This will be the fourth time over last 15 years we have stayed at this property and like previous visits it never fails to tick all the boxes.

This is a very spacious, well outfitted and well located house with a nice view of the lake. With its big kitchen and dining room table big meals were easy to prepare, serve and clean up. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Each had its own tv. The landlord was welcoming, helpful and attentive. Having kids 18 - 8 we especially appreciated the pool table. Much much better than video games. Highly recommend.

This house was truly fantastic!! The views are amazing and the house is large. Note: bedrooms are 1 and 2 floors down, so not good for anyone with mobility issues but it was such a pleasure. We had a private chef who enjoyed the kitchen. Would come again!

The house was amazing. It was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with amenities. It was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and other scheduled events. We loved the outside deck with the view of Lake Tahoe and the mountains. We used the fireplace for chilly mornings and evenings. The host was always pleasant, answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. I highly recommend this house. We had 11 individuals and the 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths were perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This home is not only beautifully decorated, it has all of the amenities you would need, and then some, for a stay up in South Lake Tahoe! The kitchen was my favorite part with the double stoves/range/multiple refrigerators/and plenty of seating for a large group. We used the Spa every nite, and I perfected my game of table pool by the end of our trip! We wanted for nothing, so many amenities in the bathrooms & bedrooms, we were very impressed.
We will definitely keep this home in our “Favorites” and will return!

This is one of the best laid out rentals I’ve ever stayed in. All the bedrooms are separate from the common living spaces which made for great privacy and the fire places, hot tub, and pool table made it fantastic place to hang out after a long day of skiing. Can’t wait to return!

We held our annual ski trip at Lake Tahoe this year and were lucky enough to stumble onto this property! This home comfortably accommodated our party of 16 with no issues. The home was very clean, and also stocked with basic necessities. I owner/manager was also very helpful, and easy to contact. Highly recommend this home 10/10!

We had four families come from different states. To celebrate our granddaughter’s first birthday we had such a wonderful time House was absolutely beautiful and the views were spectacular . Loved all the labeling of the kitchen, so it was easy to find things and put things back where they belong. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay and Sandy was a good host. We parked one too many cars on the driveway a couple times and Sandy had to call and remind us to move them so we felt bad about that. It is a great house and would highly recommend it. We hope Sandy will allow us to stay there again in the future.

We had a great weekend stay, the house was plenty big enough to keep 14 adults comfortable and the total # of restrooms was very convenient. Great balcony views and a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to town or go hiking.

We stayed at this home during our team offsite. The amount of bedrooms to bathrooms ratio was perfect, given that 10 people each had their own space and bathroom. The main areas were a great gathering place for us to have meetings. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was well stocked. The host was a great communicator and I would definitely recommend this home to any group or family that enjoys having privacy with all the amenities!

We came to Tahoe for a mini-family reunion with my adult children and my brother’s family. We had our newborn and a 20 month old grand babies with us, as well (total of 16). We fit perfectly in the 8 bedrooms, each with it’s own bath. Our entire stay was exceptional! Sandy is a remarkable hostess, thinking of every last little detail in the house to make our stay comfortable! The accommodations and amenities left us wanting for nothing!! We took advantage of many of Sandy’s wonderful recommendations, including hiring a chef, taking a dinner cruise, renting pontoon boats and using the local rec center and pool. Not only will we come back, but we will refer all of our extended family and friends to this lovely home! I don’t remember ever being this relaxed on any prior vacations!!

This house was perfect for our week long family ski trip. We travelled all the way from the East Coast and were not disappointed. The house was spacious with the main floor having plenty of room for our group of 15 to spread out but still be together. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed when cooking. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were also fully stocked. The views from the main floor of the house and hot tub were amazing. We could see the lake and snow covered mountains when it was clear out. There was tons of snow during our stay but the maintenance staff was on top of it and helped shovel us out so we could get downtown and to the mountains. The house was only a 5 to10 minute drive to the Heavenly Nevada ski lifts and downtown South Lake Tahoe. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. This house was everything we wanted for our family ski trip and we would highly recommend booking it.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The kids had so much fun that they never even left the house (other than to ski). The location was perfect for short trips to Heavenly. I highly recommend!
