Comfortable family home on quiet street in center of magnificent parks!
Au milieu de magnifiques paysages du sud de l'Utah, profitez de cette maison dans une rue calme, mais facilement accessible, depuis la très fréquentée US Highway 89 dans la petite ville d'Orderville. Il a une histoire pionnière fascinante dans l'Utah, la plupart des résidents ayant des racines dans les familles fondatrices des années 1800. Les tribus amérindiennes de Paiutes, Navajos et Moquis campaient et chassaient la région. Promenez-vous en toute sécurité dans la ville et parcourez plusieurs sentiers et canyons locaux à proximité. Surveillez les levers et couchers de soleil fantastiques, avec vue sur les imposantes falaises blanches et vermillion et les collines de la vallée. N'oubliez pas de prendre votre appareil photo. Cette maison dispose de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 8 avec 2 salles de bains, salle à manger 6 places avec des sièges supplémentaires pour 2 dans un petit bar. Il y a un terrain de basket éclairé avec des sièges à l'extérieur dans une zone ombragée. Également un barbecue et un foyer pour profiter de la soirée et faire griller des guimauves.

We loved staying here. We felt right at home, and we especially loved the blue bathtub.

This is a beautiful and well-maintained house with lots of room in a quite neighborhood. The place had everything we needed. We wanted to visit both Zion and Bryce Canyon Parks so this was a perfect location. There is a decent grocery store just a block away and a couple of big supermarkets in Kanab, about 25 minutes' drive.

Our group of six women all professional artist came to a WOW retreat and had a fabulous time. (Women out West) The house was clean, we were unable to get the front door keypad to work, the property manager said they fixed it, but no luck for us. We also had a short power outage, I texted the manager, no response but it came back on within fifteen minutes, so all is good. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The home is older but very much as advertised and what we expected based on the photos. The location is amazing. The only complaint I ever have is the same for all rentals, I missed my mattress! The mattress I slept on was very firm so while I didn’t enjoy it others that like a firm mattress really might like it. The home was very clean and there was plenty of room to park.

Dated but comfy home. Great home base for southern Utah adventures if you don’t need a lot of space. Worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this place. Easy access to both Bryce Canyon and Zion NP. Friendly hosts greeted us when we checked in and gave us some instructions and recommendations. The house was well stocked with the essentials. Supermarket is within 1 min drive. Would stay again.

Great location - short drive to both Zion and Bryce Canyon, very clean and well-stocked house! Really appreciated all the extras to make our stay comfortable - AC, heat, extra blankets and fans.

We had a great time at Derek's house! It is large and well-equipped (including lots of books and toys). Also very clean. We enjoyed a quiet time in the house, and our kids played basketball in the yard. Derek and Sue helped us with all we needed and were so pleasant and kind. We recommend it warmly!

This property is in an excellent location for visiting Bryce and Zion, but also so many other places are within reasonable driving time. Lovely little village. The house was clean, pictures on site accurate, owners great with communication, everything was clean and neat. We lacked for nothing. We felt like it was comfy like home. It isn't modern and swanky, it's retro, but that didn't phase us at all. Everything worked, everything clean. We weren't there ever during the day, but they had a great yard to relax in and had stuff for kids to do. They had signs posted around where necessary to explain how to work things, etc.

Property is clean, two bedrooms are good size, third one very small. Good washer and dryer, laundry detergents provided. Property has practically everything that is needed for days spent in nearby canyons. We were sorry we could not use the piano.

The house itself has everything we needed, was clean and well-maintained, and has a spacious backyard and comfortable front porch to enjoy. The hosts were clear in their communication beforehand so we never even had any questions and therefore no need to contact them during our stay. Contactless check-in was easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very nice. Clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It was close to all the great things we wanted to experience- Bryce Canyon, Zion, Hurricane (awesome ATV experience) and more. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
