night stay on way to Hawaii. Very cute place that is perfect for one or two people. Nancy was very welcoming and friendly. Very responsive and easy to deal with. Great banana bread loaf to greet you. Well stockedEverything we needed was there. Fenced in back yard is really pretty and cute. Shower takes a while to get hot, but does and is good. Nice casita with a great view. The casita’s view of the serene backyard & water fountain was so perfect and calming. Quiet neighborhood area and close to freeway but not with the freeway noises! Close to a lot of food places. So many nice touches for a perfect stay! We booked to go again!

This little place was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, quiet and the host was easy to talk to. She let us check in early and had wonderful bread waiting for us. If it would have been warmer weather, we would have enjoyed the outside space, it is beautiful. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

This casita was perfect for our vacation needs. Great location with lovely and private backyard. Hosts were great. The suite had everything we needed - umbrellas, beach towels, well-stocked kitchen and a comfy bed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone travelling in the Oceanside/Vista area.

If you're looking for a quiet and cozy place to recharge or use as a home base for other spots in North County, this is your spot. Beauitful little space that is perfect for two people, decorated with inspirational messages. And the outside is pretty during the day and lit with twinkling lights in the evening. Host is friendly and wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will use it again in future travels to the area.

This little casita was the perfect base for our visit to this area. Close to hiking, beaches, and all the great small towns nearby. Decorated perfectly, stocked with everything we needed and steps away from a splendid garden. Nancy communicated quickly and ensured that our stay was perfect.

Nancy's Casita was beautiful! The property was well maintained & her back yard was a magical paradise. The sunrise from our back was amazing. Nancy left us delicious homemade banana bread & her communication was wonderful. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area. She really covered all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Casita. It's quiet and very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the yard. Nancy and Jim have thought of everything to make the stay perfect! From the towel warmer to extra ziploc baggies, we appreciated every thoughtful touch. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely hope to be back soon. Our five day stay at Nancy’s casita was perfect. It was cozy, quiet, clean, and very private. The bed was super comfy and the beautifully landscaped garden was an oasis with plenty of different spots to sit and relax. Nancy has thought of everything. From the kitchenette to the comfortable studio room to the bathroom and closet, the casita was stocked with absolutely anything we could have needed. We especially enjoyed the ambiance of the electric fireplace which took the chill out of the late November evenings and mornings. We will definitely return to this casita next time we visit family in the area.

Nancy has thought of everything you may need for your stay! I was so impressed with all of the details. From the fully stocked kitchenette, to items for a day at the beach, to the fireplace or AC unit for your comfort inside. Then, there is the outdoor space. The garden area is so peaceful and private, with beautiful flowering plants, the fountain and plenty of birds visiting as well. Make some time to enjoy the garden during your stay. You won't regret it!

This was a wonderful stay! The property was amazing and truly relaxing. I was able to get a great night's sleep with how peaceful the neighborhood is. Nancy made some delicious pumpkin chocolate chip bread upon welcoming. This property has everything you need for a short stay. I forgot a dress in the closet and Nancy will willing to mail it back to me! I highly recommend this getaway!

A perfect retreat for a getaway. Very comfortable with easy access to all you would like tto take in. From sea to the mountains, and the cities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nancy's Casita. In town for a wedding, the pictures of the ground lured me to this site and they did not disappoint! Just as charming as the pictures suggest and very quiet. We enjoyed a bottle of wine one evening while sitting on the swing, and had coffee a couple of mornings while roaming the grounds, looking at all of the whimsy and details Nancy's created. The Casita is clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is provided, including beach chairs and towels which came in handy. We will definitely stay again.

If you are reading this & you are the type of person that basis their stay off of feed back then you should not look any further. If you want beautiful,private,quiet and a place that has everything and made with love a touch home then this is a place for you. The beaches and shopping are close and if you have a day where you feel like staying in and being lazy that's okay too because the yard is to die for. Some people shy away from a place that does not allow children or pets but to be honest if you want peace and quiet well, this really truly is the place because sometimes having a break from children and stress is the best medicine. The environment was very clean and safe. The private entrance and the welcoming walkway was more then what I expected. The price suited my budget. The homemade banana bread melted my heart and the personal touches really were just well. A touch of home. My only complaint is why didn't I stay longer and why cant every hotel/B&B be this great! I can not tell you enough how wonderful our stay was. By the way the bed was comfortable and parking was easy. We met the owner who was a delightful person. Again, I know my review was long but I really can not express how wonderful this place was.

A clean, cozy, comfortable Casita that was perfect for our 2 night stay! Nancy is a wonderful host and was available if needed. We enjoyed the relaxing water fountain and beautiful mosaic tile work in the backyard-very peaceful. Most of our time was spent on the coast in Oceanside and Carlsbad-an easy and quick drive from the Casita.

This propery was absolutely tranquil. I really enjoyed the personal touches and forethought. I would stay here again.

Perfectly situated to relax while visiting anywhere from Orange County south to San Diego. Quiet, immaculate, charming inside and out. Every detail has been thought out and provided for to make your stay special as well as effortless. Fantastic host and yes the little loaf of homemade chocolate chip banana bread -- so yummy!
