Very clean modern studio apartment in a quiet residential area of Mataro that had everything I needed for my stay. And there’s an excellent bakery, a fruiterer, a bar and a little supermarket all within a one minute walk of the front door and the best beaches are just 5 minutes walk.

My only issue was checking in. I advised my arrival time via Booking.com, then later had a WhatsApp request for my arrival time (with “thank you’s” from each of them), but when I arrived at the planned time there was no one there, and I didn’t even know which apartment it was, or if I was even at the right building. I eventually made contact via the WhatsApp number, and Monica came several minutes later and showed me in.

Great accommodation near the beach in Mataró. Host very friendly, waited for us till 1 AM to show us the room and gave us bottle of wine to welcome. Modern new room with three beds, television, air-conditioning, fully equipted kitchen with washing machine. Nice clean bathroom with towels. Free parking by the see not far from the accommodation. Absolutely recommend! :)
