Very nice and spacious apartment with direct access to the pedestrian town center but also close to the Pineta where all activities for kids are. The host is very efficient and immediately replies to messages. Very clean and well equipped.

One side of the apartment is on the main road of the valley which is very trafficked, so it is quite noisy. But not many cars pass by during the night, so this does not prevent a good sleep.

Equipment in good conditions, place is clean, staff friendly

Proximity to a road with traffic

This spacious newly rennovated two-level flat in the heart of Santa Maria Maggiore can easily sleep six (there were only four of us, so two beds in the large upstairs area remained empty. It is well-equipped and has a full kitchen. The owner met us with the key at the agreed time and was very helpful. The flat was extremely clean.

We had no real complaints. The stairs were a little creaky, so getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom tended to wake up some of the others.
