Spacieux et privé. paradis tropical 'Old Florida' 'de A 1940 récemment rénové de. Magnifiquement restauré avec plancher en bambou, grand plan ouvert qui vous attire immédiatement à l'oasis tropicale d'une grande cour clôturée avec piscine et salle de bain cabana. La grande manger dans la cuisine entourée de fenêtres lumineuses de lumière a de nouveaux appareils et les armoires, et des offres de manger options ainsi que manger séparée pour 10. A 2 zones / salle de sièges de vie, l'une "salle de presse" avec télévision à écran plat, l'autre une chambre en Floride juste à côté de la piscine. Maison a Internet haut débit / wifi et télévision par câble. Toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux, meilleurs matelas de qualité, de grands placards et les commodes. 3 sur 4 chambres ont Vizio 4k TV à écran plat. La chambre principale a également un dressing et salle de bain privée. Suite Mère-in-law a en-suite salle de bain, mini-cuisine et une entrée séparée. Les salles de bains rénovées ont un design ultra moderne et des douches surdimensionnées.
Situé près de l'avenue est de l'océan, et 1/2 bloc de la intercostal, la maison est un spectaculaire cinq minutes en vélo à la plage.
Ce que nous aimons notre maison est la façon calme et paisible du bloc est, comment lumineux et visible du ciel nocturne est de notre grande cour arrière quand nous avons cookouts, comment la lumière de la piscine et les jardins environnants illuminent les espaces intérieurs de la maison la nuit .
Les chambres sont conçues pour accueillir un ménage de 10, mais peuvent tenir plus si nécessaire. Trois de ses 4 chambres ont lits queen et une chambre a 2 lits (double) en mode plein écran. Il y a aussi 2 futons queen et deux futons jumeaux dans la LR et dans la pièce Florida, qui peut servir de 5ème chambre si nécessaire.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée.
La région est mondialement célèbre pour son golf et pour ses plages, et généralement, a beaucoup à offrir ... beaucoup de restaurants et services et activités. En allant de la maison à vélo, les clients peuvent profiter d'un après-midi de golf, nager et bronzer sur certaines des plus belles plages du monde, ou regarder le coucher de soleil sur le balcon d'une cabane de fruits de mer au bord de l'eau avec de la musique en direct.
Vous pouvez également passer une journée à l'extérieur et accéder à des attractions telles que Disneyland et les Everglades.

The home is charming…from the layout to the light fixtures to the Florida room. I occupied the property for a little over 3 weeks, with several different groups of friends visiting. There were seven of us at one point and we were not crowded. Two bedrooms share a bath, and two bedrooms have private baths. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and there were plenty of towels and beach towels. Do bring soaps and shampoos, laundry detergents, and dish washer pods. Any and all issues were handled in a timely manner by the owner. The backyard patio and pool area is deceptively private. Glorious 3 weeks in Lantana!0

The home was fine, listing accurate— cute 1950s Florida Home. If someone is coming with dogs, they should be aware that the fence in back may not contain a small dog, as there are some breaks in the fence. The owner was very concerned about dog hair, although a vacuum was not provided with which to clean up the hair. Ultimately owner provided a mini shop vac and did not understand how this would not work for vacuuming floors. Owner became quite insistent that we go to Home Depot to purchase an attachment (at her expense) and was upset when we refused to do this. This became such an issue we contacted Vrbo twice. As we always do, we left the house in excellent condition with as much dog hair as possible cleaned up and we have photos to document this. Most likely, without a dog, the situation would not be difficult.

The house fit our needs. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t heated. The weather was cool so it never got warm enough to use. I admit I will be more careful to look for heated pool in the future. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful and within easy walking to restaurants and the beach. A few things were broken in the house but didn’t interfere with our stay.

The house & location are perfect for multiple day trips or if you just want to chill by a pool. The house is roomy & comfortable. There were 8 of us & we never felt crowded. Beds are comfortable & firm. The neighborhood is very quiet. The outside grill is electric & takes a while to warm up for cooking, but once hot, it does good. I would choose this house again in the future .

