The property had limited amenities. There is no ice machines or other similar conveniences. same with the small kitchen, yes coffee machine but no coffee. Similarly the tv never worked. The hotel has roku smart sets they expect you to use your personal accounts to access programs. Despite privacy concerns I tried but the smart tv did not recognize my iPhone. However, my biggest issue was the lack of smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in the room.

It’s always a pleasure staying here, we enjoy that the surrounding community is very quiet, stores are in walking distance, and comfortable as well as the kitchen that’s fully stocked with utensils since I’ll still do some cooking on vacation.

The place was the best, quiet, beautiful, clean and cozy.

The room was decent. The concierge was difficult to get in touch with in the late hours. The tv remotes were missing and the couch had stain on it as well as condom wrappers under the cushion. First and last time.

Very clean, cozy and comfortable. The only thing was that the Toilet seat was loose, not a big deal. Very pleasant stay.

This property was dirty and unsafe and infected with bugs. The baseboards were also dirty and the ceiling was also unsafe.

Horrible welcome if you call it that. No one was at the front desk. The place looked like a run down house. Very unsafe welcome and extremely unprofessional.

In the 4 days I spent in the room, staff came around to clean and refresh linens ONCE- and that was only after directly complaining to the manager. Despite my room being directly adjacent to the main office on site, the "Please Clean Room" sign on my doorknob was completely ignored- despite cleaning staff (noisily) walking by throughout waking hours. The lack of service is a shame, and the only serious detriment to otherwise decent facilities.

Communication was terrible. We were supposed to get a email 24hrs prior to check in to see where/when to get keys. Never got an email. When we arrived at the property no one was there. We drove a block away to the other property listed & no one was at that office. Couldn’t check in til 3pm but the office hours were til 2pm. Called the # we had multi times w/no answer & mailbox was full. Finally got into the room small but nice and cool… til we really started looking around. The door was made of glass panels & 1 was broken which bug’s could easily get through. Couch had candle wax on the back & only had 1 back cushion. No blow dryer. All the drinking glasses were dirty!! The floor after walking on it once barefoot your feet were black.The place is a block away from the railroad w/ active trains running almost all hours of night.Called the manager to fix the door glass& tell him about all dirty stuff, the toilet didn’t work correctly.We split the days we were there do to a cruise we were taking. Came back to hopefully better conditions but nope all the same, glass came out again from door. Tried to up grade us & that room was worse. Tv was big, bed was comfy and air was cool everything else was yuck! Will never stay here again!!! I know it’s Fl and there are bugs but I didn’t need a huge cockroach to crawl across me in bed on the last night!!! Worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my life! Do better!!

Easy drive off the I95 for a one night stay. Affordable. Difficulty checking in - you check in at a different motel near by but there was no one at the office either. I had to then call a number to have someone meet me back at the original motel. This isn’t really a motel, there’s no office. It’s a bit of an old apartment building. I was checked in in the parking lot by a manager who gave me a key and then left who left the premises. Shockingly dirty and tiny…tiny would have been ok but for the unswept floor, the dirty bathroom door hanging on only one pin, threadbare and mismatched towels…hard to believe it’s an Expedia property…oh yes, the tiny parking lot had a dumpster that was spilling garbage and unopened mail out into the parking lot….we were exhausted from a long drive and had prepaid.

Outside door and bathroom door did not close easily, bathroom sink did not drain well, the flushing mechanism on the toilet did not work well.

The photos looked good and reviews were great, so I've booked it, although I've had other options. Turns out the unit is quite dated, sound insulation is quite poor. The worst part the unit was quite dirty, trash wasn't removed and we've found a dead cockroach in the drawer. Also checkin process was complicated. You have to arrive at another hotel lobby one block from ours, then wait for the person to come, then drive back. The area has some nice restaurants and a cool Scandinavian cafe just a few steps from the hotel, so that's a plus. But there is a railroad nearby and you can hear trains, but it's not too bad.

This is probably the worst room I ever stayed at. Front door was missing glass insert. Agent said he would come next day to fix but that never happened. Rooms smelled like wet dog and we had no maid service for four days. We had to go to another location just to get new towels. Bathroom had no electrical outlets so you had to dry your hair in the kitchen where a big mirror was hiding the broken and scuffed up wall. Bedroom fan was covered in dust and would rotate so wildly we thought it would fall from ceiling. For the cost of each nigh there are better hotels to go to. I chose because it was close to family. Big mistake!

Super cute and very clean. Walking distance to good restaurants. Only complaint was the sound of traffic because of being very close to a busy road.

The check in procedure was different. We had to go to a different site to check in. The outside of the establishment is a bit tired…we were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door.

Was wonderful stay. Only minor issues( i.e. microwave placed on a cabinet with no power outlet, no hangers, and no chair in the room to sit other than pub height table chairs). Room great for a single person or couple. Very clean other than the moldy shower curtain. Housekeeping attentive and pleasant.

It was a very cute property. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The only thing that wasnt great was the bed wasnt very comfortable.

It was a great experience with me and my significant other being over there for the weekend, only thing I could say about it that could be perceived as a little negative is the water over there seems to have been turning yellow when I showered. Aside from that it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back again

These quaint little apartment hotel rooms were located in the heart of Lantana. Easy walking distance lots of restaurants, nightlife, parks and the bakery across the street is the perfect breakfast spot. Management and employees were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel again!