Overall, a great stay. The location was ideal for us in celebrating the 4th of July, with restaurants, bars and fireworks within walking distance. BTW - fishing charters, coffee and tennis are all close. The owner was extremely helpful before and during our stay with recommendations and very responsive and helpful with issues that arose during our stay.

Enjoyed our stay here very much! 5 min drive to public beach and A1A. Backyard and pool were private. Neighborhood is quiet. Great showers throughout the house. All 4 of our teenagers had their own bed. Great stay!

The house itself is perfect for large groups or families. There was plenty of room for us(10 people) and we never felt on top of each other. We went exploring all over south florida but it was nice to come back to the quiet neighborhood where this house is located. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cutlery needed. The pool was probably the best part of the entire stay and we spent alot of time out by the pool!

The property was as described. It's an older home that's been totally updated inside. Newer bamboo flooring, new appliances, new bathrooms, newer furniture, etc. There are 4 bathrooms inside the house and another in the pool house. There are also 4 bedrooms, two living areas, a dining room and a kitchen. The place was more than adequate for our family of 5. The location is great, local restaurants and beach within walking distances (the beach is about 1.2 miles). Our favorite part about the stay was the backyard and pool which was totally private. Would definitely recommend this place.

A well equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool has large palm trees which provided privacy. Enjoyed walking to the nearby parks and drinks/dinner live music at the Key Lime.

This is a great rental if you're looking for a well furnished, clean, updated home with plenty of space. It has everything you need during your stay. We especially loved the bathroom spaces. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that's close to everything, but off the beaten path. The back yard has an older pool that is wonderfully private; just be aware there are cameras in the patio/pool area & above the carport door entrance. We would definitely recommend !

We stayed at Barbara's for winter break . The place for perfect for 2 families with kids. The pool guy came to clean the pool as soon as we checked in and the water was perfect.
We had a small issue with bed sheets and Barb took care of it right away. We enjoyed our stay at her place and would definitely come back sometime.

We were in town for a family wedding. The layout of this house was perfect for our family.There was lots of space for all. The eating area had room for everyone, kitchen very nicely furnished and the living space permitted some to enjoy socializing while others could enjoy using the tv area. We really appreciated the beautiful pool area too. Had an issue with the WiFi and the owner had it fixed immediately. Noticed a crack in one of the pipes on pool filter and it was fixed the same day. Great effort by owner to make sure all is ok. Close to stores and park close by for kids. Easy walk to intercoastal waterway and some activity.

We rented this home so we could be close to a wedding venue. There is plenty of room for a larger group. The kitchen is well appointed and there are plenty of stores nearby to get what you need. The pool was perfect and refreshing! The property owner communicates well.

We had 4 dads and 4 sons in West Palm Beach for a baseball tournament. This house was perfect for our needs. Very well maintained, clean and convenient. Well stocked kitchen as well. We should be in WPB again in the future and will look to rent this property again. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the house, the yard and the location. It was close to all that we needed. The house was clean, the towels and linens were new and high quality. There was plenty of room to spread out if needed, or to be all in one room if needed. We were only there for a long weekend to visit family and have family visit us, but it was perfect. I would stay there again.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a celebration for my daughters graduation from college. It was a beautiful, relaxing stay in a lovely home inside and out. We were minuets from the beach and dining and enjoyed the outside pool area very much.

Much larger than I imagined from the pictures. The natural light was what made me want to stay here and it was perfect. Very spacious and bright. Loved all of the bathrooms, there were 8 of us so it was nice not having to fight to use one. The neighborhood was quiet but in a location close enough to everything. The yard was beautiful, we spent most of our time outside. We'd definitely come back!

The house had plenty of room, a great pool, and was a short Uber to golf, spring training, and numerous bars and restaurants. Moreover, Barbara and her property manager are great to work with.
I would highly recommend this house for a group of friends or a family.
